Gabrielle may have been the best wax specialist I’ve seen at any European wax center. This was my first wax after having a not so good experience at a different location and it was so quick and easy and I felt no pain. So impressed with her work as the wax was good and the weeks after I experienced no wax side effects. I highly recommend going to Gabrielle if you’re coming to this location!

Krystal = 5/5This location is great, the store manager is always so helpful and always in a great mood which I appreciate.I’ve been coming to this location for a while now and I have to say the best atender so far for me is Krystal (make sure you specify Krystal with a K!) She was fantastic, took care of a full face and a full bikini but always checked in with me. Unlike my previous atender, she cools off the wax a bit before putting it on, and when taking off the strips, she is very careful and immediately applies pressure on the area. Also adds moisturizer! She was great, I opened my app and I’m leaving a review. 👍

I love going to the Aventura location for European Wax Center. All of the employees ares nice and have great customer service from the minute you are greeted when you first walk in. My experience is always wonderful, especially with my waxing tech, Janet. She is absolutely the best. She is always friendly with such a positive attitude and professional demeanor and is also very attentive. She always makes my experience pleasant. I am already looking forward to my next visit. The waxing packages and specials offered help save money. I would highly recommend this location.

After years of eyebrow waxing trauma, I took about a 2 year break to let my eyebrows be. It was my first time experience with EWC and it was a 10/10! From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was so welcoming. I was so nervous but my tech, Alexis, definitely understood my request- she did *exactly* what i wanted with my eyebrows. I appreciate Alexis’ patience with me as I ranted about my past trauma and experiences with my eyebrows. Alexis immediately made me feel at ease and was super gentle. she for sure minimized the pain. I have a wax pass and have tried a many locations across the nation. It is often a hit or miss until you find your right esthetician, but this location has a lovely layout, really nice associates and overall things are fast and easy once you get on the table.There are a few tweaks that could be made around missed hairs I dont notice until home- and maybe holding the skin taut to reduce pain (though the consumer can also do this if aware of which bit will be removed next). But overall for they get the job done

My first experience with waxer Olga was terrible she was incredibly rude and educated me that she kids as young as 11 and 12 coming in for waxing and they never complain. Also, that I should stop watching so many youtube videos and was apparently being too dramatic. It was a very belittling experience. I gave ewc a second chance and this time I got Somalia she was AMAZING!!!! So comforting, understanding, and very gentle. The second wax was a complete 360. I purchased the wax pass and look forward to my appointment next month.

The ladies here, especially Vanessa the manager they’re professional, welcoming, super clean, and you feel instantly at home! I European Wax is one of the most professional places I have ever been to the girls are all quick fast efficient and dont hurt you very important in a bikini wax. I dont belong to the programs where you can get waxing for less money and free but I do know when I call theres always a time for me and I can go right in exceptionally good at there at their expertise hi.
