I was waxed by Esme - full Brazilian front and back, buttocks, upper legs (thighs), and under arms. I am a plus size woman and often feel self-conscious going in for a wax, but Esme made me feel comfortable, and never made any comments about my body, or seemed annoyed that she had to work on a bigger body. She worked quickly and efficiently, and was meticulous. Aside from Esme’s excellent customer service and kindness, the wax experience was also a great one because of the Uni K products. I have extremely sensitive skin and the wax that they use in combination with their toners, cooling gels, and lotions is elite! 10/10 recommend.

I saw Esme’s reviews of how comfortable she makes you feel and honestly it’s the truth. I went in for my first ever Brazilian wax and I was thoroughly impressed with everything about this place. The facility was squeaky clean, the front desk girl was very welcoming, and I was brought in almost immediately after checking in. My wax lady, Patricia, is AMAZING. Super nice and professional and made pleasant conversation while working quickly. She made sure to pluck every single hair out, and best of all, made it as pain free as possible! I was seriously expecting it to be worse but it was totally bearable. I’ve already booked my second appointment and I plan to be a regular customer. Highly recommend!!
