    I made a last minute appointment and was able to get right in. I Way past due, needing my nails done and the tech did an awesome job! She did exactly what I asked and wanted her to do. She was very professional and gentle. I also had a pedicure, also a Great job on my toes and feet. I Love this Salon, it is immaculate and very serene. The owner is a Beautiful person inside and out. She was out of town, her brother was filling in, he is Also Wonderful.. Just a Beautiful Family!

    Absolutely stunning atmosphere..very good vibes.The owner is so very nice and goes out of her way to help you.All of the employees were very happy and personal..you could just feel the happiness!!Jenny was phenomenal 👏 she fixed 2 of my nails 💅 that were broken very badly!!This was my first time going there..and will be my new Nail Salon🙌Thank you so very much ❣️❣️❣️❣️

    This is my favorite nail spa in Collier County! The shop is so beautiful and clean, and the atmosphere is very relaxing and welcoming.Every nail tech I have experienced is gentle and my feet and hands always feel so refreshed when I leave. Also, there is an option to receive a massage to help you relax even more while you are there. This place knows how to make you feel pampered ✨

    I had an absolutely amazing experience at the nail spa. I needed to get a manicure pedicure at the last minute and they took me right in. The spa was very clean and everyone was very kind.

    This place is amazing! Is the only place that can actually do acrylics right. Ai is the best at her job and all the ladies are very nice. They all do a wonderful job and never disappoint me!

    Even as a walk-in I was welcomed and quickly assigned a manicurist who worked with particular attention to details. I leave each visit very happy having enjoyed AiSpa as a true destination. AiSpa is well organized and smartly operated for premier customer support.

    They do what they can to take care of you. When I originally went in to be honest I didnt know what to say or ask for. Its been years since Ive been to a salon. When I first went in the pedicure was amazing! She took care of every detail she could and my feet feel amazing. When it came to my mani though.. I didnt voice out the right thing to say and miscommunication led to something that wasnt what I expected.... I was in a hurry at that point and paid and left.. however staring at my nails I tried to like em but it seemed the more I stared the more I disliked it... I was just going to deal with them but I felt urged to go back. So the following day I did and Im so happy I did.When I came back and explained, they heard and understood me and my situation. They made sure to help me not only fix my nails but redid them for me. Not only did we take a leap of faith to try something new despite my nerves feeling shot she took her time and reassured me. I was able to understand more of what to ask for next time. I never felt belittled either day and I was a rack of nerves but they took care of me. I never felt more happy with the outcome of my nails than I do now. I feel more confident and hopeful for facing my in-laws! Thank you so much to all of you there for doing what you can to take care of me and I truly mean all. The pedis are amazing and the French tips are too! Very top notch!

    I cant believe I havent written a review for this place yet! Ive been going here for 3 years. I recently moved to fort myers and tried some new salons that just didnt live up to the standard, and I still make the drive to naples just to go to Ai Spa.Clean salons, Nail health and good technique are VERY important to me as my nails require a lot of cuticle trimming. Im prone to ingrown toenails and the ladies at Ai spa are the only ones who can properly remove them and make my feet stop hurting. They cut my toenails perfectly too, never too much that it cuts the nail bed. Ai Spa is very dependable Ive never been cut or over-filled. I can actually relax while Im getting my nails done because I know Im in good hands.They have new massage chairs that all work and are amazing. They are constantly sweeping the floor, cleaning the surface areas and disinfecting the tools. This is the only place I can depend on and trust. Ive tried so many different salons in Naples and Fort Myers, none of them beat Ai Spa on Radio road.Location:between Subway and T-Mobil. There is plenty of parking available in the plaza-shared parking lot.They take walk ins and reservationsThere is a bathroom on the premiseThey have guest wifiCheck out their website to see the other services they offer such as massage and waxing! All their nail polishes come in regular and gel. Plenty of dip options

    Glamorous , clean and relaxing spa like environment. Lots a stations , chill spa music playing , crystal chandeliers , glam decor and a plethora of services.. great place to have a girls glam day . Ai , the owner, is very knowledgeable and professional.

    First visit and definitely not my last. I forgot to get the lady’s name but everyone in there was super nice and professional with the clients they were working with, they went at a really good pace while still giving quality work. I got a full Acrylic set and I was in there maybe an hour and a half? Waited 10ish minutes for them to finish with the previous client to get to me. They offer tons of different services at decent prices. Very clean and they did a good job at keeping everyone distanced as best they could for the size shop they have

    😍I went to Aispa & Nails on Radio Road to have my nails done. I love the decorations inside the salon. The salon is clean, organized, and no chemical smell at all. The staffs are friendly, their customer service is the best, and they take precautions due to COVID like wearing masks and gloves. They make my nails beautifully. I recommend this nail salon to everyone. I will keep posting more pictures for my next new nails.

    These women are so wonderful at their jobs, I go here all the time. Everything I need they accommodate and I leave feeling confident and amazing! Pricey, so proceed with caution, but- I bring my family in here when they come to visit. I have them do all of my waxing, massaging, and mani pedi of course! I have been going here for years, and cannot say enough good things. The owner makes you feel like you are a part of all that happens here.

    I have been coming to Kate for powder nails for well over a year. She does a beautiful job and my own nails are healthier than ever! Kate is always so kind and professional! It is a very clean, spa like environment with multiple services and peaceful music! I always look forward to my AiSpa calm getaway!

    Under the new ownership, this place is great. The new pedicure chairs are so comfortable and the service is top notch. I cant wait until the massage rooms are completed. I go once a month for a great pedicure in a lovely shop thats close to home. Love it.
