    Marybeth is amazing at her job. I came in with a disaster of brassy orange hair. My roots were very dark. I cannot believe how amazing it looks. I will be going to her to get my hair done from here on out. She suggested adding highlights and low lights. It looks great!!

    Why pay so much more for color elsewhere? And, Leigh is so accommodating. Her customer service is impeccable and she always goes out of her way please me as a client. Exceptional care is standard for her and I don’t trust any other cosmetologist!

    Franky is the greatest hair dresser I’ve ever had! She is patient and accommodating. The first time I came to her it was to get a short cut I had never had before and she worked very hard to get it done just right! She is also the fade Queen even my husband stopped going to his barber shop to go to her!

    I my Hair Stylist is Mary Beth been going to her for almost 3 years. I have very fine thinning hair. She ALWAYS creates a miracle!! I go to the FS at River Crossing.

    I brought my boys here in August 2023 and they were super satisfied with their haircuts. Fast forward to my turn for a cut and color....Elda did my haircut and color in Dec 2023. Not only did she do an amazing job on the color but she nailed the look I wanted. Cleaned up my long layers and gave me a style that I was excited to show off! I was nervous to trust my hair with a new stylist but I will be back. Elda is super talented.

    I am so impressed with this particular F.S. salon. Being a licensed hairdresser myself I know a good operator when I see one and the service I received here was awesome. Great cut and excellent personal care/attention to detail. Thank you...Ill be back very soon to keep my cut in shape. Great price for NYC styling.

    Have been going to this salon for over a year now and always see Lee she is fantastic she has listened and done everything i asked , she has even gotten me to try new colors and styles.Always leave there feeling happy with my new look .She is the best !

    Needed a haircut as it had been way too long. Showed Renee a picture if what I was thinking, she was excited to have creative license. Omg. She was amazing. She understood the length I was going for and the texture of my hair and how it would lay once dried. She understood my desire for something that was very low maintenance due to my chaotic life, so she gave me a cut and style that could be dressed up or thrown in a ponytail and still look great. Wasnt planning on getting it done today, but so glad she was there when I called to see if there was a wait and if I could come in asap on my way to run errands. Will definitely be going back to her.

    I haven’t been to this location in several years. It’s now under new management and I was blown away by the staff and my new haircut. When I get a haircut , I know a rough idea of what I want but never know if it will work with my hair etc. So I pretty much leave it up to my stylist. My stylist today nailed exactly what I wanted with out me even knowing exactly. I plan on returning in a few weeks to trim and maintain this look. As for pricing, they are to me fairly priced and lower than most area salons. Happy client :) Thank you!

    Let me start by saying I have been to many high-end salons, but none of them have compared to the quality and end results I have gotten from Mary Beth! She knows exactly the color/highlights that look best with my skin tone, PLUS for a way more reasonable price. Mary Beth truly cares about the work she does and it shows!

    Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Gabrielle does an amazing job with my hair. I never knew my hair could look so good. She really understands hair, color and styling and is able to get what I want and make recommendations that surpass my hopes every time I come.

    Great experience! I called ahead and was there in 15 minutes. I waited no longer than 2 minutes to be in the chair. Megan was my stylist. I had very specific things that I wanted. She was so respectful and careful not to go chop crazy. She is a very good listener and ended up giving me a way cuter and more youthful cut than I expected. The manager was also very sweet. They were both wonderful. I definately will go back to have Megan cut my hair again. I have heard nice things about this place and l loved my experience today. Five Star!

    I took my best friend there today for help. She had been sick recently and having a really hard time lately. She had the worst knots built up in her hair and 6 other salons turned her away when asked for help. We came to fantastic Sams expecting then to cut out the huge bird nest knots. Nope.. Jodi said let her try to work them out. Jodi and 2 other stylists between customers helped. They did it!!! It was a miracle!! Onlt charged 25$. Incredible!!! Thank you ladies for helping my best friend when she needed it the most.. This is exactly why we will be back. Incredible ladies, incredible service.. the other 6 salons??? Go suck a kite. Your review is coming...

    It was my 13 year old sons first perm ever and we were both a little skeptical of the outcome but Frankie thoroughly went through the different types and styles of perms/cuts and Ill never forget the look on my sons face when he looked up and saw the new him in the mirror.Frankie truly did an amazing job-FANTASTIC work THANK YOU FRANKIE....We will definitely be back,his birthday is Sunday and he is all set and ready to go,he literally cant stop looking at himself in the mirror now....

    Taylor S. is the most amazing colorist I know. I have long blonde hair and she has been able to lighten it without a ton of damage and has helped me maintain the length that’s so important to me. If your looking for color, especially fantasy or blonde, she is your girl.

    We have been going to Fantastic Sams because of Madelyn. We drive from Hudson because we love our hairstylist. The atmosphere is very nice and they have free coffee!
