    Very impressed and happy with the service I received for my first time here! I was referred by my co worker since I recently moved to the area. I really loved her nails and she mentioned how great this place was, indeed she was correct. I called to make an appointment with Cindy. I made it a few weeks ahead since my schedule can be hectic. I decided to do a dip powder for the first time, short since its hard to have long nails for my career in the dental field. I showed her the picture of the color I had in mind and she immediately knew what to offer.. she also made sure I was happy at every step of the way like the shape and color. I didnt have to wait long for my appointment, they do have a waiting area and they provide complimentary water. They also have the cutest small dog who is super sweet with customers. The establishment is spacious, clean and well kept. Plenty of colors and designs to choose from. I looked at the nails of other customers leaving and all had such great service. The restroom is very clean. They accept all major cc and would prefer tips in cash if possible. They also do have a point reward card that you will receive so you can accumulate and eventually get a reward. At the end of my nail appointment I received a quick shoulder massage that was amazing!! I love my nails and I hope they last. I will definitely be scheduling my next appointment soon again with Cindy. Thank you for your great service!

    Fabulous work and customer service. M&M Nails has been my trusted salon for around 4 years, and every time I go there I am never disappointed. The salon is clean, relaxing, prices are good, technicians are skilled, and overall a very professional environment. Cindy just did my nails (powder dip) and she is the best!! She greets everyone with a smile, and is very kind, gentle, meticulous with her work, and very knowledgeable. She always advises what will be the best solution for healthy nails - she really looks out for her clients! Another perk is a complimentary shoulder massage, and Cindy was top notch! Couldn’t recommend more! I refer all of my friends to M&M nails!

    Sunny did my manicure and pedicure today and I loved it! They give you a massage while your nails dry and even a basic pedicure include the actual 10 minute massage. Over all very nice and clean clean nail salon with A1 customer service and great quality work by everyone there.

    I recently visited M&M Nail Salon in Naples and had an exceptional experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The salon is beautifully maintained, clean, and exudes a sense of tranquility.Tony is incredibly skilled and attentive. He took his time to ensure my nails were perfect, paying great attention to detail. I showed him a picture of the design I wanted and he copied it flawlessly. .I left with gorgeous nails and a big smile on my face. I highly recommend M&M Nail Salon to anyone looking for top-notch nail services in Naples. It’s been a struggle for me to find my go to nail salon but Ill definitely be returning to M&M for my next service 😊

    Excellent work by Cindy (owner) ! Loving my finished look. She took the time and even test my pinky first to ensure I like the look prior to continuing. Plus, she placed a few stars on top and made it pop! Already thinking of coming back for another session! I love the fact that Cindy’s priority is to make customers happy and she did prove that when I had a not so pleasant experience in the past. She listens to her customers feedbacks and take them very seriously. I’ll be a loyal customer from now on. Thanks Cindy!

    Cindy and her husband were very accommodating! I was in town for my Anniversary and got a French mani and pedi. The salon is also very clean and modern. I will definitely visit them the next time I vacation in Naples again 😊.

    First time at this nail salon and I’m impressed. The owners are very accommodating and constantly checking to ensure you are satisfied. They have a large selection of colors and extra enhancements to choose from. Cindy helped me choose the perfect color to match my picture. Tony did my nails and they look beautiful. He’s gentle and takes his time. Plus they have their adorable dog walking around. I will be back no doubt.

    Full set of dip acrylics with design. I had a winter wedding theme and presented a picture off Pinterest and they did a wonderful job recreating the look. The guy who did my nails was quick but efficient and kind. They do a little massage on your shoulders while you wait for top coat to dry. I highly recommend this place and recommend you book an appointment as they seem to stay busy. I was there for 2 hours but the snowflakes were hand drawn on there so it took a while but they provided water for me while I waited.

    Cindy is the BEST! I have been going to her since September and I never leave the salon disappointed. She has gotten my nails so healthy (the picture attached are my real nails!) and I can go weeks without a fill. I am really rough on my nails, so to have them stay perfect for 3+ weeks just shows how talented she is.

    This was my first time at M&M nails. Very friendly staff and very accommodating. I walked in without an appointment and they were willing to take me anyway even though they had a few people out sick. I had a photo shoot that day so I really needed to get both my hands and feet done. I had 2-3 different people start on me but they all did great and had no problem covering for each other. I don’t remember the persons name who did my toes But he did amazing. As for my acrylic nails I had Tony. He was fast and efficient and did a great job and he even squeezed in my daughter for a quick nail paint. I’ll definitely be coming back.

    I took my 91 yr old client in here today for a pedi and mani . They were wonderful , had 3 ppl working on her at once . Attention was phenomenal!!! And the young man assisted in walking her out to my car . Will definitely go back !!!

    Angie did a fantastic job with filling an acrylic French manicure I had elsewhere. She shaped them beautifully, exactly how I wanted unlike the square shape I had before. She was fast, efficient and artistic. I highly recommend her and this salon.

    I rarely write reviews but this is the best my nails have looked in a long time! The picture does no justice. This was my first time coming here. Im usually never completely satisfied with how my nails turn out. It’s always something I notice but I’m so happy with how they came out today! Jeremey is amazing.     Beautiful nail art! I gave a reference picture to my nail tech and she did such a good job! I don’t know her name she had an orange sweater on and she’s married to another guy in there but she was very patient and gentle 10/10 highly recommend!

    Writing this as I am sitting under the nail drier after my pedicure. I will absolutely be back here! I called for a last minute appointment and they had availability. Got the “lemon” pedicure which included a full 10 min foot/leg massage and paraffin wax for only $10 more ($45 total). Everything was great, and the massage chairs are also super comfy. I even got a short shoulder massage when I sat down at the drier. Very satisfied with the whole experience, thank you!

    This place is amazing! I came in not knowing what I want except for some Halloween designs and Cindy had amazing recommendations! My nails are adorable, everyone was friendly, and they allow dogs!!! Best nail salon I’ve ever been to! My friend got her nails done for Halloween as well and they are just as cute! She had Tony and he was equally incredible!

    Great place, I always look for a place that can make a gel manicure look as thin a regular polish and they did a great job. This pic was after 4 days. They took the time to get the shape right and consistent across all nails. Def recommend

    Just got the most beautiful pedicure! PS the chairs are AWESOME! Best massage chairs ever!He added acrylic to my big toes and used gel polish! Such a lovely job and a lovely place! Everyone was friendly and kind which I’ve found is not the norm here in Naples! And the BEST PART was the ADORABLE & SWEET little poodle! I saw mention of her when reading reviews before coming in and I was so happy I got to see the sweet floof!Highly recommend this nail spot!

    A bit on pricey side. Very different options than Ive usually been offered for a pedicure. Picked the 2nd tier up from basic Lavendar for $59. Had a lavender mask, hot towel wrap, pedi, hot stone massage x 10 minutes and paraffin foot wrap. Overall enjoyable experience

    Austin did my nails. I showed him a reference photo and he literally copied it exactly, he perfected them and spent time ensuring that the gel x extensions matched my nail bed with little pain/pressure. When it comes to cuticle care and making sure ur nails aren’t being super damaged, they’re the best. I would recommend using an exact reference photo for what you want because they will copy it exactly- and do an amazing job at it. It was my first time at a nail salon- 100% will be coming again.

    I have been visiting this salon for over 3 years, and have tried just about every salon in North Naples. Love, love, love their consistency in quality, super friendly environment, personable attitude, willingness to always accommodate any requests I have. I am grateful that this is a place I always feel welcome to even when I don’t have an appointment. The owners make it a point to come and ask how I am doing and make sure I am happy before i leave. Couldn’t recommend it more enough!

    Definitely best salon in Naples! My nails always look perfect , they use high quality products so you won’t be losing a nail every 3 days! I work as a bartender and they are always good for 3 weeks at least. Im a regular customer and I highly recommend this place. ❤️❤️❤️

    Excellent experience. Almost 3 weeks after my dip manicure, it still looks fantastic. No cracking, peeling, its in great shape. The only problem is my nails are growing out! This is not my normal experience with other nail salons – usually a manicure chips or peels right away. I regret that I didnt get the young mans name but he was incredibly detailed and thorough. Thank you!

    I love this place. I have see Mike. Very clean, beautifully decorated. Soft music with two large screen showing beautiful Nature scenes. I like the Lavender Pedicure with the Parafinn feet/ leg wraps, hot stones, pedicure and then the wonderful 10” massage.After your Manicure a wonderful 10” massage. Prices very reasonable! I give give them a 10!!

    My favorite nail salon in Naples! I spent about a year going from salon to salon but the past couple of months I have been going to M&M every time. The salon is clean, comfortable and the technicians are always helpful. Im very particular about my nails and Cindy hits it out of the park every single time!     Wow. Just wow! I called for an appointment last minute. They answer all of their calls. When I arrived they were kind, welcomed me and they seated me immediately. I was going to get a set of acrylic nails and informed (Cindy) that I really don’t know much about fake nails. But I did bring a picture of what I was looking for. She observed the picture and asked me if I would prefer gel set instead and told me all about them. Well the gel set was a great choice and Cindy has an eye for detail and does an immaculate job. Thank you Cindy. You guys… they also give you a back massage included in the service!!! YASSSS!!! Then I asked if they have time for a pedicure as well and they said yes. I was treated like a Queen by the woman who gave me a pedicure (I am sorry I didn’t even think to ask her name) She wore cute jeans with black hearts down the sides. At no point did I feel rushed or awkward. The pedicure and gel set of nails was painless and well done. I am so happy, and I am so grateful. Thank you Cindy and cute pants woman, you made my day amazing. To top everything off, the prices are extremely reasonable. M&M Nails has got it going on!

    I think I must have walked into heaven! What a fabulous experience. My nail tech was Angel.I have been visiting Naples for 15 years, and this will be my new place for pedicure. The green tea pedicure was so invigorating (I did just the regular, not organic). Great leg massage too. While my pedicure was drying she did a shoulder massage.     Really great service! Was able to get a walk in for two pedicures. Yoki was amazing. She was gentle, and took her time. She also listened to my preferences and made it happen.     I’ve tried a lot of nail salons in Naples and M&M is by far the nicest (and cleanest!) They have of wide variety of colors to choose from - regular polish, gel polish, and dip powder as well. Everyone is always friendly and never pushy. I’m always greeted and offered a drink either immediately or shortly thereafter. They have nice pedicure chairs and each have a remote to control the kind of massage you’d like. They take their time with every service and genuinely want the customer to leave happy. I highly recommend asking for Cindy!! She takes her time, never rushes, (even if it is past the time the salon closes), always asks how I’m doing etc., and always makes sure I like the polish color (if I am trying to choose between a few different polishes). I can call shortly before Id like to come to the salon and they are extremely accommodating with appointments/times etc. I always leave happy and recommend you go and try it for yourself ASAP!

    What a pleasant experience, very friendly staff and clean facility. The young man gave me a nice pedicure and got my ingrown toenails out that the last salon I went to refused to do- immediate relief. They have many color choices for dip powder, did the design I wanted no problem. They also gave me hand, shoulder, and upper back massage that was greatly appreciated.

    One of the things I dread about having to go to the nail salon, is the time it takes. I understand some nail artists are less experienced, and may take longer, but it is still a drag to have to sit there for hours.Cindy did my ombre nails, and I couldnt be happier. Not only was she quick, but she took her time on the details, rather than spending most of her time filing and drilling. She also has very soft hands, so I barely felt her even doing my nails! I cant stand when nail artists drill and file the heck out of your nails. I have even had some nail artists in the past, cut my fingers from filing too hard.Thank you Cindy! Will be back again.😉

    This is the bast place i have ever been too! They took their time and my nails weren’t crooked and THEY CUT MY CUTICLES which i haven’t seen many nail salons do. I walked in and was taken care of asap, staff was friendly and felt very comfortable there.     I found this spot on google maps and am so happy I found it. It is an incredible nail salon-beautiful inside with exceptional customer service. We did two lavender spa pedicures with Cindy and Jessica. I’ve never had such a long and detailed pedicure. On top of the treatments, they give you a 15 minute massage. It’s amazing. I can’t wait to go back.

    This nail salon is fabulous. Not only is it neat and clean but it has a very relaxing spa like vibe. The owners are there to make sure you have the best experience.     M & M Nails saved my wedding!The morning before I got married, I went to a different nail salon and asked for ombre nails. The technician said she could do that, but she definitely couldn’t, and my nails came out looking horrible. I didn’t have time for her to try again, but the longer the day went on, the worse I felt about how they looked.I started calling every nail salon in town to see who could fit me in for a last-minute manicure. I skipped my own rehearsal dinner to go see Lisa, who took one look at my nails and immediately knew what went wrong and exactly how she could fix them.She worked quickly and effectively—I could CRY over how beautiful the results are. I was finished in time for dessert at the rehearsal dinner, and my guests marveled over how much of an improvement Lisa had made.M & M is also a GORGEOUS salon with a relaxing atmosphere and a beautiful set-up. It’s extremely clean and bright, and I felt very welcome there even as a panicky last-minute walk-in bride. I will absolutely return and recommend them to everyone I know.

    Hi- I cannot say enough about my experience here. It was outstanding. I have rheumatoid arthritis, along with a lot of leg injuries and work in the service industry, and am very sensitive to pedicures etc. Jay took so much time and care to be gentle and kind. Thank you so much!
