    I made an inquiry and interfaced with a sales rep online. It was very personable and yielded to my schedule. I felt I got a good price on Ultherapy and was pleased. The appointment was pleasant and the space is super clean, well designed, and professional. Frances walked me through the procedure and took care in my comfort. This was my first Ultherapy and Ideal Image experience. I recommended them!

    I chose Ideal Image for my first time getting laser hair removal because I saw they had very good reviews. Iā€™m very happy I chose to come here. I have not had any issues with booking appointments and everyone who works here is super sweet. They just recently remodeled the office and it looks very nice and clean.

    I had a great first encounter over the phone. They confirmed appt and were accommodating to an appt change. Upon arrival I was treated by the lovely ladies and was treated with goodies and drinks during their Anniversary sale. My treatment specialist was very thorough, attentive and caring. The was little to no pain and very affective.

    Just had my second session of lip fillers appointment done and my injector did a beautiful job. Only one I trust. I literally had zero pain and we have had lots of laughter.     This was my first laser hair removal treatment. Im pretty much a big baby when it comes to any discomfort. The laser zapping my upper lip & the smell of burnt hair was uncomfortable; but fortunately, each zap is very quick. Now that I know what to expect, my next visit will be better. The staff is very pleasant and professional.

    This was my first visit to Ideal Image.I found out about them on Facebook, where they were running an incredible special!I have been looking for a professional and knowledgeable Medical Spa to get my skin care done and this place was Exactly that!!Frances Did an above and beyondIPL/BBL treatment on my face! She was very experienced you could tell and She took her time to discuss what was going to be done and answer any questions as well as making sure I was comfortable at all times. The girls at the front desk were also welcoming and efficient.Im not usually that impressed by Medi Spas, as I have been to many through out the past years, But I will definitely be going back to Ideal Image Ocala for other treatments soon and I will definitely be recommending Ideal Image to my friends and family !!.Thank you !! love my results!

    The customer representative Frank who helped me set my appointment up was so incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Made the entire experience very simple and enjoyable.The healthcare provider I worked with at the actual office was also very knowledgeable and so pleasant. She made sure to educate me every step of the way and continuously asked me if I had any questions and assured me theyā€™d be available 24/7 should anything arise after I left. Professional, seamless experience the whole way through.

    I had my upper and lower abdomen treated with cool sculpting 4 days ago. Their was no discomfort at all witth the exception of the massage to the area after the procedure but even that was not horrible. The staff are certified professionals and extremely knowledgeable.     I came in super nervous and excited at the same time. Julia made the process smooth. She talked to me the whole time doing hair removal and kept me calm. The staff were friendly and courteous.     This was my first visit and everyone was friendly and helpful from the moment I walked through the door. The wait was short and sweet before being taken back to the treatment room. The NP was willing to explain, explain again, and answer any questions that I thought of before my treatment.     Shannon and Francis have been exceptional to me. Shannon was able to squeeze me in when one of my appointments was cancelled due to an emergency and she did an excellent job. Francis was so kind and informative about another procedure I wanted to have done and she has also treated me in the past for hair removal and she was amazing. Shayna at the front desk is also the sweetest and very patient at providing quotes and answering my millions of questions. The entire staff is always wonderful and the services are excellent, well worth it. I am so pleased with the customer service and results. The new remodeling of the office looks great.

I feel like i need everyone know that the place have improved technologically and their new staff is amazing. The first face you see when you arrived is Taylors who greats you as she has known you all her life. She is very helpful and knowledgeable but most important she is sincerely happy to help you and accommodate you as much as she can.I was fortunate enough to have Shannon to do my treatment. She is very friendly, professional and detailed. She does an outstanding job. I am looking forward to have my future treatments done with her at Ideal Image.You leave the place wanting to come back and i will recommend it to everyone.This is my last treatment and i am happy and sad at the same time because i love the staff specially Shannon. She was as professional and caring as Always. She is like part of my family already. Thank you so much for the good quality work.     I recommend ONLY Francis. Sad to say that Natalia has NO bed side manner. Francis is amazing. She has great soft skills and tends to the patients. I wish to continue my treatments with Francis as Natalie needs to be retrained or just has no people skills. Francis is a medallion in this place and hope that ideal image does not lose her.

    I had my first consultation for Laser Hair Removal at Ideal Image of Ocala, and saw provider Lindsey today, I would like to say she is an absolute delight. I love that she was very bright and welcoming throughout the whole process, I felt as if she listened to my concerns, but she was also very engaging in conversation. Lindsey was able to educate me well in many things I was interested in, and answered all the questioned Iā€™ve had. I canā€™t wait until I return to this family to begin my treatment.

    The ARNP I felt was very honest with what I needed as a patient not trying to just make money. Then when I got the botox -comparable it didnt hurt not even a little, usually it burns. Ive noticed a difference today on my forehead , very happy with results. I also see good specials via text. My friend scheduled an appt today for services so yes I would recommend.

    My experience was good. Every session they check to make sure nothing has changed. Every technician has their own way of doing things. Theyre always accommodating & friendly & willing to answer all of my questions.Every appointment has been great. Initially, the laser didnt hurt. However, with each appointment the laser intensity increases & now it stings a bit. Im sore for about a day after my appointment. The results are Amazing!! Even my dark spots are disappearingas a result of the hair removal!! Thankfully, I have not had any bad reactions from laser hair removal. I have definitely recommended laser hair removal with Ideal Image to my family & friends.

    Can I say AMAZING?!? I just went to my Ultherapy appointment and I am so excited to see the results! While I do understand that this takes time since the procedure helps my body regenerate the collagen, I can immediately feel a difference in my skin and its only been a day!     I love this location! The staff are so friendly and helpful. Julia and Shayna were so welcoming and had a lot of patience for me. I was nervous before my session and they both were understanding and walked me through the process. Shayna was super friendly on the phone and during the checkout process, she answered all my questions with confidence and made sure I was booked with Julia. Julia was very accommodating with my nervousness of laser, she was went at a pace I could tolerate and didnā€™t mind slowing down. She talked through what she was doing. I highly recommend this location!Update: Iā€™ve been seeing Natalie recently and she is fabulous!! I love the conversations we having during my session, she is patient when I need a break and always so friendly!!

    From the first call talking with Jessi B in sales, I could already sense this was going to be great experience. And I was right. She was so informative, professional, and cheerful. She genuinely wanted to help me find what would work best for me without pushing all the extras! She was helpful in setting up my first appointment. She explained that it might be a bit before I could get my appointment due to high demand but to our surprise I was able to get an appointment right away. Next the clinic was just as helpful. I go in for my underarms, linea alba, and full Brazilian; Iā€™m about 10 months into treatment and can proudly say I feel 100% confident in a bikini now! As someone who struggled with thick coarse hair and thought razor bumps & dark spot scaring would always be my norm, this is huge to be able to say.The front staff is always friendly and helpful. Natalie does phenomenal work and I would recommend her to anyone going in for these treatments! The staff is amazing and professional šŸ¤© I received my first treatment 12/16/ 21 Underarms, full legs and bikini!!! šŸ˜® for it to be my first time without knowing the expectations of the feeling I did pretty good painful yes but bearable and quick! We had to pause a second or two before touching a different area but overall it was great!!! My clinician was awesome she made sure I was ok and talked with me through the process ā€œyou got this youā€™re doing greatā€is all I kept hearing so that made me push through it all!! 1 session down a few more to go but Iā€™m sooo excited to see the results and continue my journey.Updated review 3/11/23!!! Today is my last treatment session with the services I initially started!!!!     I dont normally write reviews, but, this was a rather uncomfortable experience that was made much more comfortable by your staff. Danielle conducted my procedure, she was very helpful and answered the millions of questions I ended up having with sincerity and a smile. She also made the procedure effortless, I was on my way in no time. I cant wait to see my results over time! The front desk woman (Lanah I believe) was extremely friendly and I appreciated her charming attitude as well. For them I gave the 5 stars.Something that I will be calling the 1800 number about was the zoom consultation I had prior to the appointment. The consultant assured me I could have a specific area worked on. After I confirmed that over our zoom call, I went ahead and purchased the rather expensive procedure based solely on her assurance. When I got to my appointment Danielle said she couldnt work on the area I really wanted for safety reasons:( I was bummed. But, only thanks to her did I end up leaving still feeling good.     I thoroughly enjoyed my first med spa experience at Ideal Image! It was my first time receiving Botox and I am fortunate I had the appointment with the nurse practitioner Amanda. She was absolutely amazing! Amanda was incredibly friendly, professional, answered all my questions, and educated me on what to expect in the weeks to come after my treatment.     I had Sandra D. do laser hair removal on me for my last treatment and she was PHENOMENAL. I wish I had her for all of my treatments prior. My emails were responded to immediately by Andrew, and even when I asked to move the appointment -- after literally confirming the first date/time -- they had no problem rescheduling me. I didnt feel rushed. We spent a lot of time talking about what was going on with me and did all they could to help me.     I have now completed 7 treatments and have been very pleased with the results. The staff at Ideal Image in Ocala is first rate.     I am currently having BBL and laser hair removal. This is not my first time at this rodeo as I am an older woman. I can say this is the first time I had immediate results. The hair removal is fantastic as after one treatment on all my areas the hair is not growing back or lighter. The BBL I cannot rave enough about. I have sun damage and pigmentation due to menopause. After 2 treatments I have notice my skin while still a bit to go, it is lighter and tighter. I have 3 treatments to go and I canā€™t wait to see the end results. It is worth every penny. I am a big baby when it comes to pain and it is tolerable. The staff is so sweet and works with me on my very busy schedule.     It was a pleasure being treated by Stacy for the first time. She made my leg appointment which is usually long and tedious go by quickly and she made it less aversive. Her attention to detail was amazing.

    Let me just tell you that Ana is the greatest. Even when the laser hair removal is painfull. She makes you feel so comfortable and at ease. If I could give more stars I would!!!

    This is definitely one of the greatest investments you will make! The staff is absolutely wonderful. Not only are they knowledgeable, but they are always so courteous and welcome you with a smile. They make you feel right at home. I would recommend that if your even thinking about it, make an appointment for a consultation and see for yourself!

    I am going on treatment session 5 out of 9 to get the hair under my arms gone for good! So far the treatment from Ideal Image is going great. After my treatments, the hair is gone and will not even begin to grow back for weeks, and when it does grow back there is less hair than what I had before and it is less thick. As I continue on in my treatment process, it has been taking longer and longer for the hair to come back, and soon it wont come back at all!Not only does treatment really work, but the staff at Ideal Image is very kind. The laser zapping itself is fairly painful, but the staff make sure to minimize the pain you have to go through. They get all the zapping done quickly and then put aloe on it right after. They will ask to make sure you are doing okay during the treatment, and they even let me squeeze on stress balls to help. I am very happy with the staff and quality of service I receive at Ideal Image, and the smooth underarms are well worth the cost!
