    I wanted to make a major change in my hair, going from my shoulder blades to a pixie cut, and I wanted to do color as well. I did some research and found this salon that was highly recommended by other reviewers, and I was not disappointed. I was occasionally using box dye to hide my silver strands, but I was so inconsistent, I couldnt tell Luz exactly how long it had been since I had colored my hair, just that it had been more than a month. Despite all of this, she was able to give me caramel highlights that turned out absolutely amazing! Check out my before/after to see what a great job she was able to do. I look like a whole new person!I highly recommend this place for cuts/color. Service is excellent, the atmosphere is very welcoming and upbeat, and the stylists are true masters of their craft.

    I was very impressed with this salon! The owner is absolutely amazing! I was pretty nervous about getting my hair colored by someone new but when Luz was finished it was the best that I have ever had. I have thick long hair and it usually takes all day do. She only took 3 hours. I will definitely be back soon! Thank you so much !!!!!!

    I went there for my balayage, blowout and haircut and I AM SO HAPPY with their work! Maria was amazing, She took the time to understand what I want and did such a nice job! I would definitely come back to fill them again! Also he does amazing blowouts! She is really good at his work and very sweet and professional, would come back again for any of my hair conditioning treatments as they use good products too! Trusted :)

    Luz is absolutely WONDERFUL. Not only is she an AMAZING colorist, and cut/style expert, but her exquisite personality makes the whole experience wonderful...I really appreciate what she did for me. Someone else had basically destroyed my hair, and she repaired it with beautiful color, and the perfect cut for me. Having to go much shorter than I wanted, to repair damage from someone else, she totally changed my mind about a shorter style for me, in general- I LOVE IT! Thank you, to this amazing professional!

    We were in a bind they really pulled through for us. Luz did an excellent job. My daughters regular hair girl was busy and we were a little nervous going to somebody new for a balayage. She did a fabulous job.

    It was my first time at C&C. Gabi gave me a great haircut. I will definitely be coming back.When it comes to salons and stylists, I am very particular and have high expectations. Gabi was very thorough and professional. I had a shampoo, scissors cut, sideburns and eyebrows cleaned up. Gabi did an excellent job on all of them.The salon had a good vibe. People were nice and the owner was present and asked if I was satisfied.

    Christy is absolutely amazing!! I am so happy that she is now in such a convenient location!!If you’re on the fence about making an appointment…DO IT!! You will love your outcome!! She has done highlights and Brazilian blowouts for me. Both have had fantastic results!!

    Being new to the area I needed to find a new hair dresser so I went out on a whim and took my chances with Maritza at Cuts and Color Express, Im so glad I got lucky!! Maritza is such a cute little Spanish women with great pizazz! I told her what I wanted and she got right to work. She knows exactly whats in as far as hair style goes and knew her hair color. Price was affordable too. I got cut, color and blow dry! I will totally be going to her again! Happy Customer!! :) Thank you Maritza!!

    Cuts and Color Salon is seriously a hidden gem! Im so picky and havesearched for thee perfect stylist (and salon) for years. I can finally say that Iam so happy to have met the best hair stylist there, Luz and Stephanie.My girlfriends raving about my new look, I was feeling like the mostgorgeous woman and LOVING how my hair looks. I figured it was time fora review considering how often I get complimented on my hair/questionedwhere I get it done, who the stylist was..Side note: Obviously this is a higher end salon, on the experience level. Sothe prices are more expensive than your average chain hair-cuttery, but itsmore than worth it!Honestly, Im pretty frugal, but this is something Id absolutely work in tomy budget no matter what. I see a major difference in the results and feel asignificant difference regarding the customer service, as well- Derby (theowner) always puts a smile on my face and is SO positive & warm,remembering my name, asking about my family, making sure Im alwayssatisfied, etc..PLUS it never hurts being offered a nice glass of wine or two ;) such atreat!**They accept walk-ins but Id recommend making your appt online or justcall them.Go to Cuts and Color Salon, you wont regret it.

    This place is amazing. My daughter has very long, thick, curly hair and with the quarantine she was overdue for a haircut. Thanks to swimming and not brushing her hair very well after showers, (she’s 9), it had gotten quite tangled up. I bought every over the counter conditioner that I could find and wasn’t able to get the knots out. I called and they gave us a same day appointment. They were very kind. It took almost an hour to de-tangle her beautiful spiral curls and give her a haircut. They also cut my 6 year old son’s hair. He sometimes can be difficult as he’s autistic, but she was great with him. The owner is very nice. I highly recommend this salon and will continue to use their services!

    I get my hair colored and cut at Cuts and Color Express.. Maria does a great job on my hair. I get compliments all the time from my friends. They are resonably priced and the salon is very clean. My husband also gets his hair cut and really is pleased with his hair also. Try this place out! It is wonderful!

    My hairdresser at another salon had to cancel last minute due to Son having Covid19. Found this place on Google and they got me in at the last minute. Love the job they did on my hair just highly priced.... $125 before tip. Got a root color, hair trim and blow dry. Thought about switching because this place is closer to my house but Ill make the drive to save $45. But would definitely use this place if Im in a bind again. Just to pricey to use every 6 weeks

    Luz did an EXCEPTIONAL job on both highlighting/fixing my hair to a cooler color AND then applying the MiracleBlend and Keratin hair anti-frizz/straightening system which will last 4 to 6 months. She listened and helped me get back the beautiful hair I had before - smooth, healthy feeling and gorgeous (so many complements). My longtime hair stylist retired a couple of years ago, and it has been hit and miss to find someone new. Luz is my hair stylist now!!!!!!

    5 out of 5 stars! All the staff members are sweet!!!! They make professional cuts and color, while giving amazing hair advice to maintain the style! Everyone is hard working and the inside of the salon is nicely kept clean. I have always come to this place with my family since the day it opened. I recommend that you come here for a beautiful haircut to show off :)

    Made an appointment for my 4 yr old daughter. It was her first professional hair cut, and I was a bit nervous. However, the woman who cut her hair (Shame on me for not remembering her name,) was so sweet with her and very patient. She worked quickly too! We were in and out in 15 minutes. We even got the kid safe color pt in for an extra $5. Just a couple strips of hair to add a colorful highlight. My daughter loves her hair cut, and so do I. Ill definitely be back not only for her but for me too!

    Had been wanting to dye my hair red for the longest time but was afraid since I didnt know a stylist and didnt want them to mess it up. Came in and Adiba did such a good job! Its the perfect color, Im in love with it. She was patient even tho I changed the shade I wanted twice and worked with me. Would def come back and recommend!

    Norma Mera- I had nothing but great experiences in this salon. I dyed my hair with highlights it was beautiful. Everyone was amazed asking where I did my hair. In this salon they have good prices it is very affordable. Another thing that I like the salon was very clean and the staff are very polite, they know what they are doing.     LOVE LOVE. ♥️I’ve never been to the same salon twice because any time I’ve gone they killed my hair or butchered it. Because of this I haven’t gotten a hair cut in almost two years.One day I went to a new nail salon (also great) and was complimented on how beautiful and long my hair was and we got to talking about all my negative experiences. Turns out I was speaking with the owner of this hair salon. He was super friendly and welcoming and even offered me a complimentary deep condition and the name of one of his hair stylist with lots of experience dealing with long hair (Adeba). I decided to go for it and I’m SO HAPPY I did. She suggested a cut style I have never gotten because I thought I wouldn’ like it, and cut a little shorter than I wanted, but let’s be honest. I needed it.I am in loooove with how the cut turned out and I will definitely be coming back to her for my future cuts. I have much more confidence now that I can manage my hair better. Forever grateful for the day I tried a new nail salon!

    The first and only time Ive left the salon feeling this good. I have thick hairand stylists always seem to know how to cut and style long thick hair.Then they usually have a tough time with me after the cut because I want itblown straight. Then I leave with a frizzy mess that Ill style the nextmorning.My hair was cut to perfection, also the first time a stylist really listenedwhen I told her my typical hair routine.Luz cut my hair dry and I could immediately tell that this was going to be agood experience. Luz took the time to style my hair back into beautifulcurls, leaving me with the intense desire to take an annoying amount ofselfies and make plans to go out.I will be a life time customer, Ive never been so happy with a cut.

    The moment I walked in the staff was super attentive and friendly. They offered me coffee, tea, water. It was nice. I only waited like 5 mins plus I was a bit early so I totally didnt mind.My appt was with Adiba and she was very attentive and asked me what I wanted I showed her pictures and he looked through my hair to make sure and know what he was working with. It was a big relief from my other experience. 24 years from Europe, so it was great to know I had someone other then the stylist around New Port Richey that is going to do it different for me. I told her about it and he made sure to be very attentive and really assure me I was in good hands.Once all the color went into my hair, I waited and waited and Adiba would come over and check every so often so I knew he hadnt forgotten about me. She then started mixing more color and they put in a caramel over color which brought everything together. I was washed and then she cut my hair. It was easy going after that and when my hair was done I was in love!Such a great experience and definitely going back. Cant wait to book my next appointment. I love the salon.

    I am a licensed cosmetologist so it is very scary trusting your head and hair to a complete stranger. I showed Maritza a photo of what I wanted..which involved time consuming and advanced techniques...she takes pride in her work and takes no shortcuts. I feel beautiful and i will be a regular customer of hers and my big mouth will let everyone know how happy I am with my results. Ask for Maritza and you wont be disappointed!!!!

    Just left Cuts and Color Express and cant say enough great things about them. It wasmy second time there and after reading the reviews here on google I have to agree itsthe BEST salon in Pasco County. Adiba took her time to assess my hair and asked meseveral questions regarding hair care to make sure we was communicating.If I could have given 10 , I would have. My hair have never look or felt healthyAdiba is an artist. My hair was so dry and damaged and in desperate need of color anda cut and Jamie did all of the above. My hair looks and feels amazing.     The salon itself is clean and in a mobile station, but I like that because while it can get busy it never seems quite as frantic as other larger salons. It has a pretty good location on RT 54 for parking (relative to the neighborhood). You can make appointments online which is great when you can never figure out your schedule like me! If you are looking for a great local spot I cant ecommend Cuts and Color Salon enough!

    After bouncing around to different salons, and not being satisfied, I tried The Station Salon. Stacy listened to what I was looking for and did a great job with my cut and color. I will be going back and highly recommend it.

    I am so impressed with Adiba at this salon. I relocated from Las Vegas to Trinity three months ago and after trying three different stylists here, I found Adiba. She is so sweet and really takes the time to listen to my concerns, making sure I leave happy! I have thick, coarse, curly hair and Adiba was able to identify immediately that my hair needed a straightening treatment. She recommended the Agave straightener, stating it is so much better for hair than keratin, although they do offer keratin as well. Now my hair is silky, straight and shiny due to the thorough job Adiba performed. She took her time and carefully swiped each strand eight times with the iron to achieve the silky look. After sleep my hair does not get curly near my neck as it did with the keratin years ago. It holds my style till the next wash, about five days later. Adiba recommend I wait several days to wash it and explained my hair would stay in better condition without drying out. Adiba has colored my hair, carefully covered all the gray, and achieved the exact color I wanted. She also gave me a beautiful cut and blow dry. Adiba is very precise and makes sure the cut and style is perfectly finished and great. I also enjoyed Adiba’s professional European flair and perspective. Derby, the owner, is also very professional and so welcoming. Derby invited me into the salon and he goes out of way to ensure clients are happy. The online reservation system is great as well. I love that I can book on line instead of waiting till the salon opens to plan my day. This is a clean, pretty salon with reasonable prices. You must check it out and request Adiba, you will be very happy. In Vegas I went to the same stylist for eleven years, paying twice the price. I want to thank Adiba for her strive to achieve excellence and satisfaction!

    Finally a barber close to where I live and does an impeccable job! I have been going to Anthony and he has a great attention to detail. He takes his time to made sure I was 100% satisfied with my haircut. If you have kids, he does great with them as well. My 5 year son tends to dislike getting his haircut but Anthony has a way with children.Id highly recommend him to anyone that wants to have great conversation and to look sharp.
