I went to Jessica for the first time for a gloss and cut and she was amazing!! She made me feel super comfortable and I had so much fun. She walked me through the colors for the gloss, helped me decide what I want and gave me a bouncy layered cut! I think this is the first time I have received exactly what I want when it comes to color because my hair is perfect, I love it so much!! I would absolutely recommend booking with Jess!

I got my hair cut, blow dried, and styled by Jessica Cruz this past week and I am so happy with it! I don’t get my hair cut often and have never really had a regular hair salon or stylist, but I will definitely continue to go to Carolyn & Co. The salon was beautiful and extremely clean and cozy. Jess was so nice to talk to and did a great job. I like my hair on the longer side and she gave me some shaping and some layers which I love, and she didn’t take too much off which has happened in the past at other salons. I can’t recommend this place enough!

She’s so friendly, and took great care of me with a relaxing shampoo as well. She even called to let me know they were running a few minutes behind, which is very courteous. I had such a great experience at Carolyn & Co Salon! I have curly hair, and I always feel apprehensive going to a new stylist, but I had no reason to fear. Jessica was immediately so warm and friendly, and I felt really heard about what I wanted from my cut. The whole time I was there I felt like I was hanging out with a friend while simultaneously having a top-tier luxurious experience! I’ve had haircuts before that ended with my hair being styled however the stylist wanted (often straightening pieces or the whole thing), but I left looking and feeling like myself, which was such a gift! I had the best haircut from Karen an it was wonderful. She is patient, knowledgeable and truly knows her craft. My hair is long and I like to keep up with the trendy styles. I asked her to cut what was necessary and she did exactly that. She listened to what I wanted and made terrific suggestions to my specific type of hair. She educated me on hair care and styling specifics to humidity living in South Florida. What I liked most is that she wasnt trying to push products on me, she made careful suggestions to my needs and I while I am on a budget, I ended up purchasing the product that most suits my hair. If youre looking for a stylist who has decades of experience and knows her profession, please, I implore you to give her a try, you will leave happy and get many compliments.

I’ve been to Carolyn & Co Salon twice!! Both times I’ve asked for Jessica Cruz!! She’s amazing!!! The first time I made an appointment it was for a curly trim & the desire to “make me light and fresh.” Jess also has stunning curly hair so I was stocked & just at ease about all experience she had in and out of the salon. I walked out so happy with it!! The second time I booked an appointment it was to finally get rid of my “sun in” destruction I did to my hair. I was always eyeing “natural/cheap” ways to lighten my hair…well this destroyed it. I went in and saw Jess unknowing of what to expect (first time getting hair lightened or anything). She walked me through the process and lightened me right up!!! I did end up following up after I got it lightened and getting more blonde put in it around the face, throughout, tips and was VERY pleased. I LOVE IT!! No more grown out, brassy, ugly, yellow line. I’m confident in her work and speed at which she gets you in and out. She also has the best smile and personality and makes the time in the salon fun and fast!!! Go see Jess for all your hair needs!!!!!!!!

Beautiful salon! I got my lashes done by the lash tech, Grace and she was absolutely amazing! She is so nice, and her work is impeccable. She was able to do brown, hybrid lashes which work perfectly with my aesthetic. They look so natural and beautiful! Highly recommend

I personally always try to book with Carolyn (I’m willing to wait to receive services from her and work around her busy schedule) as she will give you the results you want 100% of the time without fail. She’s fast, efficient, knowledgeable of her craft and even though I haven’t had my hair done by any of the other stylists who work for her salon I’ll bet she does her due diligence when hiring and that ALL of the other stylists are talented as well. The best hair salon in the world by far. BOOK!!!!

I can’t recommend Alison enough! A few months ago I went in with hair that was in terrible shape after my own bleaching attempt. It was different shades of color and so damaged, I didn’t think it could be saved LOL. Alison worked her magic and completely transformed my hair. Not only did she even put the color beautifully, but she also restored it without causing more damage. If your looking for someone skilled, kind, and amazing at what they do, Alison’s the one:)

This Salon is the best Salon that I have been to, everyone was so welcoming and extremely great at their trade. Jessica was my ‘color correction’ artist, she was wonderful, I had a disaster with many different at home products and Jessica knew exactly how to fix it plus treat my hair of the damage that I had caused. I highly recommend Jessica. There is a real team spirit in the salon and at one point I had everybody working together on my hair and felt reassured that I had made the right decision to come to Carolyn & co they all live up to the 5 star reviews. Carolyn and Co is the best salon in the area hands down. The space is beautiful and everyone on the team is warm and friendly. Carolyn and her team are always continuing their training and keep up to date with the latest styles and techniques, so we always look great. Our whole family has been clients of theirs for more than five years now and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. We always request Kayleigh and she does a fantastic job. All of us have different hair textures and styles and always leave the salon feeling and looking great. We’ve had men’s and women’s cuts, highlights, color, conditioning treatments, and styling. Before the appointment I had specified a couple of things to make sure of the services I was receiving.One being a root touch up and the other being very clear about not having a blowout.While having my appointment, I was told I hadnt mentioned the roots so that service would be added to what was previously quoted..an extra $80. But was was worse was that the stylist pushed so much for a blowout for pictures which I didnt want! I ended up with super frizzy and dry hair. Totally went against what I had envisioned. I paid over $400 for the service. She clearly did not know how to treat curly hair! If you have curly hair, I recommend you look elsewhereUPDATECarolyn reached out to me and listened to all of my concerns and gave me the confidence to try them out once more with their curl specialist! I was also refunded for the incorrect charge.

I have been seeing Karen for my hair for at least 20 years and if she wasn’t available I would see Allison. As you can see I have a ton of hair. Karen knows just how to color and cut my hair. I always get a ton of compliments on it and I would never trust anyone else. The blonde highlights she puts in is the perfect color and the cut makes my very thick hair easy to style. Came in for a more natural look and trim. Jessica (Jess) Cruz took care of me and wow! I have found my new go - to hairdresser. I had been living and going in Delray Beach, but recently moved to the Jupiter area. I was a little cautious of trying someone new since I have worked in salons myself. However, Jess really blew me away. As a younger, newer artist she knew just what to do. We went for a root melt and lowlights. She matched colors perfectly and it was exactly what I was looking for.
