I just recently went to European Wax Center on Miller Square and it was a great experience overall. It was my first time waxing and my wax specialist Jaileen did a great job at making me feel comfortable. The check in and check out process went smoothly as well! The GSA, Stephanie was very helpful and kind, and made sure to give me a goodie bag because it was my first time.

Jaileen has been my wax specialist since the first time I got anything waxed a few months ago and I absolutely love her! She always makes me feel comfortable and answers any questions I have. I have tendinitis and cant sit in certain positions, so she always gives me time to adjust myself to get my body comfortable and she makes sure Im ok by asking how Im doing throughout the process. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would!! I dont know how the pay is there, but she deserves a bonus, a raise, and a gold star for how she treats her clients!!

Jaileen waxed me during my second visit at this location. The experience during my first wax wasnt the best after not having waxed for a few years. From the moment I walked in the room with Jaileen she made me feel comfortable and safe with waxing again. All other waxing experiences have been extremely painful, but with Jaileen I didnt shed a single tear from any pain or discomfort. She went above and beyond with teaching me a breathing technique and gave me great instructions for aftercare at home in between waxes. Jaileen is the best! Will never see another waxer thats not her again!!!

Jaileen was an amazing wax specialist. I got a Brazilian done with her. The first time she did it very fast and gave me breathing technique as I was very nervous. This is my fourth time and now it fast easy and a breeze. She is very good at getting it done quickly. She rips the bandaid fast and it’s done. I definitely recommend her and stick with her, if you don’t you’ll regret it, I definitely did as other waxers may take too long or pull the strip half way and then have to pull again which sucks, she gets it out fast compresses the skin and it’s done.

Had an amazing first time experience at European Wax Center!!I made my appointment online and called the number to verify that I had completed the appointment correctly.I realized that the number for this or any locations is a call center and not the actual location itself.This caused a little bit of confusion with the appointment because the call center rescheduled my appointment about 3 times. Thankfully, I checked my email and say the rescheduled times —however, I still went to my original appointment time and was not disappointedI was greeted by Amanda and Berlin. The management at this location (who I didn’t get her name) was also there and they were incredibly delightful!!! They made me feel super welcomed and reassured regarding the appointment time mix up!My Brazilian was done by Jaileen… she’s AMAZING! Highly recommend. She was patient and soft… mind you, I am 7 months preggo!Thankful I made the decision to come here and I’ll be back soon!

WOW!Let me be real honest. I would go to the Miami lakes wax center for all my EWC services. However, i moved from hialeah to west Kendall 3 years ago-. I hate driving far for regular things i need so i tried the 88th st EWC and i never went back after my first time it was truly horrible. (You can see my review there on the 88th st page). I would drive to miami lakes (30-40 min drive for me) because 88th definitely did not meet the EWC standards that I know EWCs strives for.Brings me to the 56th St EWC... I was so nervous because i really did not want to deal with a bad experience and wow.It was the most wonderful wax session i have ever had in my years. Johane (Waxer) and maria (the front desk) were wonderful, comfortable, and so sweet. It felt like i had been coming here for years (and they just opened up!) The decor and the setting of the store was just amazing. The lighting was very chill relaxing ambiance and the products were the good products!!! The girls were just so genuine and humble!!!I really hope that people who had bad experiences at the used to be only kendall EWC (not anymore babyyyy) try the 56th st and make it their home. This is store is the actually of the mission statement of EWC. (Which is to be beautiful and confident)I used to drive 30-40 mins for a wax that was only 45 mins long. Now i drive 10 mins and i can enjoy my waxes again.I promise you wont regret it !!!
