It is very attractive inside, staff is very friendly and helpful and most importantly I love how Tran does my nails.She is meticulous and does an excellent job on my mani and pedi.     Amazing experience as always with my nail tech John at Creative Nails at Vanderbilt Shoppes! The staff are incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel welcome from the moment I walk in. The salon was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a relaxing ambiance. John always makes sure that he is attentive to detail and took the time to ensure my nails and toes looked perfect. The products they use in my opinion are high-quality, and I appreciated their wide range of color options. I always leave feeling pampered and confident with my gorgeous nails and toes.

    Friendly and typical pricing. Asked for shorter nails and was told I wouldnt like them that short. I would not like it later. So i let her keep them longer, i wish i would have stood my ground. Asked for a color to match what i had on already. I was shown a book and chose 61 a very dark brown. She applied one coat said it would darken after another coat. 2nd coat, still not dark. I showed her my toes, which still had the previous matching color. So she chose another color to add brown on top. Still was not dark i opted to not have her continue picking colors (she did offer) not sure why the first color was so wrong. Left. Not very happy. Nails too long and the wrong color. I had no desire to argue. My bad! Because I let her put extra layers of colors on its already chipping off after 4 days, And that is on acrylic nails.

    I went here for the first time, and am not disappointed. Kim did a great job. The technicians allow you to state whether things are good or bad the entire process of the appointment. If I said I didnt like the shape in the beginning it was easier to correct them there and then, rather than at the end of the appointment. Some of these reviews are just silly because they could have been fixed if they just spoken up at the actual salon and not on Google. Overall Im very pleased with how my nails came out and I would recommend and go back again.

    Kristy did both my gel acrylic set and my gel pedicure! I am obsessed with how my nails turned out! I was being so indecisive and she helped me pick out the color and tweak the design on my nails. Decided on French for toes with a pinker base to keep it cute but classy. They turned out great and pricing wasnā€™t bad at all! I travel into Naples from out of state for work so I will definitely be back!

    First time visiting this salon. Called at 4:50 knowing it would be a long shot to get in for a same-day evening appointment, especially during season. To my surprise, the gentleman that answered the phone said yes with no hesitation, and told me to head that way. Arrived about 5:40, picked my color, and went right back. Asked for the best pedicure they had, and had a super sweet nail tech who took time on my pedicure. She didnt make me feel rushed at all, even though it was the end of their work day. Everyone was friendly & welcoming, accommodating, and the pedicure was great! Booked my next pedicure on the way out the door, even. Found my new nail spot!

Peter did a thorough job with both services, and he was professional yet fun. It can also be very difficult to find a nail salon that will give you your monies worth, and although it was my first time there Creative Nails Spa did not disappoint.

    I have been going to this nail salon consistently for a year! It is extremely clean, organized & take all appointments seriously (no waiting if you have an appointment- very appreciated!) Everyone is friendly and youā€™ll always be greeted immediately upon entering. Every time I travel and get a mani/ pedi somewhere else I canā€™t wait to get back home for them to fix the damage. My last appointment was for a dip manicure & gel pedicure I went to Daniel. I was not at all rushed, his attention to detail was great and did everything I asked and More!     I never do reviews, but after my visit today, the technician really deserves one. Mai did my pedicure and manicure, and I was only expecting to go in for a pedicure, but ended up staying for a manicure because she was so kind and worth the time. I obviously donā€™t get the full nail experience so I couldnā€™t judge her nail art.. but her technique and conversation during both were awesome and she was so nice. Definitely visiting again. And it was such a clean and relaxing atmosphere :)

    Iā€™ve been coming to this salon for years now. I always am welcomed by name and with smiling face. Thai does an amazing job at my dip manicure and they often last 3-4 weeks. Mai is the best at pedicures and eyebrow waxing. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

    They were very accommodating. I called in to see if they were available to do a mani and Pedi without an appointment and they took me in within 5 to 10 minutes. The pedicure was great and relaxing. I had to wait for my mani a few more minutes but it only about 5 min. They do great work.

    I rcā€™d a gel mani and gel pedi. First, the salon is VERY clean, they have great comfy massage chairs, and the technician I had was extremely meticulous. She cleaned each nail underneath, did my cuticles, and was very attentive to detail. It is a bit pricey but itā€™s 100% worth it. You pay for the service you receive.
