    Took my daughter in for the princess package and she absolutely loved every minute of it. Everyone treated her like a princess. I then went back the next week for my half off hair cut. I was then treated like a princess too. Jasmin is amazing and I thank her for her patience, kindness, and wonderful personality.

    I recently took my daughter ] for a Princess Pamper Day, and Yazmin, the hair artist, made the experience truly magical. From start to finish, Yazmin was fantastic—she was attentive, creative, and made my daughter feel like a real princess. My daughter had an absolute blast, and the results were stunning. I highly recommend Yazmin and Robert of Philadelphia for anyone looking to give their little one a special treat.

    Great service and very friendly staff! I had a consult, wash, cut and style with David. he had great advice, recommended only products he had use and he that would be best for my hair whether they sold it or not. Great experience!!

    Dilma is my Lady’s favorite hairdresser Teddy my girl has been going there for years and now after meeting her, I know why she is very professional and she KNOWS HAIR. The young lady in the front Desk is so pleasant. Thank you Sophia for your help. Yes I will be coming back soon because I don’t mind going to my lady to do her hair.

    I cannot praise this salon enough. The space is beautiful, with tall windows. The salon chairs are extremely comfortable for a short person. The associate staff were friendly and efficient. Most importantly, Brittany did a splendid job of making over what had been a very bad cut and color from elsewhere. She listened carefully, was meticulous in what she did, and I came away with a vastly improved cut and beautiful nuanced color. Will definitely return! Best hair experience in Naples since moving here!!!

    I am new to the area, from New Jersey. Didn’t think I could find anyone as good as my hair dresser girl in NJ. Stumbled upon Robert of Philadelphia and was lucky enough to get Velouse for my appointment. Velouse was absolutely amazing. Very talented and knowledgeable, as well as professional and very patient with me as I am a little obsessive about my hair lol. Well I felt like a million dollars looking in the mirror seeing how my hair came out! Valouse on a scale of 1-10 is a 15 !!! I received compliments on my hair the rest of the day from strangers, unbelievable!!! I can’t even express what a wonderful experience I had at this salon!!! I also must mention Charlee at the front desk was so welcoming, friendly, bubbly/happy and professional. Just a great experience all the way around and I could not possibly be any more pleased with this salon. Top notch in my book. I feel blessed and lucky to have found someone so good on my first try here in Florida! Velouse at Robert of Philadelphia is my permanent go-to in Florida! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SALON!!

    I was so happy with my haircut with Jazmin. She greeted with a beautiful smile and walked me to her her station. We then had a wonderful consultation . The shampoo was amazing :) My favorite part was my blowout after my perfect haircut. It was the best haircut ever! Ive been a hairstylist for forty years.She did everything right. I felt so special and so glad I came to Robert of Philadelphia Salon. Thank you

    Brittany did an absolutely amazing job on my hair. I had her do all over color to match my natural color and it is on point. So rich and beautiful. Before cutting my hair I let her know I had some breakage that I’ve always been self conscious of and she made me feel so good about it. She cut my hair wonderfully with some layers and a little face framing. The best part was the style of my hair at the end. She did a blow out and I felt so good! This is the first time I’ve ever left a salon and didn’t want to run home to restyle it. It was perfect and I’m trying to learn how to style it just the way she did because I was and am in love with my hair. Thank you so much!

    This salon is absolutely great! Pascal gave me the best haircut I have ever had in my life (Im 65, so Ive had a lot of haircuts!). My thick hair had gotten way too long. I wanted a medium length cut and an updated look, and thats exactly what I got! My hair has never looked better. Pascal shaped my bangs so they frame my face beautifully, and I completely love the shoulder length style he gave me. Ive washed and styled it myself three times and I still love it. I cant recommend this salon enough. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Im looking forward to going back for a trim in a few months. Thank you Pascal!!

    Was great! Although felt a little rushed at the end , hair needed a little more Texturizing and perfecting the haircut they booked to many clients to close together. I had Jasmin , she did a great job! Very professional and kind!again just needed a little more time, always great to finish a hair cut dry and the details are what makes a good hair cut to an amazing haircut!But it was ok because my hair cut was free.But if Especially if your paying full price high end salon should take more time.

    Highly recommend! I’m always nervous about trying a new salon but Robert of Philadelphia was warm & welcoming. They genuinely seemed concerned for my well being after the storm and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable! Maria gives a great head and neck massage and Allie did a beautiful blow out. Will definitely return!

    McKenzie and Sam are the best!! I came in a little indecisive about what I wanted done, I showed McKenzie a couple of pictures, and somehow she knew exactly what I needed! I came in later in the day, I was the last person there, and they did not rush at all, they took their time and stayed until my hair was perfect! I felt so cared for the whole time, the salon is beautiful, clean, and calming. 10/10 experience! I have never had a better haircut in my life, I cannot say enough good things, I will definitely be going back and I would 100% recommend to a friend!

    Everyone at ROP is amazing. David is so wonderful. He did my hair twice and both times its been flawless. He recently trimmed (tamed) my oldest sons hair. He has curls like Shirley Temple, thats why I say tamed!! The salon is always super clean and organized. Always greeted with a smile and a pleasant attitude. I am extremely pleased with the service and attention that the staff and owners of ROP give to their clients. Also knowing that they give back to the community speaks volumes!!! Theyve won my business! :-)

    As a new resident of Naples, I was nervous about finding a new hair stylist. After considerable research online, I made an appointment at Robert of Philadelphia Salon in Venetian Village. The atmosphere was lovely, spacious and sufficiently upscale. Upon arrival, the receptionist Mickey welcomed me warmly and made me feel at home. The stylist, Dilma, took her time evaluating my color and cut needs. She discussed modifying my bob hair style with a layered cut that would give my hair more volume and movement. And she took her time, with focus on providing a professional new cut rather than chatting with distratcting banter. I am very pleased with the results and scheduled regular appointments for the next 6 months!

    I loved my experience at Robert of Philadelphia! I was looking to lighten my dark hair to a lighter brown and balayage. Domenica did an amazing job! I’ve been to some top rated salons, but still hadn’t been totally happy with my results. Dom listened and explained the process and did exactly what I was looking for. The outcome was wonderful! I felt completely pampered and loved my experience at ROP!
