    I took my daughter for her first manicure and pedicure and it was sooo fun! They have a cute princess chair for kids and the employees are so kind. The front desk ladies were also so sweet. 10/10 recommend!

    Ive come to the Nail Room in Pace a few times now with my mother in law and have loved it every time! Ive gotten manicures and pedicures here and the experience is always great! The staff is friendly and it is easy to make an appointment. It is a very clean and a calming environment. I almost fall asleep every time haha. Definitely my go-to place!

    I love getting my nails done here. They are so very friendly and professional. Its very clean, peaceful and relaxing. You wont smell the harsh chemicals that you do in other nail salons. Trinity is Great. You wont be disappointed. They have a large variety of colors whether you want gel, dip, or just regular polish.

    Tony is THE BEST. The space is always clean and smells good. I like the front desk staff a lot. I am terrible at booking appointments and having to change them. Theyre always so nice. Tony knew exactly what I wanted the first time I went. Ive been going for almost a year now. Excellent pedicures and manicures. Tony always remembers to offer me a drink, and he works quickly and professionally.

    I was very pleased with my service here today! My technician‘s name was Pink, and she was excellent! She was very kind and understanding even after I misunderstood and told her what I wanted incorrectly. When I tried to explain myself better she immediately started from scratch without hesitation. She made sure I didn’t feel bad for taking up extra time and gave me an excellent manicure and exactly what I envisioned. I will definitely be back

    I have been going to the Nail Room a few years now. I has been by far the cleanest, most consistent nail salon I have been to. I love Janet for my pedicures and Kevin for dips. Highly recommend an appointment, just plan ahead. They do take walk-ins but they are a busy salon. so sometimes space is limited.

    I liked the super-friendly & helpful receptionist -(Michaelyn)* I felt that my nail artist was sort of annoyed though)I was very still & she seemed to be not pleased with me because of 1 hand dried with a smudge she had to fix.     I was a walk-in, but the owner/manager Q found a way to squeeze me in... which required her to get started on my manicure. Then, Tony took over to do my dip powder.Best. Nail. Visit. Ever.Not only is the atmosphere super relaxing, but they are all so polite and professional. They offered me coffee, checked on me while I was waiting, took their time with my nails... and Tony is amazing with dip powder.I will definitely be going back. I highly recommend this salon!!

    Im from Ohio visiting my sister in the area. She just loves this place and brought me in today for a pedicure so I could see what all the buzz was about! It was a great experience with Jen. She was kind, friendly, experienced and very calming. The entire atmosphere is stress free, relaxing and very enjoyable. In fact, everyone we encountered were friendly, attentive and welcoming. Massage chairs fun along with the nice wine just enhanced it all. Hope to come here again on my next visit to Florida!

    I have been going here for about 3 years now. I love the services. Always accommodating and so peaceful. I have used Trinity for all my nails and Janet for pedicures- both great. Hella is an awesome receptionist and will try to work you in best she can. Michaliene is also an awesome receptionist. Super sweet. You won’t regret your services here

    I absolutely love The Nail Room! The online appointment booking super easy. I often make appoints the same day & right before I go. They are very clean!! I am always happy with the service I get. Usually I get my nails done with dip & then gel pedicures. They are super friendly, and always do a great job! They also have a really good points system, my last manicure only cost me $3 because of the points I had!! I highly recommend for nails & pedicures!! I love the color pink, & they have so many different options!

    I am so sad I didnt go to this place sooner while I was here in Milton! Their atmosphere is wonderful - the interior is very cute, clean, & put together with thought. The staff was very friendly. My friend and I got a pedicure and gel manicure and they did a great job. Even when the gel I picked didnt match its normal polish counterpart, the manicurist helped me find one that was close through trial and error. We will definitely be back!

    I’ve been going to The Nail Room for about six months and I LOVE it! I get a new set of dip design nails from Tony about every four weeks and he makes every single set look fantastic! The environment is soothing, professional, and relaxing. The receptionist are always super kind and bubbly. Plus the coffee bar is always stocked!

    Sunshine is exactly that; she is a ray of sunshine every time I come here, and she is the main reason I come. I love the people who work here, from the front desk to Sunshine. I am always welcomed by name, and I am always delighted in the results. Ive tried so many nail saloons, and this is the BEST in the area, whether it is Pace, Milton, or Pensacola. You cannot miss here.

    I booked an appointment with trinity for bday. By far the best experience ive had at a nail salon. She did such a beautiful job! I asked for a pretty complicated nails design and Trinity did it so well! Ive had the nails on for 3 weeks as of today, and they still look just as good as when i got them on! I love this place and will be coming back regularly!!

    The staff was very welcoming and nice. The facility was very clean and well decorated. Anything I asked then to do when it came to my pedicure he did no problem. Other places Ive been seem to speed through my pedi, they did not, he actually massaged my feet for a while. Which I loved! They also have a reward program I havent seen anywhere else. One thing I noticed was they had a kids pedicure chair. I have only seen one other shop with one. We will he going back soon!

    I have used the original location for more than 2 years and always loved it. I followed my favorite nail tech to this new location. The only reason I dont give this location 5 stars is because of the receptionist. She has been rude and snippy with me multiple times, in person and on the phone, as well as Ive heard her do the same with others in the salon. Just today, I heard it again to someone asking about colors. I love this place, I love the atmosphere and I love the nail techs. I wont go anywhere else! I dont normally leave reviews like this, but its too great of a place to let one person make it look less than it really is.

    Ive been going to the nail room for almost 2 years. This is the best nail salon I have ever been to. Trinity is my regular nail tech, and by far the best I have ever had! Shes sweet, professional and detail-oriented and makes sure you have the best experience you can. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

    I made a last minute booking afterwork yesterday and they got me in! I needed a full overhaul from a botched mani/Pedi I got somewhere else. I was absolutely thrilled with the service and the vibe there. Super cute, big n roomy space, and the ppl were incredible. Theres a super cute coffee bar and comfy sofa for ppl to wait. It was my top 3 best pedicures & manicures ever! Id love to give my nail tech a huge shot out!! Sunshine, my nail tech, was in constant contact throughout asking what I wanted & if I was pleased or if I wanted something more or less like shapewise and color wise and made it all about my needs and wishes & collaborated with me which I appreciated.. she even stayed late making sure I was completely happy. Im so in love with my nails! She is an incredible employee and extremely talented in her art. I am telling all my gfs about this place!!! Thank you again Sunshine for all your help and brilliant work! Thank you for staying 2 hours late to make my nails look and feel beautiful!! I appreciate you so much! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

    I took my husband for his first pedicure (he lost a bet, funny story) and Ty took really good care of him! Andrew worked on my piggies and we had a nice, relaxing, fun experience! Ty and Andrew laughed and joked with us and really made it a fun spa day. My husband said 10/10 would recommend and we will absolutely be back!!!

    I visit here every few weeks to get my nails & toes done and I’m always satisfied with the work they do. However, the lady at the front desk is ALWAYS so rude to me for no reason and acts like it’s a huge inconvenience to even tell me Hello or take my payment when I leave. It ruins the experience and has me considering going somewhere else solely based on her attitude.

    Absolutely love this place!! Loni made the best first impression for this business and I will definitely be getting my nails done here only from now on. I have never seen such professionalism in a nail salon before but this place definitely has it down pat. There is no bouncing from customer to customer the place is spot less. I gave Loni a pic of the Kim Biermann nails I wanted and I got them!! This is the only time Ive had this happen. Will be bringing my friends and family here soon.

    Elegant, clean, friendly place. Ive used Kellie and Tessie several times (I drive almost an hour)....both are great! I Love that I can make an appt...theyll have your fresh fruit pedicure waiting 😊 and also very talented at the manicure/nail dip.

    I love that they have brought “herbal nails” to Pace without having to cross the bridge to Pensacola. This is such a nice, bright, clean and relaxing location! The technicians have all been awesome and do wonderful work. Ashley did SNS dip manicure and a pedicure on me today, both were so great! They have so many colors and services to pick from. Definitely come visit them!

    I have been going here since they opened and previously at their other location. Ashley has been doing my nail dip, pedicures, and eyebrows twice a month the entire time. She is nice and friendly everytime, and the rest of the staff is great. I love this place so much I drive 20 min out of my way and can schedule my appointments in advance so I can always see Ashley and get in every 2 weeks. I couldnt recommend a better place!

    The Nail Room is the BEST place to get your nails done in this area. They are so clean, professional, and on time! They also have a myriad of colors to choose from no matter what type of manicure you’re getting (gel, dip powder, regular polish). I love going here!

    My first visit at the Nail Room was about 3 weeks ago and Andy was my nail tech. I was so impressed with his kindness and professionalism. I got the SNS dip nails on my awfully short and ugly nails. Andy did such a great job and they ended up looking beautiful. I went back yesterday for another set of SNS nails and a pedicure. When I went to the other salon, Herbal Nails, the pedicure lasted about 10 minutes and the nail techs didn’t put any effort into the massage or pedicure. Andy was fabulous!!! I felt relaxed and refreshed. Then we started the manicure/SNS nails. I wanted the French Manicure with white tips and pink nail bed. Andy performed his magic again and added some sparkle for just a touch of glam. He took his time and I’m so grateful for his attention to detail. I was really nervous about coming here since the owners of Herbal Nails are also the owners of the Nail Room. The majority of the employees at Herbal Nails are condescending and very unprofessional. In fact, when my nails started coming off 3 days after getting them and they were all cloudy; my cuticles were cut and sore, the employees were hateful and rude when I went back to have them fixed. I’m fact, the tech, speaking another language, called other techs over to look and they all gave me the stink eye. The tech who was fixing my nails yanked and pulled on my hand and arm and was so rough with me that she brought me to tears. I swore I’d never go back. Then I found the Nail Room and I was very nervous. But the employees here are respectful and kind. I LOVE getting my nails done now and will keep coming back!!!Thank you Andy!!!! It’s your kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail that has changed my mind about getting my nails done. If you want your nails perfect, see Andy!!!

    My friend and I walked in without an appointment and they were upfront that it was going to be a long wait. The wait was definitely worth it. We both got pedicures and it was great. I will be returning for a manicure soon!
