My sister got her hair done with Monique today and had the most amazing experience. She is a very talented stylist and was so sweet to both my sister and the whole fam that crowded her space. She really made her feel special and the cut is the best I’ve seen from any stylist in town (and we’ve been everywhere!) 🧡

I absolutely enjoy coming to this location! The staff is amazing especially Cookie (amazing sales woman), Danielle (hairstylist) and Michelle (benefit brow bar)! And there is a woman who is extremely knowledgeable about hair products. I can not think of her name but she is with Phyto haircare and I must say she is amazing!!! My hair has LIFE and does not look lifeless anymore!

I was in the store today and needed advice on a good brush for styling my curly hair. I went to the salon and Maria, a master designer, was so helpful and basically gave me a lesson on styling my hair.After a few minutes, she had me in her ‘hair chair’ and started her blow dryer! Needless to say she went out of her way to give me the help I needed.Thank you!!

Heather at the salon is amazing. Always professional, very knowledgeable on products and my hair.she is always helping me with hair products and make up.i live an hour away but make the drive....she is def worth it....my hair has never looked so amazing!thanks heather. Angela is also fabulous she does facial....my skin is glowing. Thanks for helping me find products gor myself and my mom!!!!

I am very picky about my hair, both cut and color, and am very loyal to my hairdresser in Iowa. My sister in law highly recommended Maria at the Mercato Ulta Salon - and from this day forward, I will also highly recommend her!! I have a pixie haircut, and was petrified to try someone new, but Maria listened, offered suggestions, and did EXACTLY what we agreed upon. I give her more than 5 stars!!! She wants you to love your DO! I wish I knew how to post a picture 🤪.

Always a really great selection. I’ve been coming here for years and it was recently given a little rearranging so when I walked in my products weren’t in the same place but a friendly and knowledgeable employee helped me find everything I needed. I even got my brows waxed and had a consultation in the hair salon, can’t wait for my appointment next week!!

Morgan is the best colorist in Naples! The placement, dimension, and execution of my blonde highlights with lighter ends was perfect. I have naturally dark hair and she was able to lighten my hair without damaging it. I love my hair!

Little did i know that i was about to encounter such a lovely lady with so much talent with the eyebrows (and god knows what else) when i walked into the ultra beauty yesterday. she took the time to analyze my face (with a mask on no less) and was able to create something so great for me and my face that i will be forever grateful. because even though i wont be able to see her past these three months in florida she created the framework for me to easily work with that no one else has ever done for me over the many many times ive gotten my eyebrows done. Her name is Karen and she works at the Mercato location. thank you karen!!

Gotta admit, they have a huge, appealing selection. This would be my dream store, if you could ever get any help while there! I swear, no one works there! Or they hide. Advise is hurried, if you can get it. Can’t find something? Count on searching the whole store yourself. It’s quicker and gets better results than asking a rare employee who doesn’t know where anything is anyway.Btw, I still go there!
