I’ve been to this location several times already, and I’ll definitely keep going back. My Wax Specialist, Angie (Angela), makes me feel comfortable, explains what she’s doing and does a great job. The receptionists are always friendly and efficient. Plus, it doesn’t hurt that there’s a Starbucks right next door!

I really really enjoyed my wax appointment with Jessica. I can understand why some would prefer very chatty technicians to help distract from the pain, but it was almost relaxing (besides the pain factor) with Jessica. She had an easy-going and calming energy, and I really appreciated how she would double-check every area to make sure she got everything, which some do not do. I did my underarms, brazilian, and full legs and I was in and out within 40 minutes.I’ve been bouncing around trying to find the right technician and unfortunately, I’m starting accutane, so I won’t be able to revisit for a while which is a shame because I would absolutely love to come back her. For others, I absolutely recommend!

Also, she really does put in the work and make sure you’re nice and clean, I call her the doctor waxer.

I live in homestead so this is a farther drive for me, but I make the effort because I don’t want anyone else. She was the first person to wax me. I will ONLY make my appointment to see her because I have ZERO problems paying whatever increases they keep making in prices or packages as long as I can keep getting waxed by Semyra! I get my under arms, full Brazilian, and legs waxed every month. As you know these are VERY sensitive areas and only a professional knows how to properly care for them. That’s where Karina comes in. She’s so gentle, and soft spoken and at the same time has a great smile and laugh! From the very first time I tried her, I felt an instant connection that made me feel very comfortable and I knew she knows her stuff. She always gives me tips and tricks to make my experience better every time and you better listen to her because she’s always right! Make sure to have your next appointment with her, she’s the one.
