Destiny was amazing!! It was my first time getting a wax for my birthday yesterday. Destiny was kind, professional, and she explained everything to me. I was under the impression that I would be on the table for at least 2 hours, however, I wasnt. She was quick and efficient.Two things I would recommend is that the doors remain locked until it is time for the general public/customers to come inside. Another very important factor was that my husband was told to have me there 30 minutes prior to my 8 AM appointment, which means 7:30 AM, however, they do not open until 8 AM on the dot, so readjustment of what time a customer needs to be there should be taken into account and changed accordingly.Also, front desk was great overall, but communication between staff members could be improved. I would definitely recommend and go back!

Topaz is amazing!! She was able to fully wax armpit hairs I had shaved way too close to wax day :) She made waxing pretty much my entire body quick and efficient without breaking any hairs. Ive moved from Kendall but I will continue to make the trip to get waxed with her. I also love Alex, I got waxed with her before and shes awesome, and the front desk + managers are lovely and kind as well. Overall an outstanding location.

Destiny is AMAZING!! I’ve been getting a Brazilian there for a few months now and I can DEFINITELY say that I see a huge difference. Destiny makes the entire process quick and less painful without leaving any wax residue (cause us waxing girlies know how painful it is to take those bits off later on 😖). Yelany was amazing! She utilized unique techniques to minimize pain (my first time back since the pandemic) and keep the skin cool. More importantly, she was very welcoming, took her time, and made me feel super comfortable. I really prefer her techniques and kindness.I used to go to another aesthetician (there) that would treat you like your sweating (from being nervous, bur staying quiet so as not to be inconvenient) is your fault and putting their stress on keeping time blocks to 15 minutes in you. It was nerve-wracking. I will never let someone make me feel like that again, and I am so glad that I found someone patient, kind, funny, and efficient like Yelany!

I’ve been getting my eyebrows waxed with Elizabeth U. for well over 6 years now and I refuse to let anyone else come near my eyebrows. She completely fixed my brow shape from the beginning and does such a great job that I always receive compliments on how good they look. She is super sweet and patient and definitely knows what she is doing. All the girls in the front desk are super sweet and helpful, as well as the manager. Absolutely love the fact that it’s an all girl team. Definitely recommend this location and Elizabeth for your brow needs.

The front desk is always friendly, and very nice. As for me, I have never felt uncomfortable since they know the meaning of customer satisfaction. Elizabeth U. has been my wax technician for several years. I actually pass a different location because of her. On a normal basis, I wax my eyebrows and upper lip. However, in the past Elizabeth has done my wax for underarms, Brazilian, and legs. She is professional and is kind to let you know what you should do in between wax, and if you should do before your next wax. You will not regret having your services done by her.

This wax center is really great. Sasha is fabulous, she is very experienced and gives honest recommendations and tips focused on skin and hair care. Topaz is also wonderful, she is sweet, attentive, gentle, and aims to make you as comfortable as possible. They have a lot of great waxers at this site, these are just the ones I requested most often. Also, the front desk team are very personable and helpful and the center is very clean. The aloe deodorant is a game changer as well. It’s one of my favorite must-have products.

I had been looking for a new waxing lady near my home in Kendall since Im in quarantine and working from home. I was desperate and found them doing a Google search. I liked the fact they offer a first time/new client discount. I went in for the Brazilian and the tech who attended me was excellent. It literally didnt hurt at all but I do have a high threshold for pain. The lady who used to wax me before at a different salon would leave me red and sensitive, not the case at all here. I was pleasantly surprised and so was my husband ;) I think the wax they use is of great quality and I liked the exfoliating scrub they recommended I use 3 days later so the hair would grow back slower. I was also pleased by how clean the salon is, how professional and nice the staff is from whomever answers the phone, to the person who checked me out, my tech Liz and the safety measures they had in place because of the coronavirus. This is my new go to waxing salon. I highly recommend it and Im looking forward to my next visit. A special thank you to Liz who helped me feel human again!
