    Karen h is my hair stylist and she is amazing! Everyone is so friendly at this place. The front entryway opens into the main store where they sell all of their products and then you go back and around to the left side where they do all of the hair styling. Every single person is incredibly friendly and helpful. I have been so happy with every service I have gotten at this place. I have been coming here for over a year and I am so happy I found it.

    Salon Bamboo Aveda-Premier is amazing, and so was stylist Dania (hope I got that right). I had brought my color “formula” from my “home” Aveda salon, and Dania did an amazing job coloring my hair with their products. Dania gave the most amazing scalp massage I have ever had the pleasure of receiving. She offered a hand massage, which I declined. She also offered to put “product” on my wet head, but I always leave the salon “wet”, and style my hair afterwards at home. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone looking for a great experience with hair and nails.

    One of the best haircuts I’ve had! Many stylists don’t know how to give me good layers to make my thick curly hair lighter and easier to maintain but this salon always gives me the best haircut! Two times in a row these past 3 years you have made me happy!Thank you!P.s thanks for taking the time to brush out the outrageously humongous dreadful dreadlock on the back of my head! You did it without pain and with speed and gave me a great haircut to prevent more undesirable dreadlocks !

    I recently had a fantastic experience with Ceyde who skillfully executed a vibrant purple balayage. Their attention to detail and creativity truly exceeded my expectations. I love the bold and seamless blend of colors they achieved. Beautiful salon and they use natural products. Highly recommend!

    Kaysie is a very thoughtful and detailed hairdresser. She takes the time to really get a feel for what you are looking to achieve and she makes very helpful and knowledgable suggestions.     Ceyde is such a sweet soul who perfectly matches what you want ! She took great care of my hair with bleaching and adding color. I gave her free rein because I trust her judgment ! My color lasted close to a year with minimal fading ! She made sitting for hours bearable with her lovely company !

    Doreen did an amazing job on my haircut. It’s been awhile since I’ve seen a stylist that truly takes time in their craft. She worked her magic and brought so much life back into my hair.     Excellent service! Professional, thoughtful and attentive. Beautiful salon, friendly people and great service. Treated like a queen. Not one but three different people asked me if I was comfortable and if I needed a tea or anything else. Everyone helps everyone. Love this salon. Ashley is amazing.     My 2nd visit to this salon since moving to Naples from Boston area. Gracie is amazing! I have received so many compliments since Gracie has been doing my color, highlights, cut and style. She made me feel comfortable from my first visit by taking time to consult about my hair needs and wants. She is highly skilled. Salon Bamboo offers a professional and clean atmosphere. Highly recommend Gracie and Salon Bamboo.

    Going from long hair to a short bob is a scary thought... unless you feel comfortable at the salon and confident in the stylist. Jamie did an amazing job and the salon was clean and peaceful. They offered coffee or tea, and a complementary hand massage with the hair cut. The Aveda products they used made my hair feel great and for the first time, I actually brought some products to take home! Overall, a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Jamie.

    I have been going to Salon Bamboo Aveda for many years now...even before they moved into their current location! Doreen and Stevie have been my main stylists, and they are both superb! My now-adult kids also go when in town and really, weve been happy with all of the stylists. If something wasnt exactly the way we might have expected, they are always more than happy to re-do it. The entire staff is very customer friendly, greets you when you arrive, and always willing to help out. I would highly recommend Salon Bamboo Aveda...and quite frankly, already have to many of my friends.

    Finally found a brilliant hair stylist to cut my cool/current short hair.. Delighted to find Tory. Ive been going to different Naples salons all year since moving from Europe, found nobody. Hard to find such skill. Tory gave me a great cut effortlessly.. I highly recommend.Thanks Aveda Bamboo Salon, terrific find.!

    I have been seeing Amber at Salon Bamboo Aveda for over 6 yrs., and have to say - she is the Best of the Best.From the moment you walk in , you are greeted warmly but the cute staff. Amber , my stylist, is so good at listening to what it is you want to do with your cut/ color, and at producing the best results. Great products- great results. Great skill- great results. Its always a bonus to really enjoy the professional you work with- and Amber makes it so fun yet professional. I always walk out feeling fantastic. Best salon!

    I love hair day with Lauren at Salon Bamboo. She is always prompt, polite and professional. She always consults with me every appointment. She respects my quiet time and doesnt banter on with small talk unless I engage first. The salon is always clean and everyone is helpful and friendly. I LOVE everything about my hair day!

    I have been going to Mycalanne for 3 years & started with her before she went to Salon Bamboo. She is by far, my favorite stylist. I am down in Florida for 7 months each year & I miss her terrible when I go back North!! She does a fantastic job with my color & cut! I just went yesterday and got a new haircut! Last night we went out with several friends & I received nothing but big compliments:) She understands my needs & sometimes I think she reads my mind before I even tell her what I want!! Love Her !!     I have been going to Salon Bamboo for about 5 years. Ive had several different stylists and they were all fabulous!! From the minute you walk in you feel like a princess. The front desk is friendly and nice, the complimentary hand massage is luxurious. The hair wash massage is so relaxing. I wouldnt go anywhere else and I would recommend all who work there!

    I have been very happy with Amanda at Salon Bamboo. She does a great job on my hair cut and color. I wish I could give half stars because this really should be 4.5... the only reason it fell short of 5 star is a compliment to her, which is that she is really busy and you have to plan appointments well in advance. This can be tough sometimes as my work schedule varies. She has always been willing to work with me, but availability can be a challenge.

    Im growing my hair and needed professional help and so turned to Aveda. I really liked what my hair stylist did with my head of hair. The results were great and the service was excellent. The staff is very friendly and courteous. I dont live in Naples, but I plan on returning to this Aveda every time Im in Naples...

    Second time seeing El. Beautiful color, cut & blow dry. I usually air dry my curly hair but I had the confidence to let her blow it out. I am fussy & I’m not always pleased. Absolutely love the way my hair feels & looks. El is a true artist!

    So, starting with what I loved: Ive had cuts and color by both Gracie and Jamie and was thrilled with both experiences. Both are very talented at both cut and color and really fun - its like hanging out with a good friend . And of course the Aveda products always smell wonderful and are very relaxing.What I didnt love: I had my lashes tinted (which Ive been doing, off and on for about 15 years) and my eyes burned so much we had to do a major flush to get the tint out. This has never happened to me before (I dont have particularly sensitive eyes). Apparently the brand of lash tint recently changed their formulation so hopefully the salon is changing brands.Also, besides Avedas commitment to creating less environmental damage, they are also a cruelty-free brand and this is really important to me. But on my last visit I could see their nail station stocked with brands that do test on animals. I also noticed that their cleaning products (a door to the back room was open when I walked to the restroom - I wasnt just randomly skulking around!) are neither cruelty-free nor particularly environmentally friendly. Hopefully the salon, if they are going to promote themselves as being aligned with Aveda ideals, will consider correcting these oversights.

    From Tabitha who answers the phone and schedules my appointments, everyone is just pleasant to deal with here. Great customer service. Whenever I run into someone who needs a salon, I send them to Salon Bamboo. From the wash bowl to the hand massage to the hot towel deep treatment, I love the experience. Talented stylists as well as mani-pedi plus the prices are reasonable for the level of treatment you receive.

    Love coming to this salon. All employees are kind and courteous. Stevie cuts my hair and does an amazing job. She understands what a trim means. I leave the salon with all my dead ends cut, with a great hair cut but not loosing the length! Thanks again!

    I just arrived back in Naples and could not wait to get back to Salon Bamboo for my hair services! It is an amazing shop, is run by an incredible new owner who is up on all the latest, and my stylist, Lauren, is Absolutely Wonderful! I HIGHLY recommend this salon!

    I needed to find a salon having just moved to the area. I drove by this Aveda salon. Lucky for me. I called for an appt and was scheduled with Jamie. She did a fabulous job and turned a previously badly done color job around. In two visits she had the color repaired and looking better than ever. Highly recommend.

    I have been going to Salon bamboo for almost 2 years now. Both stylists that I saw did an amazing job. The second one that I saw was Amber. She was (and is)absolutely phenomenal. Her work with color is unparalleled. She was able to devise a strategy by which we do roots one color and highlights another and blend them together to give depth and style. I wouldnt go anywhere else in Naples. Amber is so incredibly talented. I introduced her to my mom and my aunt and now they both go to her as well. Because tourist season is coming up in Naples I actually booked with Amber through May just to make sure that I can get in to see her. I would recommend Salon bamboo to anyone.

    Stylist Gracie is the best. Great communicator, knew exactly what I wanted, went the extra mile and out beachy waves in my hair even though I said not to bother since I would be exercising that afternoon. The curls looked great.
