This location was so nice. Better than other locations I’ve been to in the area - although smaller. Shout out to not only my esthetician Zovia but to the young lady at the front. She fostered a friendly environment from first step in the building. Zovia was great-she was patience with me as I am a baby and was as gentle as could be. I will see her again soon and highly recommend 💕

The country walk location is in my opinion the BEST. From the waxers all the way up to management, they are the kindest and friendliest staff you could ever ask for. I have been to several locations and have had many different waxers and can say I have NEVER been disappointed here. Yesterday, I had a new waxer because my old one is now the manager!! Shout out to Natalie ♥️. I was given Mel and she was nothing short of amazing 👏 ! She was patient, very thorough and we shared a few laughs. Great experience. Do yourself a favor and dont sleep on this location.

Just got my wax done at Kendall. It was excellent 👌, Adriana is so professional, soft spoken and nice. I was nervous to have my wax done by another person since I have been doing my Wax with another lady friend for many years. I always thought that I had to feel pain as part of the Brazilian wax. Nope!...I felt almost no pain. The place is impeccable, the customer service on point in person and when you call the call center. I had a great experience at European Wax Center! I was super nervous because it was my first Brazilian wax. My wax specialist, Melissa, put me at ease. She gave me her own personal experience with waxing and offered great advice. She walked me through every step which helped a lot with my nerves. Pain wise it honestly wasn’t bad at all, I’ve done laser on my legs and that was more painful. I feel great and confident I don’t need to worry about my up coming beach vacay. I plan on continuing with European Wax Center and my new favorite wax specialist Melissa.
