    Easy to make an appointment and easy to reach out. I run out with an issue before the appointment and I was able to reach her to let her know. Everything was so clean and neat. She was fast and I feel no pain (I was in that time of the month when my waxing date painful due to hormones) She was great and very friendly! I do not live in Miami, but for sure I’m coming back again.

    I had the most amazing wax appointment! She truly has angel hands—I didn’t feel a thing! The whole experience was so smooth and she made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process.     I’ve never loved a place more! Jenn was amazing, she literally saved me! She was amazing, the room was so calming and her playlist was everything. It was my first time here today, but I’ve already made my next appointment. And when she says she specializes in Brazilians, she’s not lying. 10/10 recommend to EVERYONE!!

    Been going to Jen for a while now and I wouldn’t go to any other place for my bikini wax! She is very nice and relatable— makes you feel like you’ve known her for years.     Had my first wax here today and Kay has absolutely earned a loyal & repeat client :) such a wonderful experience from beginning to end - the suite is adorable, Kay was SO warm & easy to talk to and I felt beyond comfortable. the quality of service was unparalleled and she was gentle, thorough, and extremely professional.     The girlies at Tox are the best! I have been going to Kay for months now and she is so welcoming and has an amazing vibe. The studio is clean and the waxes are amazing. The value for the brazilian wax special is amazing. Definitely give them a try!! I recommend both Kay and Jenn blindly!

She is not only professional, she is gentle and takes pride in the services she provides. She will always make you feel comfortable and address any concerns you may have.
