    I cant say enough great things about Paul & Paula’s Luxury Nail Salon! From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed. Paul has such a warm and friendly personality, and I was genuinely shocked when he remembered me after only meeting me once. Its clear he really cares about his clients. The salon is clean, relaxing, and the service is top-notch. If youre looking for a place where youll be treated like family, not just a customer, I highly recommend his salon. Im definitely a repeat customer!

    Can’t say enough good things about this salon! Took my daughters today and we all got wonderful manicures. Tom was incredible - he’s usually at their Neptune location. A note - it’s a small salon, so best to make an appointment, and they’re closed Sundays. Overall, the best manicure I’ve had in years!!! Will definitely be back.Updating to add a photo of another great job by Tom!!

    We are always well pleased for the services rendered here. My daughter and her friends came here for manicures and pedicures for prom & graduation. They each have their own designs that they wanted. The owners and their staff are extremely talented and do so well with the nail art. It was very easy to schedule with them. And they are very efficient with time. Their prices are very reasonable. They are very welcoming too! Our new favorite nail salon!

    My husband & I were down in Jacksonville for the weekend. I decided I wanted my nails done. We both got manicures & pedicures. Everyone was so kind, friendly, etc. I highly recommend! No picture of my husbands hands or feet lol because his are not decorated but they look good too :)

    Phenomenal service and quality! Lilian did my pedicure (seabreeze with gel) and she was an absolute sweetheart and so gentle 🫶🏻 and Jessie did my new Gel-X full set - this is my first time trying gelX and she did wonderful too!! So quick, super professional, answered all my questions and they both deserve a raise haha! Will be back to P&P Nails 🩷 I loved everything about it! I walked in on a busy Saturday afternoon and had no wait!!! Priceless.

    Today I had the pleasure of coming to get a gel manicure and a pedicure. The salon was clean and the staff went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. I had my 4 month old in tow and multiple staff members helped play with him. One of the staff members, even asked if they could walk my son around when he truly got fussy. What could have been a frustrating situation, was never once met with any contempt. The sense of community, and acceptance within the staff will have me returning! My nails also look great and I was able to even find a unique color that I love!

    I have been getting my nails done here for almost a decade. Paul and Paula do high quality work, fast and for a great price! I love their SNS and Gel x work. They can do some great designs too! They give you a shoulder massage after your service as well which is a very nice touch. Highly recommend! I cannot wait for their brand new salon in Neptune beach to open!

    I was in search of a new nail salon in Jacksonville after my favorite nail tech retired to be a stay at home mom. Paul and Paula’s luxury nail salon in Jacksonville Beach was the highest rated on all search engines and after my first experience here I can see why. I was warmly greeted by the owner as I walked in for my SNS manicure and pedicure. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their customers far exceeded my expectations. A wonderful and relaxing experience from start to finish, they even give you a quick massage at the drying station! So glad I found Paul and Paula’s already looking forward to coming back.

    Have been going to Paul & Paulas 4ever - since K-Mart was open! Now they are getting ready to open their brand new salon pretty much in their original space in the old K-Mart shopping center. Visit them now where they are located behind Mellow Mushroom. Clean, friendly and great manis and pedis!! Would never think about going anywhere else!!

    This place is exactly what I have been looking for! I went in today with my daughter for the first time. We were greeted as soon as we entered. We have an appointment and were taken back for our pedicures shortly after arrival. The technicians were very friendly. I can honestly say that this was the best pedicure of my life! The man that I had did a really deep massage on my legs which is what I always feel is lacking in other salons I frequented. They also started on my full set while I was getting my pedicure. My fingernails look amazing as well and then I was treated to a shoulder massage that I wished was longer lol. My daughter also got her eyebrows done and they look great! This will definitely be my new go to place!

    I absolutely love Paul and Paula’s nails! From the pedicures to the manicures and the friendly customer service and the professional services offered! This is the first and only nail salon I have ever frequented and I have been a repeat customer for almost as long as they’ve been open. I drive all the way from hecksher every two weeks and it is 100% worth it. My SNS and pedicures last, and with the way my nails grow out I’m not use to my nails lasting without lifting or chipping.     This nail salon definitely lives up to its almost 5 star rating. I was a walk-in but was able to be seated right away. All of the ladies were very friendly and my nail tech, Meka, was no different. She was very sweet and very gentle around my nails and cuticles, which is important to me. I can not recommend her enough. My gel manicure turned out beautiful and the low price is perfect! I will be back!

    I truly enjoyed my experience here. The pedicure was amazing and Ill be thinking about the foot and leg massage for a long time. The staff was friendly. Despite it being my first time here, I trusted the nail techs opinions on what would look good. I just wish I knew what I wanted walking in.To be honest, I dont like my nails lol. I liked them enough that I was willing to just live with them until I got my next set. Im not mad about it because it was my indecisiveness that was the problem and not the people here at all. They were really patient about me looking at colors and powders and struggling to figure something outRegardless, I look forward to coming back and trying again
