Dr.Keeley explained every part of the procedure, including getting me numb which basically hurts the most she talked to me. The receptionist was not very pleasant today. She did not acknowledge or even say anything good morning to myself and the two people who registered after me. Had a 7:45 appointment and arrived approximately 10 minutes early and the doors were locked. An older lady came in after me and mentioned about the locked doors and the receptionist shouted out so everyone could hear that it was not 7:45 yet. No need for that

I had my first visit there today, the staff was very pleasant and helpful with the forms. The wait was not long at all. I need a little procedure, they were accommodating about scheduling a date and time which was suitable for me. I felt confident in the professional approach of Eric Poetter, who is going to do the surgery, and Im sure it will all go smoothly. An overall good experience.

I have fair skin and a lot of old damage so the visits arent always comfortable. Keeley not only took care of my trouble spots, but also gave me good explanations of my options going forward. UPDATE: Since my first visit, everything has been great. Dr. Welton is very knowledgeable and explains the MOHS process, and I feel very comfortable staying with Suncoast.
