Had a lovely experience at this salon. Samantha was my stylist and I will definitely be seeing her from now on. She listened carefully to what I wanted, had some suggestions, and together we came up with a style I could easily maintain. I absolutely love my cut! She spent time while she was drying /styling my hair to give me tips on how I can accomplish the look at home and I left confident that I could manage it. And I can! The salon is very nicely put together, the other employees/ stylists were friendly and it was immaculate. I would definitely recommend Samantha and this salon.

Ladies ladies ladies!!! Let me tell you about Perceptions and let me tell you about their customer service! I work in a store at merchants crossing and had the chance to meet Jan (a stylist) who works at Perceptions, and she was so kind, generous and VERY knowledgeable. I explained the issues I was having with my hair and she said “NO WORRIES”, she walked me to Perceptions where I was met by a staff of amazing women and they helped me not only restore my issues but continue to check on me! Please gone Jan at Perceptions you will NOT be disappointed!

The owner, Susan, was great about getting me in at the last minute with a wonderful stylist named Dena.The salon has a calm and inviting atmosphere. Everyone was warm and friendly.Dena was easy to talk to and gave me the style I was looking for. I will definitely book with her again.

I love this salon. I actually changed to Perceptions Salon from my regular one that is much closer to me. It is worth the extra drive time to have Megan do my hair. It was so nice to get compliments on both the highlights and the cut. Megan was wonderful, giving me her input on what would look best for me. She also squeezed in another customer while my highlights were curing. I was impressed that she worked to help the other customer who was going away soon and was unhappy with the last person who cut her hair. Megan was so sweet and accommodating and I enjoyed chatting with both of them. Just a head up, Google directions were no correct but it was worth the effort to find this great salon.

Had a relaxing pedicure here. Nail technician was so nice. Massaging chairs while getting the pedicure is a nice touch to just relax! There are many colors of polish to choose from. They had my favorite- LONG lasting gel polish! I hope to be able to go back again.
