I literally need to make sure I left review on every platform available :)Dr Gropper is absolutely amazing and don’t make me start on his support staff. Ladies are wonderful and truly caring. I came for a painful procedure and they made it look like walk in the park. Very dedicated staff, Dr Gropper is very detailed in everything he’s doing and definitely knowledgeable enough to answer every question you can come up with, so don’t be afraid to ask.Love that they are playing nice music during the procedure which definitely helps one to relax. It’s been more than 6 months from my procedure and they still occasionally call to check on me to make sure I fully recovered.I have nothing but beautiful things to say about the entire team.Hope I never see you again :)But if I ever need expertise in your field I will not go anywhere else :)Thank you

First: Dr. Gropper responded to an email I sent him, describing my wifes leg vein situation, and which had questions as to his qualifications and recommendations. Many other doctors in the area did not bother to respond to my inquiry.Next: His staff were helpful, attentive, professional, and treated my wife with care. I especially liked the lady who did the ultrasound.Also: We were paying out of pocket and he was willing to work with us to an extent.Next: The laser surgery went well. My wife felt she was in competent hands. He checked on her level of pain consistently.Finally: When a routine issue developed after the surgery, the staff was there to answer or questions and address our concerns.

We highly recommend Dr. Gropper and the Vivid Tattoo team. They are utilizing the latest technology in tattoo removal which can mean fewer sessions, minimal discomfort, and cost savings.

Everybody is so nice, specialy Kari. Kari always has a smile, she is very sweet. The place in general is beautiful, nice decoration, very clean and very profesinal staff.
