    I absolutely love Escape Nails- my favorite tech is Kim! She always takes her time and is very detailed oriented. She listens and makes sure you love your nails before paying. She does 3D and loves trying different designs. Melissa is a top notch owner is so down to earth. They make sure the experience is 5 star every time & are so personal. I love them so much.

    I chose the 3-D design which was done really nice. I really love the atmosphere and everybody is super nice. It was my second time going and I’m just gonna make this my place to go every time. ❤️ Miss Kim in particularly is who did my nails she worked so hard to have this great result. I really appreciate her.

    I recently started coming to Escape Nails about 5 months ago. i’ve absolutely loved every visit i’ve had there! i always make sure to see my girl Kim! she always gets me right, does the designs i love everytime, is so patient, takes her times, and is always so friendly! the owner Melissa is so very sweet, i met her for the first time this evening and she laughed and chatted with me the whole time! they definitely make the experience so much better with their kindness! 10/10 recommend!

    **EDIT: I am not sure how to write another review so I just want to add to this one. I just want to give a HUGE shout-out to Melissa for reaching out and offering to make things right. She is a lovely lady who has won my business again. She did a gorgeous job and for that I thank her ❤️**I have been coming here monthly since February and they usually do a decent job at accommodating my nail requests. It is mine and my friends monthly ritual. Today we did as normal we had pictures of what we wanted done and presented them... What I asked for is not what I received and I am a little disappointed and I will partially blame myself for not saying something there as I dont like to be confrontational. But when the tech pulled out the blue color I had thought it would be for the line designs. I am a little upset as this was not a cheap venture for me. I may consider looking elsewhere for next months session which breaks my heart.

    Rushing from one errand to the next, I decided to make a quick stop at the salon to unwind. The experience turned out to be far more than I had anticipated. The staff worked with care and precision, crafting nails that were elegant and durable. Walking out, I couldn’t stop smiling as I admired my beautifully designed nails.

    I just finished getting my dip polish redone here at escape Nails day spa and I was seen by Mrs Eva. She did an amazing job. This was my first time getting my nails done and I will return. It appears I may have found my new nail shop home :) very professional, clean and pleasant environment.

    Honestly they have great customer service! Yes they dont always offer the water and wine but you can always ask and they will provide. Prices are very reasonable, and they do a great job and will correct any issues with your nails.

    I visited this salon to get my mani/pedi and treat a friend as well. Linda and her team did a great job on both of us! The care they took with our nails and the hospitality was great! Their salon was clean and the place was relaxing. I will be visiting again!

    Honestly I cant see the bad reviews. They are so lovely here and even though my husband wasnt getting anything done they had him sit in the massage chair and offered him a drink. Yes it is a bit pricey but the service was so worth it to me. The gentleman that did my pedicure was extremely nice and took his time with everything.

    I got a pedicure from Sang and he is the absolute best! I have legit been all over the country and the world (military) and have never had such an attentive and caring pedicure. He will hit every thing and more without you saying anything. Truly amazing and will only go back for him

    My mom and I decided last minute to have a girls day, called them, they were busy but said they could get us in. I was a little hesitant because of the reviews but it was recommended by my mom’s hairdresser, so we gave it a try. They were super busy but still made sure we were comfortable while we waited. Put us in the massage chairs to sit and use until someone could get to us. They were friendly and joking around with us and each other. They wore gloves and replaced and cleaned equipment in between clients. Overall excellent experience and will definitely be back.

    My mom and I were so happy with our pedicure and massage! We did the deluxe spa 4 step pedi and it was so relaxing. Jenny did an amazing job and was very friendly and helpful. I accidentally smudged my nail on the walk to the dryer and she fixed it right away. The place was clean, reasonably priced, and professional! We will be back!

    I enjoy this salon a great deal. Snow does an excellent job on my feet. The only dislike I have is when they do my hands and feet at the same time. I cant relax then and thats why I go to the salon, to relax.

    My experience was absolutely wonderful! I was able to call and make an appointment, they were also able to take me a couple minutes late as well, I was very appreciative of their grace. Their services are wonderfully priced and its such a great atmosphere. Bray was my tech and she was talented, professional, and kind. I would ask for her again any day.

    This was my second time goi g and I think I found d my new favorite for pedicures. They really take their time to clean and paint but the best part is they do a great job with foot and calf massage. I was taken on time for my appointment and had a very relaxing time. The chairs are new and the massage from the chair was also enjoyable, not rough. Thanks for the great job today!
