Really great space, really great people. Layne does my hair and she’s excellent. Danielle the owner is so nice. The salon is huge and clean and really beautiful. I love their plant wall!

Let me start by saying, I have used Danielle for years. I have tried many stylists through the years, and I finally found my stylist….the one that listens and gives me the styles I want. She is very attentive and pays close attention to detail. On most trips she cuts, colors, and styles my hair. Each and every time she does a great job.I found out she left her previous salon, and no one told me where she went. To my surprise, I found out she was creating The Green Velvet Room Salon. When the Salon opened, I was one of the first people to visit. Danielle did not disappoint. I love her new space!! She has created such a warm and welcoming salon. The entry way has modern green velvet furniture, and decor that brings it all together. My favorite is the shampoo room….a must see. The Green Velvet Room Salon also sells Kevin Murphy products, and it has a boutique room with beautiful clothing and jewelry, which is a plus for me. I will definitely be coming back.

The best of the best! This salon might be new but all the stylists are the most experienced in town! I have been with Natalie for years and would never trust another with my hair! She can do it all but her color skills are phenomenal! Definitely must schedule an appt if you want the best hair in town!!! Also the salon is adorably styled and the staff are all the sweetest!

I recently visited The Green Velvet Room salon and I cant say enough good things about the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming atmosphere that Danielle and Layne (and staff) have always been known for.The salon itself is beautifully designed with private rooms that offer a serene and personalized experience, making you feel truly pampered.The services are top-notch—whether youre looking for a stunning new color, a fresh and stylish cut, or just a bit of maintenance, youre in excellent hands. Laynes attention to detail and commitment to her craft shine through in every aspect of her work.What truly sets this salon apart is the personal touch. Ive been following Danielles career for a while now, and I’m so glad I have. Both Danielle and Layne bring such positive energy and professionalism to their work, making every visit a pleasure. They are a huge asset to the Jonesville community and I’m thrilled that I followed them to this new salon. I look forward to being a long-term client.

This was a new salon choice and I couldnt be happier. Two weeks ago Sharon cut my hair and I was super pleased with it. Today, she did highlights. I must admit, I was a bit nervous when Sharon said, Let me go get the bleach. But the result is stupendous. Subtle and shimmery. I HIGHLY recommend the salon and specifically Sharon.

I got to visit The Green Velvet Room Salon last week for a hair color touch up by Natalie and also the added bonus of shopping at Fearless Boutique inside! The location is absolutely perfect and so convenient! Natalie did an amazing job, as always! Loving the Kevin Murphy products! I had used them before at another salon out of state, but none in Gainesville carry the products so this was a wonderful surprise! I love that Fearless Boutique has their own space where you get that intimate boutique feel! So many fun and fresh options for game days to girls nights!

Danielle has been doing my hair for several years now and I ended up followed her to her new salon. I always loved that she is a perfectionist which is reflected in the atmosphere of the whole place. Every detail has been thought of to ensure every visit is pleasant and comfortable. Highly recommend!
