I saw Thao on this visit and received a full set with tips of gel buildup. I have never done this service before but was so glad it was recommended. I left with PERFECT nails that are thin and look natural rather than the acrylics. Thao was a perfectionist, and it shows in her work. Will be sure to see her next time. -

Maya always delivers a quality manicure (longest lasting I’ve ever had) but this time she tried something new and did a cosmic design for our eclipse trip. Everyone in the shop was available to give advice and help. I think she nailed it! She’s willing to collaborate and is naturally skilled. A great salon and fantastic tech. -

Absolutely phenomenal service; everyone is so nice. I love my nails and how detailed they are. Everyone is so talented. I believe Trish was the one who did the designs and Tammy and her Husband did the dip full set. I would definitely recommend coming! -

I believe the woman who did my nails was named trish, and she did an amazing job!! The nails took longer than expected (which wasnt a problem at all, I was very grateful that she was being careful and thorough), and they turned out amazing. Despite the fact that the design I chose was challenging and time consuming, my nail tech remained very sweet and chatty throughout the whole process. The space was clean and organized, and everyone that i interacted with was kind. If I was a local, Id definitely be coming back!!! -

When the lady who used to do my nails retired I was concerned with who will be doing my nails here - luckily, I have a wonderful lady who I have been working with now - Maya.She is very professional, does a great job which is delightful! Added to that she has a bubbly personality which makes my visit fun and a joy.Maya is an asset to the place indeed! -

Tammy and her team are incredible! I have been coming here for years and they remember my name and the color I like for my nails (they have it out and ready for my appointment before I even ask!) Customer service is AMAZING and I feel so at home and relaxed whenever I walk in their salon doors.I get dip powder and it stays looking perfect for weeks until my next appointment. Eyebrow waxes and pedicures are fantastic here as well. I wish I could give Secret Nails more than five stars! -

Tried several nail salons in the area. I do the liquid gel manicure and none of them lasted as long as they should. A few times I had to go back with broken nails to be fixed. I never had this problem before.I tried Secret Nails and my gel manicure still looks great after two weeks and no breaking or chipping!Ivan did a great job. Will be returning for the next manicure for sure. -

Without an appointment they got me a seat right away with Justin. Justin did an amazing job on my nails! They are a unique shape, color and style, so quite difficult. He took his time and perfected my expectations. He as well as other staff were very friendly and funny so made comfortable environment as well. I will be coming there for now on. -

I have been getting pedicures and gel manicures at this nail/spa for over a year. The people working there are very nice and I have received well done manicures and pedicures that look nice and last. My last manicure was at 5:15pm just after the change from day light savings time. It was very dark out and pouring rain when I left to leave. Justin, who did my nails insisted on walking me to my car with an umbrella. I appreciated his concern for my safety and it was nice not to get soaked by the rain:) -

I try other nail services elsewhere every now and then, but nobody does them as well as Tina. I dont know why I am ever tempted. She does an incredible job and knows how just I like them (thin, narrow and natural) even if Ive been gone for a while. 5 stars easy! -

My nails always come out looking great, it last longer than most places I moved to fort myers and tried a place down here that I actually USED to go to in 2013 and I was so disappointed. I sorento never go back there lol so I of course made that special trip to get treated like a queen and always leave satisfied. Christy is awesome Tommy is great too. Honestly all of the employees do a splendid job in proving premier customer service and making sure you leave happy! -

My favorite nail salon. I have problem nails that break on the side and they take extra time to repair. I also forgot my wallet one time and they told me don’t worry about it. Of course I returned later in the day to pay and provide a little extra in the tip. Love this place! -
