    This was my first time coming here and I was pleasantly surprised! The whole team was welcoming and friendly! I came as a walk-in and was helped right away. Richard listened to my request as far as design and came up with some suggestions and I left with even prettier nails than what I was asking for! This is definitely my go to spot from now on!!!! I’ll be a lifetime customer!

    I came to luxy nails a few weeks ago for a single repair and loved how it turned out and how Sa helped me match the color I needed. I came back 2 weeks later for a fill in and polish change. I was so pleased with the work that Sa did! She is an amazing nail tech and I left very happy with my nails. Thank you so much! I would recommend her to all my friends and family!

    Best Nail Salon I have ever been to!!! I finally had a spa experience at a nail salon. Diane was Incredible! She was very detailed, knowledgeable and efficient about the best way to do nails, she took good care of me and intuitively knew exactly what I wanted. My nails look incredible, I had an amazing foot and hand massage, her tools and product were better than any other place Ive been, and the massage chairs were WAY better than any other salon I have been too! I have been to nail salons in 5 states in the last 5 months and everything here at Luxy nails was better, a higher quality, done smarter and more seamlessly. I did the Salt Scrub pedicure and a manicure with dip. Diane was smart and efficient, the first thing she did was put on the foil on my fingers, then we did the pedicure. So by the time we did my nails the dip color just came off by wiping it!!! Other nail salons take 20+ minutes with drills trying to take off my old dip colors. It tooks her 1 minutes because of the way she did it! I will never go back to the other places. This is my new number 1 favorite place to go for nails. So excited I found this place! Ask for Dianne she was detailed and incredible!

    Ive been coming here for 6 years! Absolutely love it. They have gone out of their way for me dozens of times from staying late to ordering specialty products for my nail designs. If I need to get in and out fast they handle it, if I want a luxurious massage experience with my pedicure they make time. Really the best customer service and how cute are these nails (me & my daughter). They have even saved my son from getting an expensive procedure at the doctor by caring for and recovering his ingrown toenail.I cant say enough positive about this place!

    I highly recommend Luxy Nail Spa! I have been going here for years because I found it to be the best at the beaches. Lien does the best job on my nails and my pedicure and all the technicians there are very conscientious and hard working. It might not be the least expensive nail salon but the little extra you may pay is worth it.

    Got a new shape on my nails. Tech did a wonderful job taking off my old dip without using the dermal the entire time since my nails were thin. Great attention to detail! Used my favorite dip bubble bath!! Smooth and clean.

    I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! I am from out of town and wish I could get my nails done from here all the time! I’m not sure his name but he slayed my nails! He took his time and made sure they were absolutely perfect. Don’t get me started on the pedicure. I could have fallen asleep. It was so peaceful and the massage was out of this world!

    After reading the bad reviews from a year or so ago I definitely feel like they have new staff. I’m unsure. But my nail tech didn’t talk much which honestly is totally fine with me I don’t like talking much so not having to answer questions and hold a conversation a lot was great for me. I gave her a photo of bats that I wanted and she honestly did great with it even though I don’t think she has done that before! I loved it and she took her time with it and made sure I liked them. The other staff members meet me with a smile when ever I looked over or around. So everyone was friendly to me. It was very clean inside and they were a very communicative staff with each other when people came in wanting things and didn’t make them wait more than 5-10 minutes. From what I heard (sitting beside people) they really tried to meet everyone’s needs. I can for sure say I would definitely go back to them. And hopefully past clients would give them another chance to better their experience there again.

    I have been going to Luxy Nail Spa for years and have always had a great experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. The salon is always clean. They have followed all protocols for covid safety as well. Lien always has great color recommendations especially when its a holiday. On the rare occasion I damage a nail they are always willing to fix it even if I just walk in they take care of me. Top notch!

    I went and got a manicure and pedicure with my family, and had the most amazing time. Everyone at Luxy is so kind and caring. They provide fantastic services and truly care about your experience at their salon. The salon is so clean and our nail techs took the time to go over everything with us. I would 100% recommend that everyone comes to Luxy for their nail needs

    Luxy Nails is the best. I have been going to Luxy nails for many years now and recently moved about 30 minutes away. I tried a couple nail salons closer to my new house and none of them compared to Luxy so I now drive the 30 mins just to get my nails done. They have all the new colors, are so clean and just do such a good job. I am very picky with my nails and they always get it just the way I like it.

    Best mani pedi at the Beach!! I’ve been coming here for at least four years. Best manicure ever, lasts weeks, and love the volcano pedicure with hot stones! Very clean, professional staff, & always on time. Lien is amazing. Been bringing my 10 year old daughter for the last year and she’s also sold, and feels at home here.

    Ive been coming here with my mom for years. We have always had consistently incredible treatment and quality. The pedicures are top of the line for a good price and you sit in incredible massage chairs that make you never want the pedicure to end.

    I moved to jacksonville about 4 years ago and tried a couple of salons and was not happy. I found Luxy and fell in love with the staff and the salon as a whole. They do such great work on my manicures and pedicures. They are always accomodating and the salon is so nice and comfortable. Always very clean! I highly recommend Lien and all the staff!

    I love Lien! She does an amazing job with gel manis and pedis... She is super fast, and it always turns out perfect. Ive been coming here for almost two years, and wouldnt go anywhere else in Jax. They are super flexible, and will easily pencil you in for an appointment. Luxy Nails is fantastic!

    I have been going there for a year now .... I can tell you the manicurist is the secret .... Jesse and Kay are the best the best manicurists there.... Have been once when neither one of them was available. .. had the worst experience ... was asked if I wanted 2 coats of polish! .... will never do that again.

    As businesses begin to re-open I am a bit trepidicious, as I have a suppressed immune system and need to be very cautious for my health. Today I took the leap of faith and went back to see Lien for my usually regular appointment for a mani and pedi. All I can say is WOW! Any fears or concerns were immediately put to rest. EVERY possible precaution was clearly in place and being taken. Lien always did an exceptional job keeping things in top condition before COVID and now, is going above and beyond what is required. Everything is santitized and being cleaned. I was the first customer of the day, and even though things were clean when I got there, she once again wiped everything down where I would be sitting...including the seat! Lien...thank you for such a wonderful and professional experience today! Words will never express my appreciation enough. You are the BEST!

    I’ve been going to Luxe Nail Spa for years. I’ve been to many others prior and they do my nails better and faster than any other! They also last longer! Most you have to go every 2 weeks because they start lifting snd looking bad. Not here. Always good for 3 weeks!
