Very easy online check in = no waitingI was greeted by a very friendly lady and within minutes after check in I was sitting in her chair. She did an amazing job cutting my curly hair. We had a nice conversation and the vibe between the hairdressers and their clients was just lovely. Thanks, I love my new hairstyle

By far my favorite Great Clips location. Jazmine has been doing wonders for me, but the other stylists have also done a great job when I couldnt get to her. Theyre friendly and efficient, their hours and location are very convenient, and I especially like the mobile feature to sign in.

I loved this place, great experience. I went to the Sumter Blvd location at Heron Creek and the staff was very nice. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Place was very clean and friendly. I had Tiffany cut my hair and she was awesome, did a great job fixing my recently bad cut. She also made me feel like friends and this was my first time there. I will definitely go back to see her and I highly recommend this place.

Probably the best great clips I’ve been to. Very courteous staff. Clean establishment. Professional and helpful staff. And easily top 5 haircuts I’ve ever gotten. I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name that cut my hair he definitely deserves a lot of credit for the 5 star review. Will definitely be back. Go check them out you won’t be disappointed.

Had a great experience with Barb this evening. She cut my 4 year olds hair and not only did she do an amazing job she was so good with him. Asking him questions about the upcoming holidays which kept him relaxed. He even liked her! He does not like hair cuts what so ever but he already said he wanted her to cut his hair next time. Very welcoming and loving! Three services on Sunday (2 contemporary and 1 traditional), Celebrate Recovery, Family Night, Children and Family ministry, Food Pantry... I could go on and on. If you are looking for a place of worship and friendship, check out Edgewater Church.

I followed my special salon employee, Gail, from the Port Charlotte store to the North Port Heron Great Clips. Gail has many years of experience and she truly listens to how I want her to cut my hair. She gives a very thorough shampoo & condition also.

I go here all the time and this last time I went had to be the best. I think the stylists name was Jessica or Jessie not sure but they did an amazing job and very extremely friendly and listened to my preference and made it look great! Love going here for a haircut, best place ever.

Handicapped parking and building access. Fast check in on the app. Got us in and out in a blaze!! Both me and the wife finished at the same time. Both cuts at 16 and 4 per cutter top. We were all done!! 15 minutes

I consistently get the cut I ask for: hair that turns under on its own. Other, expensive , salons have not been able to accomplish this! Angela knows what she is doing. Thank you.Suggestions: note that if one is a walk-in, those who have checked in online go FIRST, even if it appears they were not THERE first. Also, if one expects a wash, cut and style, it is important to use your words - CONVEY THIS AT THE START to the stylist! Their low prices do not include mind reading.By the way, the men I see leaving the salon always have nice haircuts.

Always have been very happy with this location staff is usually friendly and professional. The online app could be handled better with some sort of visible list on a screen so people walking in could see that there are people ahead of them but that is a problem at all great clips not this location.
