The ladies that tended to us were great! They were professional, they listened & were knowledgeable. Best Shampoos either of us have ever had! They were not busy when we arrived so they were able to get us right in (walk-ins). They tended to us quickly. Overall great experience! Their shop was clean and comfortable!My only complaint is with myself, my own fault. I was so ready for a haircut & something different that I did not think to at least articulate what I did not want in a hair cut much less what I do like. The stylist did a great job! Its on me for not knowing what I wanted when I went in.

I wasnt too sure about this fellas technique at first but figured I would just go with the flow. Best hair cut I have had in years!!! Stylist knew what I needed and layered up my hair perfectly. My 16 year old son got his hair done today here at SmartStyle by Scotti and she did a Fantastic job!! He has Shoulder Length Dreads his hair is Really thick and he’s a little picky about how it looks once it’s done. We have been looking for someone to do his hair. He was very happy about his hair today so Thank you so Much Scotti!! We will be back!! He loves that 2 strand twist style!! Pics next time!

I completely forgot to catch the man who did my eyebrows’ name, but he was SO NICE, and super cool. He did a great job on my eyebrows that I’ve been doing myself (and messing up myself) for over five years since my last wax. Waxed were only $5 today and I tipped him $5 on top of it— 100% tip because he was great. And my eyebrows look soooooo much better. I will be going back to him for sure!

Daphne was amazing! Before I was able to get my hair cut, Daphne had four young girls to cut and blow out and I watched her give these girls the care and attention they deserved, treated each as if they were the most important and she instructed them on product usage. It was just lovely. DAPHNE gave me an amazing haircut and I will definitely be back for my next haircut. You all have a treasure in Daphne.

Miss Daphne is Absolutely amazing at what she does. She is truly a master of her craft. She understands the variables that apply to having a great hair cut. Ive struggled in the past with getting a even cut that fits the shape of my head and all that have attempted to cut my hair have done a mediocre job. Not Miss Daphne. She knew exactly how and what to do to make my hair cut be so much more then anyone in the past. I highly recommend her. Shes very polite, well mannered and provides a high quailty cut in a timely manner. Definitely found me a permanent barber.

I came in on August 2, 2022 to have my hair done. Daphne was very nice and accommodating. She made sure numerous times that I felt comfortable and relaxed. She has such a compassionate and genuine vibe. I felt very at ease. I found the entire experience to be incredibly pleasant. I came in for a cut and asked for highlights as well. Her expertise exceeded all expectations! I love my hair, its absolutely beautiful! Daphne was very kind and made me feel comfortable and special. I would recommend her to everyone! I dont get my hair done often but when I do Ill definitely be coming back to see Daphne. I am so thrilled with the amazing job she did on my hair!!! After I was done Daphne cut my 4 year old little girls hair and it was her first hair cut. She went above and beyond to make sure my daughter felt safe and happy. My daughter has curls so she cut it in a way that the curls wouldnt be bunched together that way it wouldnt be as tangled. I could tell the difference when brushing her hair this morning. To say I am highly impressed is an understatement! That sweet woman has talent! 💗🥰😍 Yall go see Daphne and she will do you right, I can assure you of that much! Waited for over an hour for the stylist to get back from lunch at Walmart just to be told she was full for the day and couldnt take anyone else couldnt call on the phone to make appt because she wasnt answering it so i left seen this little salon down the road so i stopped in they seen me right away didnt get the stylist name now wished i had she was very kind and knowledgeable gave me a great haircut and even recommended a conditioner and treatment i needed for my dried out damaged hair.Pricing was comparable with other salons in area.They only do cuts and blow drys no coloring,highlights or perms so if a cut is all you need? ..then this is your place.
