    I was extremely impressed with my experience at the Supercuts in my neighborhood today! I made an appointment in the morning, and there was no wait upon my arrival. Sylvia was fantastic! I will definitely recommend this place!Stylist:I had an outstanding experience with Sylvia from start to finish! Her exceptional customer service truly made my visit memorable. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I’m already looking forward to returning next week for a stylish haircut, along with a wash and blowout!     Great! I went in for the first time and without appointment. Sheryl was simply amazing. She took her time to carefully listen what I needed exactly to fix my hair color and suggested a couple of options. She did an awesome job!     A manager is put to the test not when everything is working fine but when things go wrong. Having experienced a disappointment with my last hair-cut I was able to speak with the manager of the Doral Supercut, Yohana, who listen and helped me resolved my issue. Thanks also to Yusimi, which I highly recommend, for fixing the patches. That’s what good management is. Thank you both for your patience, understanding and professionalism.

    The hairstylist I had been using for almost twenty years recently moved out of the country. I was afraid I was going to have to go through an adjustment period until I found someone I liked. But I was wrong. Just had my first haircut from Sylvia who came highly recommended and I am very happy!!!! She worked off of pictures I took right after my last haircut and she got it right.She did a great job waxing my eyebrows and lip as well.

    I was able to make a same day appointment online. When I arrived, Lorena greeted me and told me she would be my stylist. She was very friendly and patient. She took her time with my haircut. The haircut was fantastic. I had not had a haircut in about one year because of the pandemic, so it was a mess. Lorena did a wonderful job.

    I know men do not spend alot in haircuts but after 20 years of going to the same place it shut down and I decided to start going here. What a great transition no problems no hassles only great haircuts and nice staff ( Pricing was never an issue but here it is always great also. I like to give the same for the haircut as the tip so 20 for the haircut and 20 for the tip and its still only 40 bucks every couple of months)

    Elisa and the entire staff were super nice and made it a comfortable environment. I was in for a hair dye and haircut, but I was concerned about the dye color. Elisa understood my concern and brought me color samples to choose from and explained how certain colors can be combined. I love how my color turned out! Will definitely be back. Thanks Elisa!

    Lupe is one of the best stylists in the area. Went to many barbers, who couldn’t speak English. Nothing wrong with that, except I don’t speak it. They wouldn’t even make an effort. Lupe understood me, clearly. She has consistently cut my hair better than any cookie cutter barber.

    Been coming to this Super Cuts 2013 and Elissa, Disney, Lupe, Olga, Karina, Myrian are some of the few stylist that not only cut amazing Hair, but always go above and beyond with the hot towels, customer service, letting us know about the coupons before we checkout and staying sometimes after there shift, just to make sure we get our haircut and look good for the weekend.     Im so glad I took a chance here. We just moved here, so I have been in the hunt for a new hairdresser. I got a haircut a couple of weeks ago at a place down the road from here that charged over $100 for a cut! And the worst part was that I hated how it turned out. I read reviews online and saw glowing reviews for Yordelis. I stopped in today on a whim and was able to explain what I wanted.
