Pam is absolutely amazing!! I came in absolutely hating my hair and embarrassed of what had been previously done to it. Before beginning anything, she took the time to walk me through what would be possible and her recommendations. She made me feel comfortable and at ease with what she would be doing. I was speechless and beyond happy with the final results! Not only did she make me feel great again, she was able to do it in 1.5 hours.. Thank you for such an amazing experience, Pam!!!

Pam is such a talented artist. My first time going to her was like a job interview, she took the time to ask me so many questions about all the products I use in my hair in order for her to properly transition my hair to blonde. My hair is naturally curly & my biggest fear was ruining my curls, thankfully Pam is also a curly girl & included in her package was not 1 but 3 hair treatments for moisture- 1 prior to my appointment, 1 during & 1 to take home. Her prices are fair, she takes her time with you & never double books, I always leave her salon feeling beautiful, happy & like a new woman!

Detailed, organized, punctual, well educated, safe place, great with a pair of scissors, and even deadlier with a paint brush! Pam is one of the reasons I stayed in Kendall area, she always responds quickly to DMs, and truly helps you decide what’s best for your hair. She also doesn’t play, bc time equals money and she be busy, so expect to get all that your looking for during your visit and if something is missing she’ll make sure book you on another day for that perfect finish. My recommendation is to book your next visit right after your initial visit so that you are locked in. Make sure to call ahead of time to cancel, my bff is a hairstylist in Cali, I know the struggle! Pam Make Me Pretty is the best salon E V E R. the first time I went to Pam was August of 2020 and she made my hair a beautiful healthy platinum. It’s now 2021 and my hair is still platinum and healthier then it’s ever been. The atmosphere is so welcoming and comfortable you get so excited for ever visit. The employees are very polite and professional and the salon is so clean! Personally, I’m very picky with my hair but I trust Pam and the staff at PMMP with my hair! I’ve recommended her to three of my friends, they all came, and now they also love her. I highly recommend coming here.

I have gotten my hair done a few times at this salon. Every time, I’ve left very pleased. All of the girls are very professional and great at what they do. At this salon, I’ve gotten lavender extensions put in that looked amazing. (By Pam) I’ve also gotten my hair color done also by Pam. And last I’ve had my hair blow dried and curled by a few of the girls. All of the ladies here are magnificent! I’ve never left this salon unhappy.The products they use are also top notch. Pam did an amazing job with my hair! I have a phobia of hair cuts and she made me feel so much better and talked to me about my curls and how to style them better. She even did an amazing blue/purple peekaboo in my hair and I’m in love with it! I could tell she was in her element and loved doing hair! I love Pam and her staff. I’ve been going to Pam for a hot minute and let me tell you. She is amazing. My hair never looked so good until I went to Pam- she knows how to deal with blondes and any color under the sun. She is also supper realistic and tells you what you need to know about the processes. I absolutely love every single member of the team at Pam Make Me Pretty. I’ve been coming here for almost a year and at this point in my life I truly cannot imagine going anywhere else for any kind of beauty service - literally, if i were to move I’d have to come back and forth from wherever I live to have Jenny do my nails and Pam do my hair. I can’t imagine anyone that’s not them touching my hands or my head. They’re all 10/10 artists and they truly care about every person that comes into their salon. One of the best environments I’ve ever been in.

Pam make me pretty is such a great place for a girl to pamper herself. The salon has everything from hair stylist, manicurist, eyebrow waxing and tinting and my favorite eyelash extensions! The staff is so wonderful and always makes you feel so at home! & they have a wheel you can spin to win some kind of discount or free treatment! I’m a regular for the lash technician. I have done my lashes in the past with other technicians and she is by far the absolute best in the business. I would not go with anyone else. From great service to the quality of my lashes, everything is always an amazing experience with her. I’ll go anywhere she goes & she has amazing prices! Recommend Destiny 110%, you will definitely not regret it!!!

I will never go anywhere else again. Pam is the best. She can fix any color gone wrong. She is incredibly hospitable, explains every step of the process, gives you options (if you want them) and will also be honest about her professional opinion. She has made my hair so beautiful on so many occasions. I am so happy to finally love my hair again, thanks to Pam. She is actually the best in Miami, don’t bother going anywhere else - you’ll end up here to fix it anyway. Plus she cute and funny.

Pam is amazing! she gave me the most amazing haircut ever and she’s also just the sweetest. she really cares about giving you exactly what you want. she gave me some cute micro bangs and i get a million compliments on them all the time. her products are AMAZING and they’re refillable! Such a great experience with Pam and Lucy! My hair looks and feels amazing (Ybera and a cut) but the real “WOW!” factor comes from the people. The salon is clean, well maintained, and a great use of space, not to mention they are environmentally friendly and their products are top of the line. Pam and Lucy are friendly and personable yet professional and knowledgeable - and these talented ladies work magic! My hair is incredibly important to me (I’m very picky) and I wouldn’t trust anyone else in Miami; it’s Pam and her team for me 💖

My favorite salon!!! I always trust Pam with my hair, she’s very thorough, is always updated on trends and overall has a natural eye for hair!I told her I just wanted blonde highlights with dimension and let her do her magic and let me tell you Pam did me so so right. Going blonde is a pretty long process so I was appreciative of the staff being so friendly the whole time, constantly offering me drinks/snacks (the peach tea is amazing). Everyone is so nice and friendly the staff always makes me feel at home. Not to mention the blow dry and styling at the end makes me feel like a super model :) you won’t regret coming here!

I was looking for a salon that was wheelchair accessible for my mom and one of my friends recommended I check out PMMP. . Pam helped me set up her appointment with ease and when we got there, they had a station set up for her to stay in her wheelchair while she got her hair done. Sam did an excellent job at making her feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Her cut and blow-dry looked great when she was finished and she was definitely feeling beautiful after she left! Im so happy we found you guys! Thank you for everything!

I have been coming to Pam since 2016 when she used to work in a small booth in Doral. I really like her and what she does. She’s always vibrant, positive and welcoming. She fixed my hair after I dyed it this terrible purple color. I enjoy going to Pam’s because the experience is unlike the regular salons in Kendall. It feels like a judgement free zone. She specializes in a many things but what mainly draws me back is the fact that in her salons they do fantasy color. Something apparently unheard of anywhere else in Miami. She also does her best to always reach your hair goals. Ever since she fixed my hair in 2016 I only go to her.

What can I say about Pmmp that doesn’t make me look like the ultimate cheerleader?! Pam and her team of hair magicians always deliver the vision and treat all clients with 5 star service! COVID is still here and cleanliness is a concern for everyone. Pmmp uses all the best organic and chemical free solutions to keep the salon clean and safe for us all to enjoy. Pam developed her own product line to enhance her magical treatment at home so she can make sure her canvases remain brand new day 1- day 40. (roughly 6 weeks) The attention to detail that Pam has for each canvas is unique to the design plan but it makes her that well rounded of a technician. I don’t think anyone will ever through my head that isn’t inside of PamMakeMePretty. I love you ladies!

This salon the second you come in has such a welcoming vibe to it. I come to get my lashes done with Destiny (owner of Miami Wink) every 2 weeks and she never fails to make me feel beautiful once she’s done. Pam and all the other ladies as well are very kind and you can tell they truly care about their clients. The music they play caters to everybody (Thanks for the bad bunny Jenny) and just the overall environment makes you feel at home. ❤️

I did my nails yesterday with Denise who was great! She was very sweet and when I mentioned I wanted a price list on their hair services she immediately got the owner Pam who took the time to explain their services and prices (which can also be found online). Pam was even nice enough to offer to squeeze me in that same day despite them being very obviously busy. I opted to come back the next day with an appointment. (Side note: one of my nails didnt dry properly and looked kind of funny, thankfully Denise fixed it the following day without any hesitation and at no additional cost which was nice!)I just did my color with Anastacia who was amazing. I was a little apprehensive at first since I have a hard time trying new stylists, but she was great. She made sure to match my root color exactly to my existing color and was very sweet and funny. All the girls seem great, dont let their ages fool you, all of their customers had smiles on their faces and left with gorgeous hair so they must know what theyre doing!The only downside is that they dont have much parking, so you may want to come early or else have to park by the Burger King or even the Walgreens. However, its a small inconvenience since the services are great and their prices are reasonable. =)

I’ve gotten my hair done in lots of places. I’ve seen multiple hairdressers and all of them assure me they can do whatever look I want... that was not the case when I came to Pams salon, she sat me down noticed all the different colors I had in my hair already while looking at what I wanted (I had my hair red and then dyed it black) which was a mulberry purple look. She was very honest with me and told me it’s not going to look like that however she can do something to make it purple. She explained the different processes was a bit lengthy. But I walked out of there with the best results! Thank you again Pam for all your knowledge and not getting my hopes up with false expectations.

I came across PMMP through a coworker. This is the best salon I’ve ever been to. It is so clean, pretty, professional, and so relaxing while youre there. total boss babe vibes!! All the girls make you feel at home; always asking if you’d like anything to drink (sometimes even eat), they REMEMBER you even after months of not going, they keep in touch through IG and bless your hair!I did a complete hair makeover after years of trying to get the correct “balayage” or “ombré”. Pam did her magic and I’ve never been happier with my hair and it’s extremely healthy! The hair products are amazing and with this quarantine Pam has not let her customers down! I bought the PMMP Treat Yourself Treatment and I sincerely noticed a difference after just one use. I have been highlighting my hair for months now without doing any special treatment, so my hair was very damaged and dry. It would take me about 15 minutes just to detangle my hair from the terrible knots that I would get. After using the PMMP Treatment the first time, it took me about 3 minutes! Such a significant difference! I can’t wait to see how my hair continues to improve !!
