    This place is great from my experience. Genuinely friendly staff. Good atmosphere. Great decor. The doctor is great with kids. Had to bring my son here when he was a baby for a biopsy, they did great to help me make him as comfortable and happy as possible for such a hard time for the poor little guy. They were able to fix everything up with no issues and the little guys good here even a year later still. :)

    I always have a great experience every time I’ve been to Dermatology Specialists. I saw Lauren Hagen PA-C with this appointment. She and her assistant we’re both so great. Lauren was very nice, professional, and thorough with my exam and I was not rushed through the visit. Lauren’s assistant was super nice and very helpful. The ladies at reception were very nice as well. You don’t always leave a Dr’s appointment thinking wow that was a great visit. .

    Dr John Phillips and his nurse were amazing. His nurse was incredible with my 4 years old son made him feel relax and at ease. They explained to us the procedure and answer our questions. The hole stuff was excellent. Good customer service and great environment. It was great experience.

    The staff was wonderful! Everyone was upbeat and pleasant to work with. I had a couple of spots removed, they explained everything they were doing so I would feel comfortable during the procedure. I can’t say enough about the folks at Dermatology Specialists of Florida. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed during the entire appointment.

    It was my initial visit to Dr. Phillips, to establish a relationship. All went well. The receptionist was cordial, and thorough. The nurse was equally friendly and easy to talk to. Dr Phillips was very nice, and receptive to my concerns. He explained things and after examination, said all OK. Didn’t have to wait but a few minutes, and the doc came in shortly after the nurse did the initial steps. Overall, a good experience, and I have a follow up in six months.

    This was my first appointment with Dermatology Specialists. I received appointment reminders which I appreciated.When I arrived the receptionist greeted me with a smile and was very courteous. The nurse was also very friendly and called for me on time. The P.A. was great! Over all it was a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend your company to a friend.

    Absolutely wonderful ! Checking in and paper work was a breeze! Holly is a doll! The waiting are was so nice and clean! Dr.Phillips assistant was so sweet. Dr.Phillips is so nice and took the time to listen to our concerns for our 3 year old ! He even “checked” her baby dolls hands to make her happy ! I can not say enough about how wonderful this facility is! I will recommend to everyone !

    Great patient care. Fast friendly service. Fantastic knowledge. Had several precancerous lesions addressed about a year ago. I feel like my skin health is in great hands here. Im very pale skinned, so I have a higher risk of developing skin cancer. They listen to my concerns and give great guidance on taking care of issues. So glad to have found them! Update: been here a few times now and as always, treated so well! I met the new physicians assistant, Lauren and she is equally awesome! Staff are all so friendly!

    The office staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Phillips was understanding and informative. It was my first visit since moving to FL. I hope all of my doctors are this nice! I was worried that I might have to start treatment over (lets try this instead since your skin is clear), but this doctor recognizes treatment success and thankfully is prescribing meds that are proven to already work for me!!😁😁😁 THANK YOU!!!

    This was my first visit and it wound up being a great one. Very nice facility with great curb appeal. Good first impression. The receptionist built on the positive feel by being gracious, efficient and professional. Very cordial, thoughtful and helpful. I was seen on time by the doctors nurse who was efficient, friendly and reassuring. Dr. Phillips did not keep me waiting. Immediately, he put me at ease and impressed me with his knowledge which he shared in a friendly and professional manner. I never felt better in a visit with a doctor.     Excellent service from beginning to end. Highly recommend. 6/19. I would like to update my review. My first review was immediately after my first appointment. Since that time Ive had skin cancer removed with success. But, I would love to update. The staff and Shepard are simply the best. They go out of their way to help you, (even with insurance questions). They make sure you are comfortable and taken well cared for. I can not give this office high enough recommendations or stars. Here, they care. They care with excellent service and genuine concern.
