    What a professional experience from booking appointment to care and payment. Staff was helpful and compassionate. Treatment was provided timely and with great care.     Great staff at both locations and Dr. Fotopoulos is an excellent surgeon. I am a critical patient with a history of skin cancer and New Image Dermatology has taken good care of me for the past year. I wouldnt want anyone else cutting on me!

    Just wanted to say the staff is great everybody is super pleasant the doctor really goes into detail to explain why hes doing what hes doing and as hes doing any procedures he goes through the steps as hes doing it so theres no confusion about what youre having done or why he will answer any questions and make his best recommendations based on whats presented to him and he even goes a step further to explain the difference in options and what he feels would be the best for your situation I just absolutely love everyone in the office they have two locations I go to the one off of State road 52 and everybody in the office is so amazing

    The PA was excellent in checking over all the areas I was concerned about. She was knowledgeable, patient, and thorough with explaining any of the issues, and their resolution. The only issue I had (taking away 1 star) is that my morning appointment was re-scheduled the day before to the afternoon, and even then I had to wait for 70 minutes before being seen. Prefer doc (and DDS) offices KNOW their schedules and respect their patients more in timing. But all-in-all, a good experience once seen.

    The doctors here are wonderful. Very understanding of any stresses you are experiencing because of problem. They listen and work with you. Very knowledgeable. The staff are extremely polite and always are smiling. As a side note, love the decorations of the office. I visited the office with the fall decorations and didnt want to leave. Was so restful but very tastefully done.

    My wife had an appointment here recently, so I cannot say anything bad or good regarding the service. It was just a regular appointment, 30 mins, got some creams prescribed, nothing special. My complaint is about the billing, they charged her basically twice. First they charged 150 from her credit card right after the appointment and than they sent the claim to Cigna and charged 117 from HSA. This is the first time I see such mathematics, now I have to deal with the insurance company to figure out this situation.Update:Few days later they credited the deposit back to the credit card, so the situation has been resolved.

    Support staff are efficient and courteous; Dr Fotopulous is known to me from 6 years ago when he treated and also performed surgery on my partner (which was such an amazing job that left practically no scar). When I needed a dermatologist and found his practice listed in my insurance provider he was my obvious choice and I couldnt be more satisfied with the care and service received. (Eight years since I wrote the previous lines, and Im still a patient of Dr. Fotopulous at New Image Dermatology and could not be more satisfied with the service and care I receive.) Once this was completed the doctor arrived in a very timely manner he examined me and detected 3 areas of concern which need to be frozen with nitrogen.
