    I came as a walk-in on a super busy day and I am super appreciative that the amazing front desk girl and wax specialist (Vida and Sophie) really came through for me so that I could be hair-free for my big date! They worked me in and got it completely done with smiles on their faces. I did not wait long and while I was waiting, Vida was super helpful, professional and friendly! Thank you for helping a girl out even when you were already busy with appointments. I really appreciate you guys over at Uni K!

    I was so terrified of waxing, but i’m so glad first experience was as wonderful as it was. The staff is so nice and helpful. Sophie was highly recommended to me and I’m so grateful I had my appointment with her. She was so kind and sweet. She made me feel safe seeing how nervous I was. I would definitely recommend her.

    Gigi is the best!! Her service is always so fast but detailed at the same time, I do a full Brazilian front and back and don’t even have time to think about the pain before she’s done. Love her.

We all know waxing can be painful, but the staff here makes it convenient, plesant and seamless. Just completed my second visit and am fully committed. The staff is knowledgeable, patient and kind. Ilene is my VIP, but you wont be disappointed with whomever you select for your service. From the time you enter the lobby, all of your stress simply melts away. I highly recommend!     I got a bikini full (front & back) and I LOVE IT! My water Gigi is the best. Her techniques make it less painful, she cleans your area before and after and she even puts a soothing cool compress on the waxed area when she is finished. I am 100% satisfied.

    I love this location and Ana is amazing. It’s always clean and everyone is courteous until today.I switched from the town and country location because the receptionist was extremely rude. It was a breath of fresh air coming to this location with a professional, polite receptionist...until today. This receptionist came across a bit harsh and crass. I called to reschedule my appointment and ended up canceling it. When I called back 15 minutes later as my circumstances had changed, I was told she was available. I said I would be there in 15 minutes. Upon arrival, I ended up having to wait a few minutes because she was busy. Normally, the receptionist would book me so that when I arrived I would be seen immediately. Disappointed that this location is turning into town and country. Had it not been for this, the location and people are 5 stars.Update: I found out this receptionist is leaving due to complaints. I hope this location finds someone better. I’ve updated my rating from 3 to 5 stars.

    I felt at home as soon as I walked in because Monika made me feel so comfortable with her loving and welcoming energy, she greeted me and gave me the biggest smile I have ever seen during that day thereofore I knew this was my place to stay.     Waxing of my back. I know! Who sees it, right? Well I do. And they did a great job. Mia was my professional hair remover. And she was professional and considerate. The studio was superb, clean and the staff were “sterile and at the same time, real!” I recommend this location, as there is plenty of parking and near Trader Joe’s and Dadeland Mall area.

    This was my very first time using Uni K Wax and I am beyond pleased. As an esthetician myself I was extremely satisfied with my experience from cleanliness to customer service and knowledge of services provided. I was serviced by Amanda and she was GREAT !! She took her time but wasnt slow (if that makes sense) lol , you can tell she knows what shes doing and out of her own mouth Loves Her Job. I definitely will be using them again !

    AMANDA WAS AMAZON!!!! She took good care of me. I have sensitive skin, dry skin, hairy and allergic to almost everything. She took her time. Removed all the hair and her conversation was amazing!!! She taught me so much and I’ve been researching my skin forever!!!! Give this Pinecrest location a try!!!! Oh and I stopped to tell Ed about my previous experience of being rush and hair not being removed completely, being burnt and bleeding... I was gonna give up but I found a gem!!!!
