    Nice location, talented staff, second time here and very satisfied. Mallory did a beautiful job on my highlights/lowlights.     Enjoyed my time and my color and cut are perfect. I love the way the team collaborates and really supports the less experienced (but not less talented!!) team members. The doggos were only icing on the cake. :)

    I was in town for an event I was hosting. We had Highwinds that day and on top of it and went out boating. By the end of it, I had to get my hair completely redone. I was on the boat until 2:30 in the afternoon and started calling around town to find a hairdresser when I got a call back. It was right around the corner from where I was so I could bop over there no problem. From the moment, I walked in the door until the moment I left I have to say the experience was fantastic. I’m very specific about how I like my hair. It’s not straight like other girls. I like my look to be fairly sophisticated. Joanne Let her assistance start me. The hair washinhwas fantastic and the hair was fantastic. She came in at the end and put theVavoom in my style! I couldn’t be happier and I can’t thank Joanne enough!

    I called Salon East 2 days prior to my formal ball event because the salon I booked with 3 months prior to my event cancelled on me. Salon East had an opening and was super easy to work with. They all seemed super knowledgeable about hair and the products being used. Shar did a formal updo in 1.5 hours, got me out the door on time, was super nice to talk to, and she was extremely knowledgeable. I walked in with half straight hair because I have super curly hair and she just did an amazing job. The pictures speak for themselves. I HIGHLY recommend them.

    I’ve gotten 3 haircuts here with Grace, and they are some of the best I’ve ever had! Having curly hair it is hard to find someone who cuts your hair the way you want and she does amazing every time. I highly recommend this salon. All the employees are very nice and friendly as well.

    Grace was wonderful! It had been awhile since I got my haircut but she was reassuring, confident and trustworthy. I felt like I was in good hands and the haircut was fantastic!     I love my highlights! Mallory and her assistant worked together and got it done in half the time. It usually takes hours to color my thick hair. I will definitely be back for highlights and cut next time.

    Grace was my saving Grace. I had for me what I would call a major hair oops. Grace listened very patiently to my hair journey and what brought me to her chair. She took the time to consult and test strand to see what my hair was capable of. I was desperate to get an appointment to have my hair highlighted before a major event and they worked diligently to find a spot for me..first good impression! Received friendly reminders about my appointment...second good impression. Walked into the salon receiving a warm greeting from Paul and appreciated the efficient use of space off Third in downtown Naples, clean, friendly environment..third good impression. My colorist, Mallory, had an immediate understanding of what was needed (consulted with Grace) applied the foils, checked the processing frequently and voila the highlighting was absolutely perfect!! Last two most important impressions... Mallory, an absolute professional with a charming personality, excellent listening skills to understand desires of customer and the end result exactly what I needed!     The owner and stylists are very professional, responsive, and friendly. The salon is clean and modern. This was my first time to see Chloe at Salon East after the shut down.     Joann did an amazing job on my blonde highlighted hair. She cares about the integrity of your hair and was the first stylist to be honest with me about what needed to be done with my hair and how long it would take to achieve the end result. You can tell she is an educator at heart and took the time to explain how to achieve a salon blowout at home and what tools are needed to not damage the hair. Added bonus of massage shampoo chairs and being offered a glass of rose!

    I’m such a fan of Salon East and staff, where do I start? I found this place as a covid refugee in Naples, desperate to feel like a human again after months of lockdown. As a blonde I’m *very* hesitant to try new stylists because few know how to do blonde highlights well. But I took a chance on Grace & team and I’ll never look back! What I love:- I thought their online booking process was surprisingly efficient and user friendly.- The salon is small and feels like home, not 100 chairs and a lot of annoying activity/noise.- Grace and Mallory are not only excellent & efficient in their work they’re real humans with diverse, interesting backgrounds. I learn so much about life from them, whether it’s local news, recos, or just sharing experiences.- I had the pleasure of meeting the owners during one visit, and I learned their business model is smart and flexible in a way that allows them to react to customer needs. Also one of them plays disco music - a fascinating choice!- I always feel more beautiful and confident when I leave.Thanks team, you’re a net positive in my life & I can’t wait to see you next time!

    Any place that gives me a massage chair while my hair is being washed, a glass of wine while my hair is being cut AND does a good job with the cut is a winner in my book! Plus it was obvious the staff really enjoy working together which makes for a great customer experience.
