My wax was quick and my specialist seemed to know what she was doing for the most part. India is the specialist i’ll be booking with next though, because the only one up she has over Dayami is her presentation. India greated me with full personality on display. Dayami although a pleasant person, seemed to be unhappy with being there. Her work is good, quick and efficient but I feel as though her approach needs work. plus she also left wax on me that I had to rip off myself when I get home LOL

Ive been coming here since at least 2015 and have always had a great experience (in so far as getting waxed can be described as a great experience haha).In particular Demi is awesome! She made the the entire process as painless as possible and was very sweet, chatting the whole time so I didnt have time to focus on the pain. It was very quick, too! Would highly recommend this EWC location and definitely recommend going with Demi.

I recommend EWC, they use a special wax that is great for sensitive skin like mine. Specialist India Is extremely skilled, works fast and efficient. She gets all the hairs and there was no pain! Update: for the first time I picked a specific specialist, Eileen, due to my first appointment with her. I’m so happy she was available and my second session with her went just as well as my first one. I promise, you won’t ever be disappointed or in pain with her wax skills. She is literally the best so do yourself a favor and schedule your next wax with her!5+ stars for Eileen. I’ve been getting Brazilian waxes for over five years and Eileen is the BEST specialist I have had. She is professional, friendly, efficient, and makes the experience as smooth as possible. I always pick a random specialist when I book but now I’ll look out for her because anyone else would be a downgrade. Her skills are hard to find so if you can, book your appointment with her.

My first time here and I loved the attention and rapport I had with my specialist, India. We bonded really quickly. The eye brows wax was quick, painless and effortless. I was also surprised that since it was my first time, it was actually free with an optional tip, which I included! I will definitely come here again! But, the only downside its that even though I came in 15 minutes before my appointment time, I needed to wait for another 15 minutes since there was another person in that time as well. But, overall great location, nice settings in the store, and great customer service from the receptionist to the specialist!
