I had an amazing back facial with Lori. She was extremely informative and explained every step she did. She educated me on how to maintain my great results. The salon space was very clean and located in a beautiful part of Naples. Lori is super sweet and made me feel very comfortable. I’m definitely booking more services with her! -

I am impressed with her knowledge, professionalism and customer service. Lori decided on a specific facial treatment for my specific skin type, using great products in order to produce my glowing complexion when she was finished. Hats off to Coastal Complexion!
