This has become my annual tradition when visiting my hometown again to get my haircut here. Was able to get a walk in appointment last minute in New Year’s Eve and didn’t have to wait. They were upfront about pricing before service started and confirmed that the price was acceptable for me. Norma was awesome and when she noticed that I seemed to want my bangs a little shorter but I hadn’t said anything, she asked to make sure I wasn’t sure I wanted them shorter and once I was paying she checked again that I was good with their new length and when she could tell I was extremely satisfied, she was satisfied. 10/10 experience with a hairdresser who could tell how I felt without me even saying it.

I was very happy with the person who cut my hair. I was very concerned about getting my hair cut after losing it and having it grow back totally different. But she did a great job. I didn’t have an appt but there were 3 ladies working who were very efficient and I only waited 10 minutes.

Amazing kids cut with Eva! The most professional cut my kid has ever had. The boy has straight soft hair with a prince cut, so not easy to get a perfect cut and she did it! She Didnt cut forehead bangs too short like I like it, but trimmed the back with the machine making it look profesional and clean with a cool edge. Totally worth it. I’ll never have anyone else cut his precious silky hair. Still looks long but professionally well done. Eva said she’s been an expert in kids hair and I believe her. She totally gets it. After nearly a year of hair growth I had to get a cut for a photo shoot. I had never been to this Supercuts location before it was a gamble day before the event and Ricardo who was the only one on staff that morning gave me a business cut that was spectacular. While there were a few people waiting he did not rush the process one bit. I showed him a pretty pixelated picture of what my hair used to look like and from the blurry picture I showed him to the final cut - he absolutely nailed it. He did a fantastic job and I received compliments all week. Definitely would recommend. Jaime is also very good.

First time visit to this Supercuts. First of all, the shop was clean and there was plenty of seating. I went to the counter and the women spoke NO ENGLISH! Then she acted pissed at me because I spoke English! How does someone that doesnt speak English, know how I want my haircut if she cant understand me? I didnt have to wait too long and even though I gave them my name and phone number, they entered me in their system manually, when I am sure I am in there as I have been a customer of Supercuts in many states. I ended up getting a young lady name Lauren, who spoke English, and she did an amazing job! She did a professional job of exactly what I wanted! Short and sweet visit with her! I liked her so much, I will consider going back, however, it left a bad taste in my mouth on the lack of initial communication due to employees NOT SPEAKING ENGLISH!

I have been going to this Supercuts location for years. But I’ve noticed that the last couple of times, there has been a problem with my change. I always pay in cash. Last time I was there, I left confused, thinking that I was short changed. Today, the lady short changed me $10. I had already given her a generous tip, then I realized that she only gave me back $14 from a $50 bill. The haircut is $26. When I asked her about it, she gave me the $10 that I was shorted. I just think that if you’re gonna go to this location and pay cash make sure that you get the right change back because this isn’t the first time this happens to me at this location. However, I was satisfied with the cut. I was satisfied with the lady that cut my hair and I am usually happy with the haircut that I get at this location. If not for the money thing, I would give it 5 stars.

I have a 4 year old son that does NOT like to get his hair cut. The clippers tickle him and he eventually can’t take it anymore. The staff at the salon were so patient and gracious with him. I met Maria who happens to be the manager at the Supercuts location in Coconut Grove and I thought she was very sweet, extremely professional, attentive, listened well and did an amazing job blowing out my hair and straightening it as well as cutting my son’s hair also. They keep the place very clean and neat and I also enjoyed the music they were playing as well in the background. They always have really good hair products at Supercuts and I will definitely be back again to have Maria blow my hair out and also cut my son’s hair whenever he needs it!

This place is very centrally located so its always busy so if you walk in you will probably have to wait. So i recommend that you make a reservation on the phone or online. That said everyone is patient and knowledgeable. Maria de Carmen is amazing. I have two adult children in the spectrum and they both adore her as do I. Parking is easy, its a short walk from the metro rail station and with so many places nearby you can make an appointment and take a little walk instead of waiting inside.

The weight at this particular Supercuts is usually pretty short because they have at least three or four stylist available. I always get a very good haircut even though I tend to always get a different person each time I go in. everybody is super friendly and they dont try to upsell you on the products the entire time youre there, unlike a few other locations. I have been a faithful customer of this particular location for at least 10 years now.
