From the front desk to the service itself, it was very accommodating to the needs of the customer.The lady on the front desk was very polite and informative about the service given afterwards she wrote down my information and Jackie was available to take me (didn’t wait at all, without reservation)She even offered to provide me with the service herself so I wouldn’t have to wait.Jackie the woman who actually worked on my eye brows, was amazing.She has angel hands, didn’t feel the pull of the wax and she made sure all my needs were fulfilled in terms of shape and thickness.Great place!!!Great customer service.Thank you ladies :)

Normally, I make my appointments with the next available waxer, but to my surprise today I met Jeannette! This place is the best. I had left it a little too long between waxings and the tech did a really good job quickly cleaning up the mess I’d presented her with. She was quick and efficient and apologized for the fact my hair resisted being removed.

Kiara V. was my waxer and she did a full Brazilian wax, front & back. She was very gentle and very thorough. Absolutely loved my experience with her. I had done sugaring before and hard wax at other places but my experience with other places and other people were never good but Kiara made sure I was 100% comfortable. I didn’t feel pain at all and it felt super easy & fast. I will definitely be coming back and absolutely recommend her and this establishment!! Very excited for my wax appointments now!

The ceroligists doing the waxing do a great job and the natural green wax they use is nice, pricing is good, my only complaint is the very strange smell in the front area of the salon. Smells strongly like mildew with burnt sage.... please try to address that 🙂
