    Today was my first time visiting Lily Nails, I am shocked at the level of customer care in this establishment. Pampering to the fullest! The massages are amazing. Highly recommend and will be back!

    This has been my go-to page for close to 25 years. I have always and only received excellent and beautiful care, whether the fabulous pedicure (that includes neck massage) or manicures. Zero complaints and high praise. Highly recommend.Adding to my review: so excited to wear my fancy nails to an event next week for inflammatory breast cancer patients. LOVE the hand drawn ribbon.

    Perfect and all I could ever ask for! They give free complimentary warm neck towel massages after every service. Sam has been running this business for over 30 years and I can say he puts his heart and soul into Lily Nails, he works from dawn till dusk, 6 days a week, nearly 365 days a year. I dont think Ive seen him not at the salon. And as for every other technician in there, they are all wonderful and hardworking as well.

    Never going anywhere else! Lily Nails is always fantastic. Between the foot massage during your pedicure to the neck massage finisher during the manicure—they treat you so well! Service is always so kind. Obsesssed with my nails I got for a wedding in Mexico! Shoutout to Ben and Sun there. Be sure to go see them!

    If you want to feel pampered and relaxed go here for the best pedicure and manicure ever! Sam and Khana take excellent care of me and my daughter! All of Lily staff are excellent and I am pleased to recommend them.

    I recently moved to Florida and was recommended to go to Lily Nails to get all of my pampering needs. I went Saturday and they did not disappoint! Amazing service and very friendly staff. The salon was very clean and sanitary, I’ve never been to a nail salon where they massage your neck after your manicure but let me tell you… it was amazing! Will definitely be back.

    This nail salon IS BY FAR THE BEST NAIL SALON IN WEST FLORIDA!!!! The customer service is OUTSTANDING! The way they pay attention to detail while doing your nails is AMAZING!!! NOT TO MENTION THEY MASSAGE YOUR HANDS AND THEN TO TOP IT OFF THE PUT A WARM SOOTHING TOWEL ON YOUR NECK AND MASSAGE YOUR NECK AND YOUR BACK !!! TALK ABOUT ABOVE AND BEYOND !!!! They were simply so kind and the environment was so welcoming!!! ABSOLUTELY CHECK THIS PLACE OUT !!! I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE !!     I have had several pedicures from various places but this was by far the best one I have ever had. The leg massage along with the hot rocks and hot towel treatment they give you felt like literal heaven. They have a great variety of colors to choose from and they are very well priced! Thank you so much for making my very sore pregnant body feel relaxed and pain free. I will be back!

    This was my first time getting my nails done since moving to Niceville. They were AMAZING!!! I got my toes and top nails done and together it was 100$ but it was definitely worth it... keep in mind I got gel nails. They were very gentle and not once did they cut me. Sam was amazing!!!! They got us in last minute, we called prior to coming and they didn’t rush at all... will definitely be coming back.

    The best pedicure I have received in Niceville. It was very affordable. And the service went well beyond my expectations. The technician was very professional, took her time, and gave me a long well needed calf and foot massage. I will be going back!

    Im always down to get a manicure and pedicure but I never think about leaving a review. There is a difference in service! I try not to complain when it comes to a pedicure when they lightly rub your foot or leg but I found a place that actually gives you a foot massage! And, they are meticulous about putting the nail polish on! And, the hot towel neck massage... service matters! Lilys is great.

    I am in awe! Best pedicure experience ever. Super clean, friendly and while I have the tiniest feet (which are hard to paint) I received the best pedicure of my life. Very relaxing environment and the addition of the neck massage (no charge) was outstanding. I’ll never want to go anywhere else.

    Lily Nails, Sam and all the ladies are wonderful people!! They do an excellent job, so relaxing, so peaceful, an atmosphere of joy!! I have been going for years and taking my special needs son.     My family and I were just passing through town headed to Disney. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and my sister and I decided that we’d like a mani/pedi. We were referred to Lily Nails by the desk clerk at the Holiday Inn Express. She called Lily Nails and they were actually about to close but waited for us to get there. I figured they would rush us but that wasn’t the case at all. Actually they were AWESOME!! Sam gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever had and he also did acrylic nails for me and they turned out beautiful. They offer you drinks and were extremely sweet and attentive to details and our needs. Their prices were great also. I will definitely be back when I’m in the area again!!! Thanks again Lily Nails for your wonderful service. We really enjoyed visiting with you guys and our time there.

    I’ve had hundreds of pedicures in the past and you never know what you’re gonna get when you go to a new place. I was so surprised with how thorough my pedicure was. Tommy was friendly and made my experience amazing. One of the best pedicures I’ve ever had.

    Even though I live in Shalimar, I will make the drive to get my manicure here. Ive never had a set of nails last as long as when they do them, but the quality is fantastic! But the real reason I drive that far is the MASSAGE I get with my manicure! I have massive knots in my shoulders due to the work I do. So the massage, hot towel treatment and application of pressure points to relax my shoulders is beyond amazing! I have never felt so pampered by a manicurist in my life! I luv Sam, especially since he remembers me and never forgets about my shoulder massage!!!

    LOVE this place! Sherry does a fabulous job with attention to detail with manicures, pedicures and her hand, foot and neck massages are AMAZING!! This is the best deal and service for a manicure and pedicure on the Emerald Coast and they even treat you with a complementary beverage:) Make sure you get your nails done by Sherry. She’s the BEST!

    I never write reviews but this is the best nail salon I’ve ever been. I was so pleased with their service, everyone that works there is so friendly. Along with getting my nails done she messaged my hands after and also massaged by back! They also offer beer and wine while you get a service done!

    Pedicure included a nice long massage of lower leg and foot. Also had manicure with the UV shellac or gel ( not sure which one it was) but my nails look great. My daughter and I will be going back. She loved the experience too.

    I just moved here & needed a pedicure. i read some reviews & took a chance. and the reviews were spot on. the price wasnt too steep. and i got a nice long pedicure & massage at the end of my day. it did take a while, but i wasnt in a hurry and didnt mind. nice & clean place. i was offered a beverage when i sat down and was comfortable the entire time. i will be going back.

    Went in today for the first time after moving to the area and was very happy with the service. I got a French manicure in the gel and red toes for the 4th. They took their time and made it a relaxing experience. Ill surely be back in two weeks ❤️ 💅🏼
