I love Ulta and this store has the best employees! The store is always fresh, clean, well stocked and theres always an employee whos ready to walk over and ask you if you need any help. Whether youre wandering around the store, trying to find a product or youve placed the order online and are just making a quick dash to pick it up, the employees are absolutely amazing. They approach you within 1 or 2 minutes and theyre friendly and helpful. They know their products and they know where their products are at. The employees at the store always make shopping a pleasure! Jordan and Kim have been the two who have been helping me lately and they are amazing.

It’s not often that you come across people that want to help and help solve a problem so it was very refreshing. 10/10 would recommend her if you’re looking for something :)

I came in not knowing what I was looking for as I’m interesting in expanding my skincare routine. David was so welcoming and spent nearly an hour with me. We looked at different products and tested most of them. He explained what everything was for and how it would be beneficial to me. I feel so much more knowledgable and confident in what I’m doing. Thank you David!! Great experience!!! I’m only coming to this Ulta from now on!!!

She did my hair so well it almost looked like my natural colour was back. My online order was my 1st experience with the Ulta at Pine Ridge Crossing, they had my order ready quickly and it was a easy to do experience..as a customer who is going thru chronic illness it made it so much better for me and as a many years loyal customer of Ulta I recommend setting up a online account as I have myself, where the coupons are great incentives money saving and money spent can be earned to be applied to future purchases..I could had done curbside pick-up but wanted to see the inside, and the in-store pickup was just as easy, customer service with Glenis who greeted me and was so personable was awesome, she was friendly, informative and so helpful.. even helping me to set up a brow appointment.. its been a while since I have done anything for myself, and after reading the great reviews on Sabrina, Glenis confirmed she was as good as I had read and answered all my questions helping me to set up my appointment before I left the store.. I had to cancel my original appointment due to a health emergency, later I called to make another appointment, they were busy, and I had been on hold for a bit ( which with it being such a busy store I had full understanding and no issues with).. I hung up and decided to go back online again and realized I could reschedule myself, and it really is so much easier to reschedule or make a new appointment yourself which I did with Sabrina.. you also get text alerts to remind you of your appointment which is helpful.. Ill definitely do another review after I see her ..til then I definitely recommend stopping in this store..it is clean, organized, neat, offers fast pickup service, and those I spoke gave good quality customer service.. as well the store is set up in a easy fashion to get around... ***bonus Ulta has everything you could want available..and if not you can order and have it shipped there or to your home easily.. Glenis, thank you again for your assistance,you are definitely a asset to the Pine Ridge Ulta Store and I am sure I will have nothing but good to speak of with my beauty bar experience with Sabrina..

Visited their salon for the first time and WOW! i love my experience!! my hairstylist camila is amazing! she has so much knowledge and led me to the right direction on how to take care of my hair. the consultation was so detailed and she did exactly what we discussed. could not be happier with my salon experience and look forward to my next visit!

I always look forward to shopping at the pine ridge Ulta thanks to Sabrina. Sabrina does my eyebrows there but more than that I’m so impressed by her product knowledge from skin care to makeup. I have tried and bought so many different products thanks to her. I always look for at the store because her expertise has never let me down. Your location truly has a wonderful asset and that is Sabrina! Thanks Sabrina for providing women with such great value!

I am only giving 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆ today because of the impeccable service I received by my hair stylist Reagan @ The Salon. Trying to book an appointment with her on Ultas website was very challenging. I finally had to call & got re-routed a few times. I did speak with Michelle from The Salon. She was NOT helpful @ all. Very rude, in fact. I ended up calling back & requested a store Mgr. & got Kim. Kim was very courteous, professional & helpful. I was able to get into The Salon today with Reagan & she was fabulous! I have very coarse, unruly, natural curly hair. Reagan colored my roots, coiled my hair, difused, dried & cut it the way I requested. She listened to me. She took her time and offered recommendations. She was very professional & sweet. I loved it!! I drove 45 minutes from Ft. Myers to come see Reagan & I will DEFINITELY do it again!! And...the assistant manager was also awesome! She gave me an additional 15% off discount for being a 1st time client @ The Salon! Thank you ladies!!! 😊

I went in for a haircut (by Melissa I’m pretty sure). She was the only one working and made sure to adapt to all her customers needs. Did a perfect job on my hair and knew what I wanted as well as making suggestions to keep my hair healthy and glowing. She even styled it at the end and added luminous beach waves which I adored! 10/10 and would recommend her!

I need to give a special shout-out to Sabrina in the brow bar! I am beyond impressed with her brow talent, cosmetics knowledge, but most of all her ability to make customers feel so special and welcome. She is a true gem and I hope that Ulta sees that too. She deserves the best pay and benefits in her role as she made myself and so many others repeat customers over the six years she has worked there. This Ulta is so much better than the one at Mercato. The staff is actually friendly and wants to help you. I got my makeup done by Maggie and she is absolutely fabulous. She was so helpful and she listened to what I wanted done and was very easy to talk to. I felt like we had been friends forever chatting the whole time. I would highly recommended her and this Ulta in general. I plan on coming back for a facial with Maggie as well. Great experience every time I come here!

Great service, plenty of products, great service and recommendations. My mother was in doubt about some recommendations but once she tried them she came back for more. Also she got her hair dyed, even though the hair stylist didnt speak spanish. She did a great job.

Lauren is the best! I went in for a cut and color. Ive always had my hair highlighted. She asked if Id be interested in lowlights as well as adding another color. She added copper to the mix. The colors look fantastic together! The haircut was a little different than I usually got, it came out so well I was complimented by so many people after. Its now my new style and when I need another change Ill leave that up to Lauren! Thank you!

Kyra at the salon is great! I went in for a hair cut and got assigned to her almost a year ago, and had such a good first impression I am a regular now! We’ve darkened my hair, cut it, even did a balayage last summer and it turned out beautiful. She’s attentive, professional, and makes you feel (and look) amazing!!

I am very particular when it comes to going to a hair stylist because unfortunately, I have had some awful experiences in the past with hair stylists that were not knowledgeable when it came to my curly hair. I am absolutely ecstatic to have found Lauren Siwek at Ulta Naples on Pine Ridge Rd. Lauren is brilliant in her craft. Lauren listens and is invested in maintaining the health of your hair. In addition to her expertise, she is friendly, honest, and incredibly thoughtful. I love her!!!!I reside close to the Ulta in Mercato and although the staff there is very nice, I prefer driving a little further to go to the Ulta in Pine Ridge. The girls that work there as well as the supervisor Kim are super professional and approachable and now I found a gem in Lauren! Do yourself a favor and go see Lauren. Your hair will thank you for it!!!

Ive been seeing Kyra for over a year now (about every 3-4 months) and I have never been disappointed. She has balayaged and lighted my base every time I see her and I am always getting compliments on how natural my hair looks. Shes an absolute doll and a joy to be around.--Also, every product she has recommended me for my hair upkeep has worked wonders without breaking the bank.

I have to say... I’ve been in many ultas before but nothing compares to this one! Brand new and very clean. What really shocked me the most was how friendly the employees are especially a brunette girl named Nia. Nia probably spent an hour helping me find all the products I was looking for. Nia exceeded my expectations with color matching me as well! She also had great suggestions when I was explaining to her some issues I face with makeup. The manager was very attentive and kind as well! I was overall 100% satisfied. Can’t wait to come back when I’m running low on makeup!
