    Wonderful service, everyone is so kind and welcoming . Feels like youā€™re walking into an actual spa .As my first time waxing my tech Miriam was extremely sweet and explained everything as she was going through the process.     This place is amazing! Iā€™ve been coming here for a couple months and let me start off by saying..the manager at this location is spectacular. Sheā€™s probably the main reason I continue coming here. Sheā€™s very warm, welcoming, accommodating, and just overall a great manager. Paola is the person I go to for my waxes. Sheā€™s unreal! She actually listens to the client and performs the services in a way that suit me and my skin the best. Love this place. Highly recommend!

    AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! It was my first time ever receiving a wax and girlll I was NERVOUS but LIDA made it so enjoyable I was so comfortable and left extremely satisfied! If you need a wax I highly recommend them especially LIDA as your waxer!

    Iā€™m a senior and must emphasize that my visit was the least painful waxing I have had in my lifetime. My technician knew exactly what I needed for my sensitive skin. I highly recommend the Cutler Bay location off US1 and 184th Street (in the same shopping center as the Publix). Everyone was extremely professional and made me feel at ease.

    Great experience! I walked in for the first time on this location and in 5 minutes I was being serviced. My skin is highly sensitive but the wax they used was sooo good that in less than 2 hours, all redness was gone. Which normally would take an entire day to clear, in my case

    Leonor is wonderful and so kind. She made me feel comfortable. This was the 3rd time getting waxed ever in my life (I am 35) the first-time was at European wax and they people made fun of me to my face (I was in my early 20ies). The second time was a place in homestead next to caravan that is no longer there (wonder why I was in my late 20ies). I was VERY scared to get waxed ever again. But the reviews so so great for Uni K wax that I said what the hell. I am glad I did everyone was great and welcoming but Leonor saw I was scared and after hearing my story was mad I went thru that and made me feel safe.

    Lovely location. The young woman at the front desk was so friendly (Iā€™m sorry I didnā€™t get your name). My appointment was with Lexus and I canā€™t say enough wonderful things about her. It was my least painful wax (although Iā€™ve gotten used to the process) and I think itā€™s because we just chatted the whole time. Sheā€™s cool, sheā€™s warm, you just feel comfortable with her and on top of all of that- she did an amazing job. Even went it with the tweezers. Canā€™t recommend her enough.

    Today was my first time going to Uni K wax in Cutler Bay. I was a bit nervous about going since I was getting an intimate area hair waxing. If you have done it before you know it hurts a-little but on top of that I had shaved which made me more nervously.When I arrived at this location I was greeted by the front host. She was super nice and made me feel welcomed.My service was done by Paola. Sheā€™s truly delightful. She reassured me that it wouldnā€™t hurt like other places. She truly kept her word. She was beyond careful and explained everything she was doing.She even added a cold pack to help with any uncomfortablenesses , which other places donā€™t.The place was very clean and the energy was positive.I went ahead and booked my next appointment with Paola at this location.I highly recommend it for those who are first time waxing.Did I mention that their wax is natural?     There are two things that I donā€™t play withā€¦my nails and my brows!!! The skin underneath my eyebrows is very sensitive and I would always have scabs the next day after getting my eyebrows waxed. Iā€™ve NEVER had this issue since I started coming to Uni K Wax. Iā€™ve been a customer for almost 17 years. I originally used to go to the Kendall location until my favorite waxer, Cary, retired. I live in Homestead so it just made sense to go to the Cutler Bay location when I found out about it since itā€™s closer. Jessica has been my waxer for the last 4 visits and I couldnā€™t be happier! She is very skilled, sweet and very professional! You canā€™t go wrong with any of the waxers but Iā€™m sticking with Jessica šŸ˜Š The staff is very accommodating and pleasant. Lexus IS really the representation of what I would love to do when it comes to my business letā€™s not just say I changed my appointment to another day and then the time (life be lifen) I walked in and was automatically greeted with the most newest offer available to me !
