    I went as a walk-in, and not only did they fit me in, but they were pleasant and friendly. I had to bring my toddler along with me, and the staff played with him, interacted with him, and even gave him a snack! It was a wonderful experience, and my nails look amazing!I will definitely be back.

    I have been looking for a nail salon close to home that could replicate designs off pictures I find and like. Walked in and had the best experience getting my back to school nails. They did exactly what I asked for and I left so happy with my nails, I will for sure be back! (Photo of my whole hand and the photo I showed them for the accent nails.)

    Jessica did my nails. She did an excellent job. I had a full set of acrylics and gel polish. I had to wait about 20 minutes, but it was understandable due to Christmas being only 2 days away. I had a last-minute appointment, so that is why I waited longer than usual. Ask for Jessica. She is friendly and pretty fast. They still look good.

    Absolutely loved the hospitality of this place! My friend and I came in with no appointment for pedicures and we didn’t feel rushed either!

    The customer service was amazing! The chair was comfortable. I dont remember the name of the lady who did my pedicure, but she was fantastic. She massaged my feet and legs for a long time and did a wonderful job on painting my nails.

    Such a lovely atmosphere! The smell which I am usually very sensitive too was not strong at all! Jessica was amazing and I love my nails she surprised me with having wonderful Alice designs. Definitely will come back and bring friends!

    They are so incredibly nice and considerate of people’s needs. My grandmother n law was having her nails done for her birthday. But she’s not able to get in the pedicure chairs so Miss Jess got down on the floor with out any hesitation and proceeded on with a smile on her face. Thank you all very much.

    I got off of work Saturday and swung by to get my 2 pointer nails fixed(I broke them during the work week) I have never been here before, when I I walked in a was greeted and informed they were closing early for the holiday (you can tell they had a Christmas party that day) but he proceeded to tell me that that despite it being 5 minutes to close they would fix my two nails for me for the holidays! The young man who did my nails did an absolutely amazing job matching the fixed nails to my other nails that I had done somewhere else! He did his own little free hand design on them and did absolutely perfect!I also watched another nail tech asking the lady what she was feeling for her nails and worked with her to pick out the best design! They were so friendly and went above and beyond! This WILL be my NEW nail place! Thank you for your great customer service Today! You just gained another customer!

    Always get prompt service. Usually make appointment on a Wednesday. Ms. Lynn is attentative to detail and regular nail polish is always long lasting. Arcely also does a great job and has a great personality

    I had some issues with my gel polish peeling off after my initial visit. I made an appointment to come back in and they repainted the full set free of charge. They were extremely nice and understanding which was awesome to have since I hate conflict!

    This place by far is the best nail salon Ive ever been to!!! When I lived in Middleburg I went here all the time. They do the best jobs. Always polite and efficient and they take their time and make sure you are pleased. I moved to Jacksonville April 2021 and went to several places there and hated it! I still drive to this salon every month to get my nails done because it is so worth it!!

    Great service, super friendly staff. They work together as a team, I enjoy spending time there.Been to many nail places , and for the most part I felt like and outsider. Not here . Always feel welcomed and everyone speaks English even to each other . I truly appreciate that ...I think it’s common courtesy, to speak the language of the customers as long as they are there.So, I recommend this place to anyone. They have their act together, professionals.I appreciate you guys 🙏🏻

    Tommy went above and beyond today with customer service for my wife. We ran into a problem that only he could solve and he didnt blink an eye to help us. I would recommend this place to everyone. When a business goes above and beyond you become a life long customer.

    I have tried a lot of placed and this place is the best. Great service from the staff. Tommy is so comical. It is clean. They do a great job on your nails.Ok Tammy can I get a free manicure now I did what you told me to. Lol lol lol.All kidding a side this is a great place. My husband had a meni pedi and fell a sleep.

    Tommy and Lisa run the Shop easily. At least from what Ive seen over the last 5 years. They didnt even blink an eye when I arrived with my nephew for our appointment. Hes 68 and 320. He did fit in the chair. Great work on everything. He never had a Mani-Pedi.

    Excellent service all the way around! The eyelash extensions are as professional as any movie stars are. So many of the up-to-date nail designs and pedicure treatments. #1 all the way as you can take care of all your beauty issues in one place including those runaway eyebrows! Lol

    Tommy is the best, attention to detail and also does full set acrylics in very reasonable time. You will not be wasting time sitting in his chair. If the phone isnt answered they generally call you back in a few minutes.
