    I’ve been going to this location for a while and customer service is always great. Staff is always friendly. Facility is always clean. Isabelle was my last waxed and she was amazing. Friendly and made environment comfortable. We chatted the whole time during my service and she was thorough. Results were great! I would book again! I got a Brazilian sugaring.

    Kathy gave me my first wax and I was super scared but she was so quick and made me feel better throughout the process. I’ve had the best results from my Brazilian sugaring no bumps and barely any growth 8 days later!! Yall go see Kathy !!

    Jessica was the best, I had a great experience when I booked with her. The procedure of sugaring was scary at first but she made sure I was comfortable and good. The location is very convenient, other staff was nice, and facilities are clean. A repeat customer I will be and strongly recommend a visit from perspective clients

    I had a great experience for my first time sugaring. My second time went well, and recently for my third time there the sugarista was very nice and took her time to be sure all the hairs were removed, I highly recommend this place, the environment there is friendly and cozy.Update: I still have a great feeling about this place Bianca my sugarista today did an amazing job. Fatma usually does it for me but she wasnt in today. I believe all the ladies do a spectacular job at what they do. If youre thinking about it, Id say definitely go, youll be happy.

    Recently, I had my first appointment at Sugaring NYC, and it was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Booking my appointment was seamless, and checking out was just as easy, which set a positive tone for the entire visit.The studio itself is stunning, adorned in all pink, which gives it a girly, super modern vibe. But what stood out the most was how immaculately clean it was, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere thats far from the cold and sterile environments you often find in similar places.My Sugarista, Fatma, was incredible. Not only did she skillfully guide me through the process, ensuring there were no surprises, but her experience in sugaring was evident, and her aftercare advice was invaluable. I opted for a Brazilian with an all-inclusive V-Facial, and the all-natural products used left my skin feeling unbelievably smooth.I was so impressed with the Healing Oil used during my session that I purchased a bottle to take home. Its light, absorbs quickly, and the scent is absolutely divine. Plus, its versatile enough to be used on legs, arms, and more.Im already looking forward to my next appointment at Sugaring NYC and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch sugaring experience.

    I had a sugaring session this AM, Fatma, was my Sugarista. She was super sweet and funny_I appreciated that a lot because waxing can be an intimidating experience and made me feel so comfortable the whole time. The place is beautiful and girly (everything is pink). The receptionist was very nice as well and helped me through the check-in and checkout process. I was seen at my appointment with no wait time. As far as the availability of parking spaces, theres plenty in front and around the building, but you have to use the paybyplate app. All in all, I had a great experience, and I will definitely go back.

    I had a great first sugar Brazilian wax experience with Kathy. I usually do hard wax but this is meant to have longer lasting resulting results, so looking forward to seeing how the results hold up! One thing I would recommend is to provide a towel or something that the client can cover themselves with while waiting for their waxer to re-enter the room, so they don’t feel so exposed. The first wax is $30, great deal, would recommend!

    I’ve tried sugaring at tons of places but I always keep going back to SugaringNYC and its locations because I’ve noticed that it doesn’t lead to ingrowns. Many people will say that ingrowns are due to aftercare but my aftercare is the same and I’ve noticed that out of all the places, SugaringNYC is just better.Anyways, this was my first time at this location and I had an amazing experience. The location was so clean and there was parking nearby. Nathalie V kept me distracted that I didn’t feel anything at all and it went by so quick! She was also very attentive to detail and made sure she got all the hairs for my upcoming cruise. I loved how she was very professional, so friendly, and we had great conversation! Overall, I loved it and will definitely be back!!

    Kiara is great, I recommend her, I don’t give this a 5 because they say they are open but when you get there they aren’t. I had 2 appointments where I get there and they aren’t there and say they’re closed but then I get a message saying my appointment was canceled for no show. I called but no one picked up.

    Get my Brazilian done here every month and no complains about the service. It is a little incovenient that the receptionists are the girls that do service so sometimes wont be open if they are back and you have to wait for them to come out.
