    Extremely happy with my nails every time. The last set I had lasted 5 weeks!! No breaking or lifting and still looked amazing. I absolutely love the service from the staff and results of the work requested. I also bring my daughters and they have had the same great experience I have. I’m so happy to have finally found a nail place that is consistent.

    I took my girlfriend here for a little pedicure date, we had never been before and we walked in and were seated right away. We each got the royal pedicure. They were VERY thorough and took their time with the service. My feet are the softest theyve been in months, and my polish looks fantastic. Already planning to come back next month!

    I have been having my nails and pedicures done at Chi Nails in Pace for about a year and 95% of the time they do a wonderful job. Every so often something won’t go as planned which can happen anywhere. They are always happy to fix anything I’m not happy with. They are also very friendly. I am very pleased with Chi!!

    We went here as a wedding party (mom, dad, young kids 7 and 10, Nana, Papa, Aunt, brides maid). They were very friendly, jovial, did a very good job on all our pedicures, manicures, nail art, facial waxing (they do eyebrows, lips, chin, neck, treatments and massages) and we all had different stuff being done. They were amazing and very well priced. I will be a lifelong customer and you will be too! Highly recommend them. Very nice people.

Ive had my fair share of nails done in my 36 years on earth and this is by far my favorite place to goDont go anywhere else to get your nails done. Chi Nails is the best and great prices.     Went in today for my normal 4 week fill in with my inspo Pic for my nail tech Timmy. I was the only one in there when I arrived and he got right to work. As usual he absolutely slayed my set with putting his personal touch to every set he does for me. I will continue to return and let Timmy work his magic

    I had an amazing time! I didnt catch his name but the guy who did my nails was really good! He was very gentle with my hands, no cuts or scrapes at all. He was great at conversations but didnt make me feel like I had to talk. My nails look amazing and I cant wait to come back! I highly recommend the guy without dyed hair, he was great!

    LOVE my nails!! I rarely get my nails done because fake nails plus dip powder hurts my nails really bad. They were able to do the dip powder with my natural nails! Thought you had to have fake nails with dip powder. They were also able to make my real nails even (my nails are never even because they constantly brake/chip) absolutely LOVE my nails and the color!

    I get acrylic nails with gel nail polish twice a month and a pedicure once a month. Great service and very clean. Prices are about average. Massage chairs always work, something I look forward to when I’m getting my pedi. Highly recommend!!!

    The first time I went I was not impressed. The lady was on her phone, my nails were crooked, she was rushing through, and they popped off in less than 2 weeksI went back as they are one of the only ones open on Sunday and figured maybe one more try won’t hurtThe guy was amazing.     They are SO friendly here. This would be my 3rd time getting mine done here and normally I’d get the dip powder manicure, but this time I got an acrylic set with the cutest little daisies!!! These people are TALENTED!!!! 10/10 would recommend and I will definitely be coming back in a few weeks when I need mine done again!

    *6+ years later and I still go to chi! A few quirks but they were corrected and the service is still phenomenal by far of other places Ive been to!!! Thanks chi!!!I came in with my 4 daughters. Each girl got a brand new set of nails. I got a refill and a pedicure. I have very rough feet and they made them baby smooth and absolutely nice. Professionalism was great and my kids and I enjoyed our experience and will be back again for sure!!!!

    Me and my mom went to get a full set done tonight spontaneously and we showed pics of what we want and my moms looks exactly like the picture mine does somewhat but they still look really good! The only issue i have here is their prices my mom had REALLY short nails and cost $60 i had simple but longer nails and they cost $70 so just prepare to spend your whole check! It came out to $130 after the fact that i told them i didn’t have enough because originally it was a little higher.

    Been going for years never had an issue. They’re quite popular so sometimes there’s a wait but not unreasonable. Every person in there multitasks and works quickly with every service but steady for a good relaxing pedicure. My brows are CLEAN and my dry, ugly, tired-a** feet is now smooth enough to enter the foot fetish business.

    I have been a customer for over 7 years. Even when I moved out of state, I choose to drive an hour for their services. The are bar none the best in the Florida Panhandle. I have been getting services like these for over 35 years and have never received the quality of service provided by Chi Nails. Every member of their team is professional, friendly, helpful and top notch. Excellent customer service. I will never go anywhere else but Chi Nails.

    Alex and Victor were on TOP of their GAME today! My mom and I had our nails messed up from another nail salon and they stepped up and made our nails absolutely beautiful! Im now a forever client of Alex, his work is nothing short of amazing. Definitely would recommend this salon, very clean, everyone is so very nice and helpful and their prices are very reasonable. You definitely wont be sorry if you give them a try!

    I just love pampering myself. Chi Nails is a great, clean place to go. The employees are always so nice and they all do a graet job. I love the Dip nails and my nail art. They are experts at it all (I have had some bad experiences in the past at other salons) I highly recommend this place. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes.

    I have been going to Chi Nails for a couple of years, but have never written a review. All of my experiences have been outstanding, but today was extra special. When I arrived they were not busy, that quickly changed, and I had the most relaxing pedicure and manicure. Both services were exactly what I wanted. I will only be going during the middle of the day from now on in hopes of a little more quiet, relaxing services. I was going on Saturday afternoons.

    Ok so i never have left a review and been going there for a while now. My over all experience been pretty good for the most part as far as nails/pedicure. Everyone pretty much does a good job. However it’s this one that comes off with a nasty altitude. Luckily I have had a break from her doing my nails because the two guys have been doing them which they are awesome! But today she did my nails and her energy was more calm, and she was actual polite for once. I hope she keeps it up because at the end of the day, she chose her career.

    Very friendly totally different from other places I’ve been to. Loved that they were fast! And still looked great! Could be a little cleaner. (The towels need to be changed and drills cleaned in between clients instead of tossed back in pocket) but if it doesn’t bother you THIS is the place for you. I figured the nail polish has been used among us, why not drills🤪

    I had an amazing experience at Chi Nails. I got the Heavenly Spa gel pedicure and a basic manicure. The facials piqued my interest so Ill probably be back soon to try one of those.     Adam is my regular pedicurist. I am very sensitive and also a diabetic. So I have to be careful about who does my pedicure. Adam is excellent. He has never hurt me and he is very polite. The shop is very clean.

    Everyone at chi nails is amazing. Everything is always clean and sterile. I drive out of my away to go there and I refuse to use anyone else. Even when I was having issues with my nails (I was rough on them this time) Amy made sure I got them fix right away. My 5 year old loves getting pedicures and does trust anyone else to touch her feet, she wont even let me paint them.

    Tony is the best!! I am not 100% sure exactly what I want, but I give him a lot of kindas ..and he say okay, comes out better than what I could ever dream of.     I absolutely love going here, the lady who does my feet are so gentle and never cuts me. Every where else I have been end up cutting me because they are so busy and get in a hurry. Also they are the cheapest place I have been to. They do a lot more for you during your pedicure for your money. I highly recommend. This will now be my home nail place.

    First time going in and they were very polite and seated me almost immediately. I had heard about them and after salons were able to open back up I went to check them out.     My daughter got a manicure and pedicure. The price was about what I usually pay to do this service as she does the jell polish and I always forget what they call the nail but they did a great job for her.I have fibromyalgia and unfortunately when the guy was preparing my toenails to be painted it was a little painful. If wasnt really his fault Im just overly sensitive to pain but he took his time and the overall service was great.If you like to enjoy a glass or 2 of wine they do have that as well.I would use them again if Im in town and decided to have a day out with my daughter.

    EDIT 11/17/19 3 star now to 4 star. My service here has been nothing short of great.EDIT 9/27/19 1 star to 3 star. After receiving months of subpar service at my regular salon I decided to give Chi another shot. I went in for a removal and new set. I called at set up a 10:15 appointment and arrived 5 minutes early. Around 10:45 I was seen. We opted to do dip nails since my original nails were in pretty rough shape. I was told after 6 or so fills a new set is recommended.. I was going on about a year and a half with only fills! I was never told by my regular salon this was recommended even though I had been asking the last 4 months if a new set was a good idea. I was very happy with my nail tech but I didnt get his name. My nails are beautiful so no complaints there but why make an appointment just to wait 30+ minutes before you are seen?Went in 2 weeks ago for a full set. Acrylic wasn’t even and was wavy. Some nails weren’t completely covered in the acrylic and a nail was filed so low that I now have a pink line across my nail bed. I went here after reading all of the reviews and sadly, it wasn’t up to par. Today I went to Vivi Nails and they fixed everything and did a fill. Now they look great.

    They were amazing, patient, professional and all around great!! Even with 2 under 10 getting their nails done for the first time🥰 The girls got gel, Aunt got acrylic and I got dip powder. They all turned out gorgeous 🤩

    Great and fast service. Just what I needed today. Love the atmosphere! Most of my visits ( which are every two weeks or 3 sometimes) are usually longer but when I just need nails and only an hour to spare. Sunday is a great day for fast service. Only place I will go!!

    My daughter in law and I went to have our nails done. We had to take my 1 year old daughter and all the workers in there were amazing! One of the nail techs even rocked her in her stroller when she was getting fussy. Recommend this place 100%

    Always a great experience. Staff is always very nice and rhe shop is always clean and well put together. The shop gets busy fast so if you dont have an appointment you may have a little wait but its worth it . I have always had great service here .

    The quality of their work is superior to other nail places in the area, namely those in Milton. If your a stickler for the shape and uniformity of your nails you will not be disappointed. They work just as fast as other nail places but the end product is so much better. Very happy I gave this place a try!
