I started going here to get acrylics so I can stop biting my nails and every single single person has been so supportive and they always are willing to do the designs that I pick out even if they’re uncomfortable with it I appreciate this place so much and I’m always so thrilled at the results. They did a great job (exactly what I wanted) short light pink acrylics on the thin side, square with rounded edges. Very nice I didn’t have to wait either. The salon itself is decorated very cute and it’s super clean. Pricing was fair and they have you sign in which is like a rewards program. Defiantly going back and recommended!

If you cant find someone to do your design, Mack is the guy! It took me a few years to find someone in naples that knows how to do design and execute it each time and he does that and even adds his own twist to it! I recommend everyone come here. Best place ever!

Delightful signature pedicure from Alyssa! Gentle at the right times, but still perfect pressure for the massage. She took her time and didn’t rush through it at all, but she was quick with prep and cleanup to get off to the next person. Clean place, friendly staff, and no offensively strong acetone smell that you sometimes find in a nail salon. I’ll certainly be back!

Last week I had a “spa day” with my family (3 woman and 2 kids) and we had a great time, the girl in charge of the kids make it a great experience for them adding stickers to their nails and painting their nails with as much colors as they wanted. And for the grown ups, we love the foot massage and delicate service they bring. This is my go to place all the time

Not entirely happy with the service. The technician may have been a novice as she didn’t seem to have the experience others do.The cuticle cleanup was very light, the filing was ok..ish, she didn’t speak much to me and breathed through her mouth and onto my hands and face because she seemed very congested. When I paid and gave my feedback to the lady who asked me about my service, she called out the technician and asked if those were allergies.She told me I should have asked her to use a mask.. really? At the very least, she should have known to use one or she should have stayed home if she’s sick.I think it could have been handled differently. But I hope you’re right, and it’s all allergies. But if I get the flu or anything else, I’ll know where I got it.The color was applied in heavy blobs, my nails are thick and bumpy…Also, the utensils didn’t seem to be sterilized. Let’s just say I won’t return here. I really was hoping for the best because I’m new to the area and I chose this place based on the reviews.I don’t like to give less than 5 stars reviews but I’m not happy. I wanted to get off the chair as soon as she started to breathe on my face but I didn’t want to be rude. And if I asked her to wear a mask, it would have been rude too.. not to mention that then she wouldn’t be able to breathe at all.. 🤦‍♀️

This is my new place! I love to support small business and the owners here have authentic intentions of serving each customer as if they are the only one. They have a beautiful, clean, upscale salon and offer pedicures at the same price as the other average salons I go to in town. I received a 20% off flyer in the mail that incentivized me to try the new place and I’m so glad I did! They are offering 20% off all services all month in August. GO! They offer free drinks too!!! While I was doing so I checked Yelp for nearby nail salons. This one came up and it was just across the street. I love to the fact it was 5Starz on Google and yelp. Also noticed it was a new place that had barely just opened. I know for a fact when places first open they are always exceptional because they would love to build clientele’s. I gave this place a shot and I will be going back. Heather didn” an exceptional job on my nails. Me being very picky she knew just what to do. As I was ringing out they handed me a card with one signature and 11 more slots Open. After my 12 visits I will receive a free pedicure or manicure. I had brought a gift card from the previos owner, so it was expired, nevertheless, they honored it. They not only took the gift card but also gave me a 20% discount on the total amount. Mamas… this is gonna be your new fave nail spa, they offer complimentary drinks, including mimosas, wine 🫢💕… I also loved the fact that some of the techs speak Spanish. Im so happy I found this salon. They are very pleasant, the salon is very clean and relaxing. I get powder dips. I havent had my nails done in ten years. Last month I got engaged and was very excited to get my nails done to match and show off my ring. The first Salon I went to did the most hideous awful job on my nails that I could have ever imagined. They looked nothing like the picture I presented to them and I was completely heartbroken. Then I went to Noire Nail Spa. The very next day, they completely fixed my nails and gave me almost exactly what I had been dreaming of. I wasnt going to change them at first, but then I went home and accidentally smashed my thumb in the door and knew I needed to get at least that one nail fixed. But when I arrived I decided I couldnt stand to look at what the other Salon had done to my fingers. Heather at Noire gave me the most beautiful set of nails I could have ever imagined. And they went perfectly with my beautiful engagement ring. They really saved my very special experience with my friend to celebrate the momentous occasion in my life. I fully intend to continue at least having Manis and pedis done and I will only go to Noire nail Spa.
