    I got my acrylics removed and just regular nail polish put on. I called as soon as they opened and took me right away when I arrived. Lee did such a beautiful job considering the condition my nails were in when I got there. He’s very personable and does a great job, thank you so much.

    Very nice people.. did a great job on my nails.. they look beautiful. Very friendly and funny only when theyre not busy and want your business otherwise they wont give you a second of their precious attention. I have to say that Mike had done an excellent job on my nails but when I went back he didnt bother even looking at me or talking to me to schedule something with him. The other person was actually translating for me. I felt bad for the other guy but I didnt want to give them my business so I walked out.

    Literally the best set of nails Ive ever gotten! My second visit, first was just for a polish change. Took a lot of extra time, probably double what Im used to, but the finished product is beautiful. Clean shop. Friendly and family owned. Giant selection of colors. My new favorite nail salon!

    I love coming to get my nails done here. They look great every time & I am getting compliments. Susan & her staff are very professional, knowledgeable, & friendly. She will make sure that your service is completed to your satisfaction.Her place is always clean and well kept. I would not be concerned with sanitation not being a priority.     I have been coming to this family owned nail salon for over a year now. I have never been disappointed. The owners, John and Susan, go out of their way to make you feel welcome and they remember you. Susan always asks about my family. Today I had a Pedicure and Manicure and would upload pictures but cant seem to figure out how.Their son works there also and all three are skilled technicians. The salon is always clean and tools are properly maintained for cleanliness. During season they are very busy so you might want to make an appointment to avoid wait times. Walk-ins are always welcome and they do their best to give you accurate wait time. I highly recommend this business.

    The shop is very clean. Prices are awesome! But most important, the couple that owns it are very humble, gracious, and freaking AWESOME! That was my first time there. I felt extremely comfortable, he did my nails and she did my brows. Everything was excellent. I had to bring my daughter and he even did her nails while I was getting my brows done. He used all sterile tool fresh out of a sealed bag. I couldn’t have been happier being able to stumble on this hidden gem.

    I have been to many of the nails salons in the area and this is the best one by far. The entire staff is super friendly and easy to work with. They are very accommodating and strive to give you exactly what you want. Ive been to other places that have shaped my nails differently than I wanted based on what was trending instead of what I requested, but the people here listen to what you want instead of assuming, which I genuinely appreciated. The prices are good and you can tell they sincerely appreciate your business. Overall the atmosphere and the work is excellent. Its rare that I have to wait but even if I did, it is always worth it.

    Scheduled to open at 0900, the door was propped open at 0850 and I wandered in to see a customer already being served. Susan, immediately welcomed me and asked me what I wanted to have done. About 5 minutes later, I was in a comfortable, massage chair and my feet were submerged in nice warm, aqua blue water. The tubs are all covered in a plastic wrap and changed, and tubs cleaned for each customer. I witnessed this. Very clean nail salon, very observant and pleasant staff. At the most, there were 4 of us being worked on. Susan did my pedicure and was very nice, asked where I was from and appreciated that I was told this was the best nail salon in the area. Ill definitely return!!!

    Everyone is always friendly and they do a great job! My nails always look great, I’m in and out quickly and very important to me, they are super friendly to my daughter when I bring her. I have had a very hard time in the past finding a nail salon that not only did a great job for me but also treated my daughter with kindness. Other salons have not wanted to give my daughter a manicure/pedicure bc she is young, but at JJ’s they have treated her so kindly. Every time I am there I witness them treat every customer kindly and with respect. JJ’s is a great salon with that hometown feel. Highly recommend!

    I love absolutely this placeMy daughter and I went here after having a bad experience in Naples... We both left very happy. Since then, I have been coming back and never left unhappy. Susan did a wonderful job on my nails. She went above and beyond to make sure they looked awesome. And because I work in a restaurant, my nail polish doesnt always hold up well, as I wash my hands ... ALOT! So she did them in a way that the color wont wear off. Not sure exactly what it was, but they look great! Id give 10 stars if I could. They always make you feel welcome here, and they remember you. To me, thats a huge plus.

    Mani-Pedi is wonderful-I love the massage chairs, the variety of colors, the extra time spent getting those ingrown nails, the leg massage, the exfoliating of dead skin-and the attention to detail in the application of the polish. Ken did my most recent pedicure and it was amazing. He spent a long time exfoliating but it didn’t even tickle! Cindy, the owner, is always present and tries to make sure you are happier with all services. Try them out!

    I have been going here for the last year and a half, so glad I found this nail salon! Everyone is extremely friendly, and you are remembered and greeted when you walk in the door. The salon is clean, they pull out a sealed packet with manicure instruments for each customer, and they maintain clean technique when they provide service. The pedicure is the best, they give you those little extra touches, sugar scrub, gel massage, warm towels and lotion massage. They have plenty of colors to choose from and types of polish. The prices are comparable to other nail salons in the area.

    Let me just say that yes, the mall this is located in has a little to be desired, but the staff was absolutely fantastic, positive, and joyful. I had no problem communicating with anyone and my nails came out FLAWLESS. They even helped support my breaking nails with a new half-acrylic blend that saved me all the trouble Id had with weakness for no extra charge. Price was super fair and I was treated so kindly. I have needed to get my nails done weekly from worse competiton but they listened to my issues, addressed them, and with wonderful attitudes. I am from Minnesota but any time I am ever in this area its an honor to be treated by this fantastic establishment. I have never been happier!

    I love coming here. They are so friendly. There is always a steady stream of clients but I never feel like I am waiting for long. They have done some of the best shaped nails I have had in a long time. Also.. You will find all the latest trends in polish design and dips.. I am currently sporting the Tigerseye polish.. People just stop and take my hand to look.. I feel special while I am there.. And even after I leave.. 5 stars! I will post pics on Google maps.. My go to Salon from now on!

    First off, I have been going here since they purchased this salon from the previous owners, I would never go anywhere else now! I absolutely love my nails every time I walk out of the door. Michael does a perfect, very detailed job every single time. The entire family is very friendly and greet you by name and talk to you as if you have been friends for years! I have brought my three-year-old with me many times and she is absolutely in love with her nails and brags about them to anybody she meets. It is always clean and theyre constantly buying new items and colors for their customers. They truly care about their customers being happy and satisfied when they leave. I lived in Collier County for some time and drove over an hour just to go to the salon. I love Michael and the entire family so much, I would never go anywhere else! Secondly, I am laughing hysterically at Savvys review since I had the misfortune of being in there at the same time as she was. She was rude from the minute she sat down, she complained about her 7-year-old sisters nails as soon as it began. When the owner said, Im sorry it is hard to do such tiny nail beds, I will not charge you, she threw a tantrum. Yes, a tantrum as if she were actually a 7-year-old. Not too sure what she wanted them to do?! She began cursing and raising her voice, while her 7 year old sister watched and heard it all. Chop her fingers off?! What?! Those words were NEVER even uttered. However, there was another girl that was with them that loved her nails so much she did end up paying, but the owner refused to let the dissatisfied customer pay for her nails or her sisters. They were clearly trying to get a free manicure and succeeded. My 3-year-old has extremely tiny nail beds, I know theyre hard to do, Ive watched multiple times... but theyre still just as gorgeous as mine when we leave. Her attitude blew me away. Dont let someone, who makes a living doing wonderful nails, waste all of their precious time doing your nails just for you to pretend to be sooo upset and not have to pay!!!

    I had my nails done somewhere else and I did not like them. I was passing by JJ nails a decided to stop in to see if they could try and fix my nails. They were so helpful and friendly. Michael went out of his way to fix my nails and make me happy. I havent been able to find a place that I like since moving to this area about a year ago. Im so happy I stopped in. I had the same person doing my nails in Pennsylvania for the last 10 years so I thought it was going to be hard to find someone I would like as much.     So I brought my daughter to get her nails done a few weeks ago to 5 star nails and they were horrible and the girl they did her nails burned her fingers and they looked horrible and one broke as soon as she got in the car...so we went to JJ’s to fix the nails and the owner did a great job and she is very sweet. I just brought her back today to get them filled and she did a great job again and my daughter absolutely loves the job she did. I will only bring her here from now on!     I am 48 years old and this is the 2nd time that I have eve had my nails done in my entire life. Never did my nails because I had them done for my wedding many years ago and I couldnt do anything with them. Hated them because they were thick. They recommended a DIP! This stuff is AWESOME!!!! Its been over 2 1/2 weeks and they are not chipping and are in excellent shape. This is impressive because I have a very physical job and use my hands constantly. I will definitely be doing this again They are thinner and I can do anything with them. They are FANTASTIC

    I work nearby and the previous owners were very snobby, never had time to fit me in and trust me I work alot! When I finally had the time, there would only be 2 people working and the owner lady would say sweetie, no appointment can you come back? The other lady was very sweet and nice. But they sold the place to other owners which are absolutely AMAZING! Sooo humble, and nice! It is a family, not understaffed, even discount on my shellac just because they realize im always nearby. I would thumbs up recommend them, they take their time on me, and speak english as well. Very clean, they even renovated the place, looks great now! Im glad they switched! They will def have my service every two weeks!

    This business is family owned/run, and everyone treats their customers with kindness and care. I go for a mani/pedi and eyebrows (tint and wax) about every 2-3 weeks, and the owners have always provided top-notch services.     I go out of my way to go to JJ Nails, I literally drive 40 minutes and drive past numerous other salons to go to JJ Nails because I love the entire staff. They are so friendly, funny and do a great job EVERY time.I happened to be in the salon tonight when I believe Savvy was there. Based on her description of events I am confident it was the same group. The woman was so rude and condescending throughout the visit. I could not believe the way she acted in front of that young child.Never, never was the staff rude to her or the child - even told them they did not have to pay. The comment reference chopping off her fingers?! No way, totally untrue!!! Of course they did not want to do the pedicures after the way they were treated - no one could make this lady happy!If you have never been to JJ Nails, you are missing out. Dont let this negative response keep you from a fabulous set of nails or pedicure!!!

    Best hidden secret in NFM. Went there last night and had the best experience ever. Had my nails done by the husband and the wife did my brows. Very affordable prices and again I can’t tell you how wonderful they were. I came in a 6 and they didn’t turn me down, knowing that what I wanted would be done well after they close.

    Called JJ Nails for an appointment for 2 customers at the same time,we were told absolutely come on in! We arrived at 4 pm and were warmly greeted by Susan who was also my pedicurist😊 I explained that I am not your average customer, because I actually have never enjoyed a pedicure. I have every sensitive feet and find it rather unpleasant, however, wearing sandals I really must tolerate the process. Well, to my delight, Susan was wonderful!! She was so gentle and patient with me. I made a mistake and was not watching. When I looked up I really did not like the color I chose and Susan immediately said thats alright you want to change? I felt terrible for causing her extra work but I really did want to change it. So Susan gently removed the color and seemed genuinely understanding and encouraged me to choose another color. Got it!And Susan did a great job!! Thank you😊 sooo much I will be back!! You are the BEST EVER!!!

    The first time I went to JJs I was greeted and treated very well and the price as I noticed another person said changes, but that is to be understood considering if you want something different every time you go to them, but here is how to fix the problem with any company when it comes to pricing. If you get something different suspect to pay a different price but if you get the same thing as you did the last time remind them what they charged you the last time and JJs will be nice like they are to me and give you the same price. As for the attitude that I read another person mentioning about, all I have to say is this. Yes I understand you want to be in a good environment because who wants to go to a SALON and feel uncomfortable when the reason why you went there in the first place is to feel comfortable and pampered right??? Well everyone has their days, even Salon places. Now here is how to fix this issue with JJs or any other place for that matter to be honest. Ask if they are having a bad day and you will see the change. I also noticed that someone put that she is not a picky or judgmental person while writing a review about a place, and stating that you are not picky or judgmental following with a statement that this place is in a RINKY plaza, well sorry to say but isnt that being JUDGMENTAL? Which she stated that she was not??? Yes JJs is in a plaza that doesnt have spectacular things around it, but at least they do their best especially with PICKY people. I honestly love this place and Im going to be extremely sad, because I will have to find another nail place like this one when my family and I move. I have been going to them for a while now and as I said in the beginning, I was greeted and treated very well the first time and it hasnt changed for me, only because Im nice and understanding to them as well. I would highly recommend going here. If your still not satisfied well take your business to Wal-Marts nail salon on Pine Island Road which is not to far from JJs and then you tell me if JJs is a bad place to go to. I guarantee you that you will walk out of that place and reconsider going back to JJs. I am a type of person that will tell it how it is as you can see from my review that you are reading right now, so please give JJs Nails a try, and please just be understanding. Trust me they will change their attitude once they notice that you notice somethings not right.
