    I was informed of the procedure. I even got in before my appointment time, unusual for a medical staff. The staff was very friendly and they worked very quickly with no pain. I would highly recommend using their facility.

    So far my experience has not been good with the office and office nurse. I liked the doctor but when I called the office back to get help with pain immediately after my appointment the office nurse never called back. When I tried to call the office they put me on hold for 20 minutes and then dropped the call. When I tried to call back I was put back on hold.Update: Needless to say my above review was frustrating but I did receive a call back from office staff. They were apologetic and made the situation right. I realize sometimes things happen so I changed my star review.

    So far so good. Although the waiting room was full on my visit, I was in and out fairly quickly. Staff was friendly and courteous. My first ever body scan for skin cancer is over and done.

    I didnt have the greatest experience. They lost my biopsy so I had to go in and have another. That is the bad part. The Physician Assistant Alexandria was honest apologetic and owned the mistake. I think that says a lot about her character and how awesome she is! so yes I will go back to see the PA because I trust her. She will also spend ample time with you and answer your questions. She really loves her work and taking care of her patients. Thank you Alexandria!

    I am new to them. They have been great so far. Easy to schedule appointments. Very generous with their time and educating me to make sure i know in full my situation and options from top to bottom. The staff all around has been great. Very comfortable and relaxing vibe in the office.Update. Been seeing them for years now. They rock and I wont go elsewhere. Great team. Nothing but great experiences with them.

    I see Dr Alexandra Pac, she and her assistant are both terrific! She is the only dermatologist who has gotten control the skin issues I got from the treated leather furniture I bought at Havertys Furniture, imported from China and treated with a nasty anti mold chemical which caused my skin to itch and break out terribly!I have referred several friends to Dr Pac and she has helped all of them!Thank you!

    Very nice office! The medical assistants are very sweet and helped me feel more comfortable about my visit. James the PA is excellent! He performs a very thorough skin check and took the time to listen to my concerns and answer any questions I had. He has great bedside manner! They provided me with pamphlets regarding my condition so I can reference back to them. You will leave the office feeling very well informed!

    This office is AMAZING! They truly care about their patients. They take their time. My husband has had numerous Basal Cell Carcinomas, MOHS surgeries and we both go for skin checks every 6 months (I see Alexandra Pack. HIGHLY recommended!!)Office staff is great too! Very friendly

    Extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Everyone from the front desk to the doctors and assistants working with the doctors are eager to provide the greatest customer care experience.     I absolutely recommend this practice! James Breen took the time to examine my daughters skin and explain the condition in which he believed it was. He was quick to prescribe a cream that did wonders for her. My daughter is almost 2 and he made sure she was comfortable during the exam. We will definitely be back in the future if we have any other areas of concern!

    I have been a patient for years at the Ft. Washington and Laplata Md. office. They are a friendly and concerned office.When I needed someone in Florida I was happy to see there was an office near my home. Being snowbirds it was nice to go to an office that had all my records. Alexandria Pack is the one to see there.

    I have been going to both this office and their additional office in Hudson. Never been treated unprofessionally. My last visit was to have a large removal via Mohs procedure. Dr Dane and his assistants were fantastic! Me, not so much 😌 They did what they do and they did it well absolutely recommend them.As a follow up, I have returned to the office and DrDane as the healing process continued. The entire staff has been fantastic. Probably the only thing that they could do I less of is is the number of appointment reminders but I do understand that many forget about their follow up appointments. BTW, the surgery was successful.

    The doctor was nice, compassionate and attentive while speaking with her. The office answered quick to schedule my first appointment: other than that, when I arrived the assistants were rather rude, they seemed to prioritize finishing their personal conversations before attending to walk ins. They don’t bill services to you, I forgot my card and the clerk literally said “idk, I guess it goes to collections.” Who doesn’t bill? To make matters worse they haven’t filled my prescription in 2 weeks. I got my blood work done the same day as my initial appointment. Attempted to follow up on 12/20 but I guess they didn’t feel like going to the office that day. Just another shining example of our failed healthcare systemADD: 05/10Dr. Ally has proven to be awesome and compassionate.

    Staff and physicians at the office were outstanding. Hats off the staff were pleasant, and the appointment was right on time as scheduled.My only issue was the centralized booking of the appointment. This process took a long time, too long and slightly confusing.

    I was very pleased with the service and care that I received. When a pre-cancerous spot was discovered, I was taken in the next day to have it removed - no waiting. Everyone was courteous and stepped up to take of it right away. I would refer (and already have} referred someone to them.

    Front office was very courteous and efficient. Waiting room was pleasant and roomy. Appointment was right on time. The medical assistant was very attentive and obtained an excellent prescreening. Dr. Perez did an excellent diagnosis and prescribed medication that is doing the job. She also offered a return visit if things didnt start healing properly or I wanted a followup appointment. She also answered all of my questions and was not in a rush to answer.A few days later, I had a couple of followup questions. Their Medical Tech, Allison, did an extraordinary fine job of helping me with these questions. Highly recommended.

    I thought the office staff were friendly, the doctor came in fairly quick and had a student with him for training purposes which is always a good thing, the doctor looked at my spot, rattled off the long name of it, said he would freeze it, he did and told me what would happen within about 2 weeks and 15 minutes later he was gone. My only thing that I was not okay with was that I am 71 years old, my memory is not always on point so I feel that a printed or even a hand written sheet of paper explaining what would be happening to the frozen area and what to be aware of should have been given to me, the patient. Just my honest opinion.

    James Breen, PA-C is the PA at this office and is an amazing medical provider. He is extremely thorough with all of his patients and really takes time to get to know his patients. He makes all of his patients feel like family and treats them as such as well. I have gone to many dermatologists in the past, so you can say I have experience with them, and NONE compare to James. I have recommended him to all my friends and family because thats how much I trust his skills. He knows his stuff and it really shows with his patients!

    James Breen PA, the MA’s and the front office were great. My issue is with the patient portal. I was told that the messages that I send to the provider gets sent to the corporate office first then they send it to the provider in the office that go to. I feel that is a waste of time and it should be sent directly to the office I go to, so the provider can see my message the same day. What if I broke out in a rash from an antibiotic that was prescribed to me and needed the provider to call me in something that same day, but because the messages go to the corporate office first, my provider didn’t see the message until a day or two later. I was told Allison, the MA, to not use the portal and to call the office directly, but I rather use the portal because I work day hours and can’t not take time to stop what I’m doing and make a phone call that the MA may or may not be available to take. I think that your system needs to be reevaluated and changed. Thank you for your time and understanding. The New Port Richey office is great place. Michelle Dufala

    I saw James Breen for a discoloration on my face that I thought might be skin cancer. He recognized that the skin patch in question was not a problem and began asking about other symptoms. My answers told him that I might be experiencing a non-dermatology problem that needed to be checked immediately. He told me calmly, but seriously, to see my PCP on my way home and start the process to have the issue checked. I am very grateful for James knowledge and his skill at communicating. My symptoms are now being investigated and treated.

    Both my husband and I had been going every 6 months for skin cancer checks. I had to keep postponing due to my husbands chronic illnesses. My husband passed away, so after several postponements I went on my own.I was treated with respect, and wasnt rushed, as I was very tearful doing this the first time on my own. We would always go in together.I have been going for at least 12 years, and will continue doing so.

    James Breen was very professional and personable . This was one of the best full skin exam visits I’ve ever had. James was so thorough he even checked between my toes and my entire scalp. Thankfully, I only had a few precancerous lesions. James zapped those little fellers with the liquid nitrogen and I was in and out in no time!! I recommend him without hesitation.     I made an appointment for a body check, new patient, my GP wouldnt give me a referral so I changed doctors and got my referral, just needed for first visit. Now I can go when necessary.     I saw James Breen and had fillers and Botox done. I am amazed at the finished product. He took his time to make sure every detail was exactly how he wanted it. He used a technique that left a tiny bruise that I thought was a shadow until it disappeared in two days. I am so happy with the results and will definitely be a return patient/customer.

    Ive had this wart on my finger for over a year now, and Ive tried everything. Three types of salicylic acid, apple cider vinegar, duct tape, you name it, and nothing worked for me. Got fed up with it and went to the dermatologist. Saw Mr. James Breen and lemme tell you, I was skeptical at first but he was very knowledgeable and kind so I figured why not. Wart straight up peeled off after a few weeks. Wow. If you ever go ask for him I am very satisfied.
