    This was my first time coming here and it was a wonderful experience! From the booking to walking out it was top tier service. The booking for my appt was so easy and simple and even rescheduling was so easy. They provided all the info I needed like directions, phone number, who my appt was with and even info on membership etc. When I got there Roshea welcomed me and was so nice and friendly. She made me feel so comfortable, she explained everything to me and made suggestions on which wax I can use and the best forms of post care and aftercare to utilize, She also recommended different products. She made sure to explain about the different waxes to me and process and made sure I was comfortable each time, it honestly didn’t hurt that bad she def knows what she’s doing and makes it as quick and effortless as possible! At the end she made sure I was set with all the aftercare I needed and was satisfied with the service and explained the next steps for making an appt and memebership and how it all worked. What a wonderful experience def reccommed to everyone to try it out!!!

    GO AHEAD AND BECOME A MEMBER. it’s hard to find a salon with a great atmosphere AND meticulous estheticians.     Was skeptical about the deal for first-timers but I had my first ever Brazilian Wax here with Roshea and she was amazing and made me feel super calm! I was incredibly nervous and worried about the pain. But Roshea worked with me and it didnt feel awkward whatsoever. It can be painful not going to lie, but totally worth it. Its so funny its just as everyone says, its all just a build up of nerves but once you finish, oddly enough you want to go back.     So I hit up Hello Sugar as I was en route to the tropics and my bush in need of a wacking. I had a previous horrible experience with allowing someone to do that type of intimate landscaping and I was scared. I explained to Roshea that my last session was extremely painful to the point it almost became violent. Unperturbed she approached the problem uber professionally. She had me breathe in deeply each time she was about to pull a strip and made sure that I knew it was ok to take a break if needed. Surprisingly it went quick and no one shed tears. I purchased some recommended products and made my follow up appointment.I thoroughly recommend HelloSugar in general and Roshea in particular.
