    For my visit, I had Miss Pearl, she was wonderful. She gave me a deep tissue massage, which help loosen up a bunch of knots that have been forming in my back for quite some time. The place was clean. The atmosphere was very relaxing, and I walked out Refreshed. I highly recommend going to Navarre Healing Arts!

    I recently has my first visit with Norma at Navarre Healing Arts, and it exceeded my expectations. Before the massage began, we discussed my needs and my health issues. She made sure I felt comfortable with what she was going to do before and during the massage. The massage... it was amazing! I felt so relaxed and was able to release a lot of pent up tension.     I have received 4 deep tissue massages from this place now. Two from Carol and two from Pearl. Both ladies were friendly, professional, and did exactly as I asked. They loosened the muscles that were tight and left me feeling relaxed and energized. I will continue to come back for more!!

    Navarre Healing Arts is an awesome place to get a massage and feel relaxed. The staff is great as they were very friendly and helpful getting me checked in and giving additional information about their place. Pearl did my massage and she was able to rub out all the knots on the bottom of my feet, which allowed me to walk barefoot around my house with a lot less pain. I am looking forward to my next visit.

    I cannot believe how much the neuromuscular therapeutic massage immediately helped my pain from total hip replacement surgery (and a few other issues). I waited to review for 24 hours to make sure this was the right assessment. I see this as a place I will go to for the rest of my life as I have permanent damage, which Norma always finds and helps. I know this is not a CURE, but it sure does help me feel MUCH better! HUGS to all!!! Please try this place if you are in pain!

    What I love about Navarre Healing Arts, is the methods they use to assist you in healing without the use of medication. I receive massage therapy and it has been a tremendous help. It is definitely focused therapy and they care about you having a positive outcome. They explain their methods and they make suggestions based on your unique issues. I get such great results that I pay extra for extra massage time for other parts of my body that can use the help.

    They have helped me so much in the late stages of my pregnancy. The prenatal massages Iā€™ve received have given me so much relief as itā€™s gotten more difficult for me to move around and have helped with my circulation to keep me from swelling.     When I first visited NHA in July 2023, I was a nervous wreck, as I was about to experience my first massage. However, Tye, the Front Desk Medical Assistant, immediately put me at ease. She shared her first experience, told me what to expect, and assured me that I would be in good hands with Norma. Indeed, I was.Norma, the Owner and a Licensed Massage Therapist, was very professional. Her manner reflected experience, knowledge and concern regarding my specific medical condition.     Pearl was amazing! I have had MFR massages before and know it works well for me. She was very professional with excellent pressure - not too ā€œsoft/fluffyā€ (which is just annoying to me) or too ā€œdeep/firmā€ (which can leave me with days of rebound pain).     Since I was over 12 hours away from my regular miracle worker and healer of my ailments (aka my massage therapist), I went on the hunt for someone in Navarre, Florida. I read tons of reviews and ended up scheduling with Kristen at Navarre Healing Arts. Wow...she was amazing! She made me feel comfortable right away and the energy between us was great. We chatted while she worked and it was just the right amount of conversation. I may have to go back for a reiki session next week.I would highly recommend Kristen!

    When I tell you that its the best massage I have ever had. That is an under statement. Never have I been more relaxed afterwards. The staff was more than friendly. The whole group truly rolled the red carpet out. 90 mins of massage therapy for a whole day of feeling like jello. Best experience ever.     I have a history of major injuries and multiple surgeries and an extensive history of receiving massage therapy (especially Myofascial Release - MFR) to cope through years of chronic pain. After significant improvement in recent years I have been increasing my activities and strength while also doing the physically and emotionally challenging work of being a ā€œcaregiverā€ to several aged family members. I wish I could have a massage every week, but I make sure at least every other month to get a 1.5 hour massage and often get one of their many add on services, so far Iā€™ve tried : CBD oil, Magnesium, Cupping, and a foot scrub (cupping is the only one that I probably wonā€™t do again). I selected to make my first appointment with Pearl, because she was available for the day/time I needed and she has training in MFR, which I knew works well for me. Since then, I have always made my appointments with her as she is so sweet, calm, takes a personal interest, ALWAYS checks in before starting to find out what areas might need special attention, etc. then is mostly quiet šŸ¤« throughout the session so I can really focus on my breathing and relaxation. The others I have met in passing or checking me out have all been pleasant, personable, and professional. I really value that T hereā€™s never pressure to schedule more frequently (I love the ease with which I can schedule online - even just a few days ahead), to buy a membership, ā€œskincareā€ products, or anything else like that. While there are less expensive options, they offer specials and discounts and I love that this is close to home for me (not far to drive after), locally owned and has a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. I love this little hidden gem šŸ’Ž of our community. Five star ā­ļø service ALWAYS!

    My husband and I went for a couples massage on Valentineā€™s Day and it was perfect! We both like deep tissue massages and the past couple of places weā€™ve been to have been a disappointment when it comes to getting the pressure right. However, Kayla and Pearl did not disappoint! The atmosphere was relaxing and the chocolate covered strawberries and strawberry infused water after the massage were such a great touch. We will definitely be coming back!

    Navarre Healing Arts has been so incredible! Iā€™ve had massages from several team members and have never been disappointed! Last week I had an appointment with Cara and it was the best massage session I have ever had. Cara was so informative and knowledgeable. She made sure to tell me about each of the problem areas she worked through and even gave me stretches I could do at home to help in between sessions. I will never go to another therapist again!     I was visiting Navarre and had driven 2 days to get there. I had a headache for days and was approaching a migraine. I somehow managed to book an appointment and got Norma. I wanted to try the cranial sacral therapy and it did not disappoint! Norma also suggested Reiki and I left without a headache and its not come back--even after having to drive another 2 days to get home. I am so thankful she had a spot and also that I have found an alternative therapy for my particular issues. She was amazing and friendly and helped me to get myself reset and I feel so much better.     I am at a point in my massage journey that I know what I want and what I need. I have sampled 3 other places in the area and Im so relieved I dont have to go anywhere else, and I have HIGH expectations. Kristen listened to what I said and didnt dismiss it at all. She got to work on my neck and shoulders and even included some positive way of thinking that I sincerely needed right now in my life. I only got a 30 min massage for my first time here but I walked out of there feeling exactly how I wanted. I was relaxed (As much as I can be haha), I can feel the tension loosened significantly and I felt thirsty. For me feeling thirsty is a sign that my body was worked properly. I went ahead and booked for the following week on the spot. Thats how happy I was with Kristen. She communicated so well and just did a fantastic job. Also I encountered the owner who was a dang delight. What a nice lady who is also extremely professional. I almost dont want to write this review because I want to have Kristen all to myself HAHAHAHA but seriously if you are looking for a REAL massage make an appointment.     My wife and I used to get massages every week before moving to Navarre. We are very picky in choosing massage therapists and we know how hard to find a good massage therapist. My wife recommended Ben after her session and I have to agree his skill is amazing. He recognized where my tight spots were just by touching and put just the right amount of pressure to loosen them up. Also the office staffs were very friendly and made us feel welcome. We had to move to different state but we will definitely miss them.

    The whole staff is terrific. From sending me a super bill, scheduling appointments to friendly faces.... highly recommend. Ben is terrific. He listens to what I need. If itā€™s a relaxing massage, he knows that I like quiet. He is very intuitive to my body needs. I never have to tell him where the areas of concern are. He is professional and the room is always perfectly lit with relaxing music and wave sounds. His head massages will have you coming back just for that! She took the time to talk to me about what I was looking for, and made sure I was completely comfortable before starting. I hadnā€™t had a massage in 16 years because I am very self conscious and my last masseuse made me feel rushed and unwelcome (this was in Idaho 2003). Candy however made me feel welcomed, she didnā€™t rush, she took her time and made sure I was happy. She went above and beyond. This is a wonderful place, one that I will be returning to for sure!

    My boyfriend surprised me with a 90 minute relaxation massage since Ive been working so much lately. I was SO sore. Haley Storms was my massage therapist.. When I got the massage I actually fell asleep because I was SO relaxed! My sinuses were a little stuffy so she just had me breath in some peppermint oil and it cleared me up pretty well. She seemed like she really just wanted me to feel totally relaxed and cared for. She wanted to make sure that I was comfortable with everything she was going to do. You even get strawberry-infused water or regular water for free! I also have a problem with my shoulders being quite tender to massage but she actually did great and it didnt hurt! It felt really nice. You can choose how deep you want your massage, and you can always change your mind during your massage. Would absolutely recommend.

    When Navarre Healing Arts opened back up, I jumped at the chance to get a badly needed massage. Norma has taken all the precautions to ensure a safe and healthy environment.     I went in for a massage today and once again I was NOT disappointed! This place is amazing and the staff is so caring about making sure you are taken care of. Cara was informative about the massaging process and what she did with my neck felt amazing ( gave me goosebumps ).     The building itself is gorgeous and calming as soon as you enter. I use Alyssa who I cannot recommend enough! I am not a massage person as Im usually pretty uncomfortable being touched but she is so welcoming and calming I have no issue with her.     I came to Navarre Healing Arts with severe lower back pain due to my job requiring me to stand and bend for extended periods of time.     I moved to Pace from Atlanta and have been searching for years to find someone who could perform Myofascial Release. Many locations claimed they could, but they all fell short until now.     Norma Jean is an excellent LMT. She was referred by the amazing physical therapy team at Andrews Institute for post-surgery therapeutic massage. Im very happy that I took their recommendation and visited Norma Jean. Its obvious that she has a passion for what she does and an incredible amount of skill. She took the time to dig into my presenting problem in order to find the best methods for me. She communicated very clearly about her recommendations and I felt confident that she gathered enough information from me to adequately treat my areas of concern.The massage itself was very good. The owner and her team are well educated on all the current teachings and extremely knowledgeable on many different types of massage.     Ben is the BEST. I went in for a sport massage with a lot of pain in my left pec. Ben took the time to ask me a lot of questions and talked me through everything he would do before he got started. He spent a lot of time working on where I had the most pain and then worked on muscles I didnā€™t even know were tight enough to cause pain in other places. I walked out feeling like a million bucks. I canā€™t wait for my next appointment.

    Ben was AMAZING! Ive actually seen him twice, and this second time, I was more tense than I think I have ever been in my entire life. I had a tension headache for an entire week before he worked on me. Like magic, he made my muscles relax and my headache went away.
