    Very clean and no strong chemical smell. The chairs were comfy & massagers worked well. They had a great selection of OPI and the dip powders. Reasonably priced for the area. I’d come back if I visit this area again.

    This place offers great services! Pedicures ,manicures , Dip , you name it !! The staff is very friendly ! Me and my husband come all the time ! They are the best in town ! They’ve recently done a whole upgrade on the shop it looks beautiful!!

    I was very pleased with the quality work that Jenny did on my pedicure and my dip manicure. I had an appointment (highly recommend as they are busy). The place is clean. She did a great job working on my ingrown toenails. She took her time and was careful not to hurt me. The only thing I’d request next time is for a good foot massage. The massage was concentrated on my shin and calves but little on the foot.I also had a dip manicure. She did a fantastic job. I’m very picky about my nails. I requested for them to be thin and natural looking. The shape and everything was perfect. They look awesome. I will definitely return when we are in Naples.

    I got a gel manicure with Jenny and it was very relaxing and my nails look perfect! She is wonderful! Very professional, she engaged me in conversation and most importantly, she listened to my request to paint a third coat at no extra charge. I love Beautiful Nails…it’s the only Salon I will go to bc it’s clean, the staff is friendly and professional. They strive to please and in four years of going there, I’ve never been disappointed. Their prices are reasonable and I’ve always had a positive experience!

    My mother and I have been coming to Beautiful Nails since I was 7 (I am 22 now). Due to superb customer service, we obviously have become avid regulars. My mom and I came in this past weekend for pedicures. Much to our surprise, we found that the salon is undergoing renovations and is under new management. The new owner, Sam, recognized that my mom and I were regulars and took extra are of us to ensure that we would remain loyal customers. We decided to get our nails done last minute, and Sam did everything he could to give us a splendid experience. He gave us a customer discount, a hand lotion, and provided an incredible experience. I am not one to leave reviews, good, or bad. But after my NEW experience with the salon, I was blown away and will continue to remain a loyal customer. I was always happy with the service from prior management, but I am so ecstatic to see that they are taking things to the next level. Aside from customer service, they do a GREAT job at regular polish, dip, acrylic, wax, and pedis (I have had all services). They dont rush you and want to make sure you get your moneys worth. They truly care about their customers. DEFINITELY GO HERE!!!!

    Booked a last minute pedicure with my good friend Angie. Its my first time being at this shop with her, and I had a wonderful time. It has a very chill atmosphere. The music was super relaxing, and helped me grab a little peace. They keep it incredibly clean, and organized.Todays experience was exceptional. I havent been able to meet up with Ang in months so I came to her all tore up. She got me back to how it should be, and my feet feel amazing. She gives the best massages too! Painting always perfect.Give it a try. ♥️

    I will definitely come back here again. The staff is very polite and soft spoken. . I had a pedicure and she’s very careful in removing ingrown nails. Highly recommend

    New owner is awesome! Friendly and warm service with free soda to boot! Sam even told me how to better care for my nails. We laughed and smiled so much. Soo much better to have someone do your nails that really enjoys their job. We drove all the way from Sanibel just to go there again. It’s that good!

    BEST NAIL SERVICE IN NAPLES! Very kind and skilled people. Each manicurist is amazing and talented- you cannot go wrong. I personally got an acrylic set with a design and they are identical to the photo I showed/asked for. I do not normally leave reviews, but I was blown away with my service!!     The ownership changed last year, the staff is very friendly and skilled. Its a nice relaxed atmosphere there with beautiful music in the background, no television running. I felt comfortable in this massage chairs and having a perfect treatment of my feet with a peeling, massage and nail polish.

    Wonderful service, clean store, and very nice family. They do a beautiful job with my nails. I’m always happy and recommend them to my friends and family. I stumbled across this place while I was in town and walked in. My first experience was so good I drive the 20 miles from my home to come here everytime. Great place!

    I came here a couple days before my wedding for a mani-pedi spa day with my bridal party: they all were very generous and accommodating. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish with free beverages and great conversations. They even surprised with a beautiful present afterwards. Thank you to all the staff, stay healthy and safe during this pandemic.

    Under new ownership! Great service and clean salon. Kayla is my nail tech and she is wonderful, does excellent work and super nice! Although all of the techs in there are great, you wont be disappointed!
